...I think it is for the better?

I really don't know how to feel about this. For the people who always struggled to access my stuff, well, now you can finally do so without third party software. Probably the most important takeaway.

It also seems that the only thing that got all of its formatting preserved was the Indeedee story/harem sequel...but older stuff like Team Carrier(.rtf) and Mega Absol(.docx) only have partial formatting preservation. Namely the fonts for the different characters don't seem to be carried over. *edited*

So, for the best possible experience, at least for the vast majority of my stuff, I still recommend downloading the file itself and then opening it in third party software like MS Word or Libre Office or something similar. That will guarantee even the older stuff I did can still be read exactly as intended, if nothing else than to gain access to the special fonts I've been using to help distinguish characters and stuff looks neater. On the other hand, not much to complain about when you don't need such software to access my stuff now, to be fair.

This change definitely does not play well with the Lugia story, good lord. Or a reasonable facsimile thereof. But I digress.

Nothing special is happening for me today, so instead I'll just do another one of these.

I can donate blood again starting on July 10th, and three(3) more donations will bring me to two(2) whole gallons of red bone juice siphoned out of my arms via needles. It is possible I can hit that this year by going in July, then September, then November. Looking forward to that personal milestone as always.

I am currently doing another story, and believe it not, it is gonna be another throwback. It'll involve one of the ones you see on the front page of my gallery when looking at my profile. Not another Dewott/Emolga one though. Progress is slower than I hoped, but I should be able to get it finished this sometime in July.

Chances are at least good once *that* is done, I could score another trade to get something I'd love. Which would mean something that *isn't* another throwback. Nothing's guaranteed but initial talks went well and I think it's more likely to happen than not to happen in the future.

Something like a threesome with a trainer(M) and not one but TWO Pokemon(F) is what I've considered up next. The only time I stepped away from couples is my vanity victory lap harem finale, so this would still kinda be new material for me. I do know what two potential Pokemon would be featured here, and they would definitely be anthro for this one. I don't have many backup plans if I decide to shelve this one, but considering it is relatively RADICALLY different to most of my material, figure it's worth making this announcement over.

2024 is easily the best year I ever had for donating blood(O+) and especially for red blood cells(erythrocytes, the red part carrying oxygen, which is the highest priority blood component due to my type). I've managed to fill up SIX(6) bags worth of red stuff, the most I've done in one year, and this cold rainy day marks the final donation of 2024.

The only possible way this could be more optimal is IF I did 5 whole blood donations for Feb/Apr/Jun/Aug/Oct and then ended Dec with an apheresis procedure OR I did three apheresis procedures for the whole year. However, this was also the first and only apheresis opportunity I had available for several years. Last one was way back in the primordial ages of 2019, so I need to be able to take what I can get.

Even then, I think I can confidently say I provided six(6) bags worth of red blood cells.

STORY

I am aiming for one final story in 2024, and I also figured out exactly how to execute the idea. I will try to get this done before 2025. Without giving away too many details:
-It will be one from Gen 3, and a popular/mainstream one most of you should recognize and like immediately. M/Human X F/Pokemon of course.
-It will ALSO be a Mega Version, and anthro.
-It has been chosen primarily because I am a massive fan of one particular artist I am especially fond of and got inspired at the right time + perfect way to show appreciation when it is directly responsible for putting the idea in my head to refine, with my own twists and styles of course.

I've been donating blood for years, and today marks the day I've had at least one gallon(3.7 liters for metric folk) extracted from my body. This is even more important because I also have a common blood type (O+) so the number of people the blood can go to is quite high. And I didn't feel any negative effects after the procedure this time, which is also a plus.

All that in addition to being in the path of totality from the eclipse and unleashing my piece de resistance has made this a pretty good April, IMO.

Time: 6:00PM - 9:00PM

-A series of tapes were shown, each lasting one hour and running consecutively. Each one depicted Dr. Bundle in her dilapidated home after confiscation of most possessions and furniture at the request of the institution in addition to revoking her PHD. Cobwebs are shown in almost every scene.

