so i've been playing pokemon since red and blue, even had the stupid yellow and crystal rehash versions and in all my time even up to beating diamond i've never seen a shiny pokemon

so

i'm playing emerald and i go to the safari zone after beating the elite 4 to go wabafat hunting and after twenty minutes or so i come across something that filled me with disgust, horror and joy

a shiny fucking oddish

in the safari zone

of all the things it had to be an oddish

why couldn't i get something rad like a pink wobbuffet or an orange pikachu baaawwww

this thing could simply vanish if it doesn't catch on the first throw, since the safari zone is a stupid luck place where you either catch or fail, you cannot fite the pokemons

so i throw the first ball, it fails. so does the second one. by this point i'm frowning so hard my jaw hurts

the third one works

woo yay shiny oddish fuck yeah :O)

and to make things worse it's hardy natured, +defense -special attack