-Tape 1: Dr. Bundle is shown communing with Dr. Balthazar amidst haphazardly scattered books and flasks. There is a concerning quantity of cobwebs present in the footage.
-Tape 1: The tape cuts to Bundle looking sickly with her posture and hue, but with a happy expression for some reason. A short scene of her combining chemicals into one flask is shown, then the concoction consumed ravenously as her stomach visibly distends. The crowd is dead silent. She drools over the camera before the scene cuts.
-Tape 1: Balthazar is once again present in the film, kneeling before Bundle and pressing his upper body against her stomach. Strange movements can be seen from Bundle's stomach despite being blocked by Balthazar. There a subtly buzzing noise present. The crowd curiously chitters among most of the members. At least one gets up and leaves and is acknowledged by some members.

-Tape 2: Bundle films herself sitting atop one of her wooden research desks, legs dangling off the edge and looking much healthier. A time-lapse of her now flat-front once more elongating far past her coat is shown. She lasciviously spreads her legs and swings towards the camera at the end of the time-lapse, showing her stomach now matching the size in the previous tape. Some enthusiastic cheering is heard as the film lingers on the shot, showing her stomach stretch out more. More popcorn is consumed as well. Two other members leave and are not acknowledged.
-Tape 2: Balthazar appears in the scene once more, looking anxious. The emotions change to more accepting and encouraging as the camera pans around the two doctors interacting around her much larger stomach. The crowd's response is direcly proportional to her paunch. There is less profanity and more praise from the audience. Those who do not clap or comment watch apprehensively at the next cut.
-Tape2: The audience suddenly roars in approval at Balthazar almost falling down and completely out of scene, leaving Bundle to occupy most of the footage until the end of the tape. The differences are shown off clearly. Very exaggerated sounds and emotions are conveyed from the footage as she presumably looks at Balthazar off-screen. Some members stand up out of their seats and step closer to the footage before being hastily instructed to sit down. Almost all popcorn is ignored or haphazardly spilled onto the floor.

-Tape 3: An odd silhouette vaguely in the shape of Bundle is cast on the wall as a tinny voice like a low-quality radio connection murmurs about science. As the talking continues, a bulbous shadow sprouts from the humanoid shadow. The crowd sits on the edges of their seats, watching in awe but mostly silent. Several shots of absurdly filthy desks and equipment are shown, accompanied by numerous buzzing insects. Some accidentally bump into the camera an deterioate the footage for a moment. Everything in the video is white and not well-explained.
-Tape 3: Balthazar briefly appears in the frame and then disappears behind Bundle. Or a reasonable facsimile thereof that looks a lot bigger and maybe scarier. Many exaggerated moans and faces are made right in front of the camera. The insects swarm and congregate as if the footage deterioates and becomes slightly grainy. Only four members leave, but mostly from disappointment of the video quality.
-Tape 3: The same shots of the equipment as before, but covered in even more insects buzzing around what may be an unusual spilled substance. Many of them are looking to the left side, as if pointed in the direction of more happy but wet sound effects commencing. Several buzz off to the left out of frame.

-Dr. Balthazar appears after the tape concludes and is quoted "I don't mean to bug you, but perhaps next time, some of you may be buzzing about similar findings in this web of intrigue."
-The audience applaudes rabidly. Several in the back stand up and say various incomprehensible slurs and bigoted languaged directed at Dr. Balthazar. Such profanity is drowned out by the front row asking questions, mostly pertaining to a fourth tape. The only response is "My little glowbug will be positively glowing in light of this news." from Dr. Balthazar.
-Dr. Balthazar politely bows and vacates himself from the auditorium as the lights turn back on. In the distance, one can hear the screeching of tires and the squeal of a fiery engine roar then taper off in the distance.

I thought we had it all back when I still had wings and she had more of those wavy locks flow freely in the air than anything. How she always seemed to...buzz around like a dragonfly and frighten off any interloper who dared stray near to what we were doing. Fluttering like a butterfly around me like I was a beebalm patch oozing nectar in the twilight's dying glimpses. The mischievous laughter and conspiring grins she shot at me for anything we did were probably the most notable thing about her...almost to the point she *might* have taken things too far, had I not have been the responsible and grounded-to-reality one...

Grounded, indeed. No more wings; terrestrial traveling for me now. While she continued to defy the pulls of gravity even moreso, perhaps even rubbed it in my face. However, even I knew something was...off when we last met. And thus decided to go our separate ways, researching what drew us together in the first place. Looking back, she seemed to have taken it hard. Gibbering behind me as we parted ways, interspersed with cackles.

Even as I write this, I wonder if I did the right thing. Perhaps I ought to visit her again. Or maybe, knowing her, she would opt to visit me. If nothing else than to sneak up when I least expect it all to scare the daylights out of me. Well, never say never.

We once again would like to remind all staff members here to not accept any work by Dr. Bundle. The constant applications and research papers filling our boxes have resulted in numerous inefficiencies and setbacks hindering academia and true science we pride ourselves in, and in doing so, making it more likely that such falsehoods will take root and degrade all scientific merit and accomplishment beyond repair. Each item on the following list is more than enough reason to properly dispose of any further paperwork Dr. Bundle produces and tries to provide to the institution:

-Unacceptable amounts of spelling and grammar errors
-All work pertaining to reproductive matters have failed to be accurately or academically reproduced
-Complete lack and disregard of civility, manners, and professionalism in favor of unserious, lascivious, seductive conduct
-Constant blackmail, plagiarism, and especially sexual harassment of Dr. Balthazar, once quoted "I (Dr. Bundle) want you (Dr. Balthazar) to grab the back of my head and just fucking impale me on your erect cock, nut, pieces of skull and brains explode out the back of my head like im being eaten out by alien throatjaws in a moment of violent ecstasy while im speared so far i tasted all your salty kids[sic]" while likely intoxicated

We urge all members to simply dispose of any more invitations or findings as by Dr. Bundle, and Dr. Bundle to be escorted off the premises if found. We also strongly suggest all members to attend the Professionalism, Reputability, Ethics & Gratitude meeting held from 5:00PM to 6:00PM to be better educated and equipped for combating unscientific misinformation, harmful propaganda, and all other unacceptable measures attempting to be normalized by Dr. Bundle.

It will probably take more time but best case scenario is before August ends.

As for more explicitly naughty matters, I have a very good idea on what story I want to do next soon(ish), or at least which 'mon is gonna be made into a mother. But as far as the post-coitus chapter goes, would it be better if the pregnancy is revealed/jumped to it much faster, ala Azumarill? Or would it be better if it was drawn out and gradual growth ala Zeraora?

With my current ideas, I feel like it is better if this next one is another jump-ahead one, but I could also meld it into something like the more slow&steady swelling for Zeraora. Never hurts to ask!

I have a good idea on what 'mon is going to be knocked up for the next story (gasp[!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!{?}]), but I may as well try gauging interest on the body type. Feral is basically the physique/limbs as-is, nothing fancy. Anthro is well, anthro. Like the Spinda one.
If it's relevant, it'll most likely be another shortstack one, at least according to the dex height of 2'07"/0.8 m. Wink wink nudge nudge hint hint har har.
Regardless of the input here, the one I have in mind should fair fine regardless of the body type. Note that this *isn't* about exact size like Alphas from Arceus or Gigantimaxes.

Can't believe it took me this long to gauge interest in this, but no harm in asking so:

I think I've kept most of the stomach sizes in my stories at a "moderate" level. Not too much, but definitely not too little. But I wonder if most people here would prefer even bigger bellies/boobs/butts etc, or at least have the sizes more explicitly enormous. Even if it is to the tune of an abdomen at least 4-5 times greater than the rest of the body. Maybe greater.

Personally I have no problem at all scaling things up like this, but I wonder if the general sentiment would be "keep things controlled" or "bigger=better, why NOT pump it up?". Hence this journal.

More importantly, I feel like trying to upload something else soonish again, if not for Easter then Mayternity 2022 cred. To that end, I've also been meaning to ask: is there generally more approval or demand for co-op RPs/jointly written stories versus the solo written stuff I usually do? Because even if I go another 4 months without writing anything solo I do have more of those even if it is a break-glass-in-emergencies sort of thing.
Also, please don't ask me about RPing, I have that more than covered.

Yes I know I did live young for Aromatisse(and most of my stories); this is something else that's putting me between authenticity and what I like, involving another winged wonder womb.

Surprisingly neck and neck for this, however I feel it is one of three ways:

1) live young/viviparous. What I prefer/the majority of my stories here, avian authenticity or not.
2) eggs/oviparous. What would achieve avian authenticity here.
*3)* middle ground. The young could still be inside the eggs, which would be inside the mother's body, close to hatching and can still wobble. When the eggs are expelled, the eggs hatch mere moments later.

Ultimately this is still my decision to make alone, but I'm still pleased by the responses and how back-and-forth it is.

I basically know 95% of what I want to do for my next solo endeavor. However, that teeny bit of hang-up is also causing surprisingly long delays, since I almost always want to flesh things out as much as possible before officially committing to the writing. That's just how I do this stuff. Progress so far is the file itself technically existing, but not much else.

I am still trying to push myself to get it done before the month is over, and hopefully losing a few days of writing won't detract from it in the end with crunches or that sort of stuff. Only hint I'm dropping for the story itself is: its gonna involve something that I somehow overlooked for a major story idea/element for far longer than I should have given how much I like it; a very summer-appropriate activity.

I'm still overall happy with how Magearna's smuttier story panned out, but I also thought of something else:
Is there any interest in say, another take at Decidueye that is also more sexually focused, even though I already have a main gallery story for it? Technically Incineroar, too, by that criteria. But any other input on this matter?
This does not mean I'm running out of ideas for brand new stories/Pokemon, however.

It seems at least one person had/has trouble with the Rich Text Format (.rtf) format for the new Magearna story, but other people I talked to before the comment said they could open and read the file perfectly fine.

Update
After testing it with other people and different .extensions for the file, coupled with the number of favorites, it appears that I and the file itself are fine. I'm hoping the number of people unable to view it are kept at a minimum, but I'm not going to be doing heavy or personal tech-support for text files. If for some reason, the new Magearna story, the Dollface story, or any other stories can be downloaded but not accessed, try one or both of the following:
1) Make sure it's opened in good word processing software, like MS Word or Wordpad. If that doesn't work, you can always google free in-browser document readers and try feeding the file through those.
2) Change the .rtf to .doc or .docx and try opening it then, I don't see why it simply being an .rtf type would ruin things, but it never hurts to try.

If you still cannot view them, I can't think of anything else to try, and I'm not going to trouble myself with it further.

I am very pleased to see at least one hundred(100) favorites total for my Mother Serperior story, making it by far the most viewed and favorited story of my gallery. Still surprising it is that one, but I'll gladly take it.

So long story short: My old computer refused to turn on no matter what. Hitting the power button did nothing. Plugging the power cord in/out did nothing. Power supply or motherboard probably failed and couldn't spark back to life.

So now, I have brand new computer that has replaced the old one, essentially starting from scratch. Nothing catastrophic was lost, and I'm over the shock of the loss. I've accepted the new beginning.

I also checked the files, and I do in fact have Office, and thus Microsoft Word once more. Word 2017 at least, the one I don't like as much because I am a stubborn and clingy bastard(also evident from me having the old computer since it was a Windows 7 OS that took the Windows 10 OS free upgrade and sticking with technically the same tower for at least over 6 years). So solo stories can continue when I am ready.
