There are plenty of xenophiliacs on here; lots of monsterly people sex or outright monster on human, whathaveyou. But why the hell is it all gay? I'm so damn puzzled. Don't get me wrong, this isn't a homophobia thing, it's just that DAMMAT I'M FRUSTRATED! Even female monster artists draw guy on guy. That's all well and good but what the hell is so awful about heterosex? I don't even want to get into how or how so many straight female artists only draw guys with guys. Bishie ones (no I'm not against this but I'm also kinda meh on bishies). Yes I know it's your fetish but I swear it goes beyond that. >.>
And it's always the best artists, too.

Go ahead and ask anything of me, I'll just be up front about whether it sounds like something I can do or not. 1 or 2 slots because depending on how big the commisson(s) is/are, I may only have the time for one. Posted 15 years ago Would you just like your money back? I don't have a lot of free time nowadays (school), and every time I sit down to draw, monsters want to come out. I've always had a bit of a hard time drawing what I'm not inspired to, and I've made you wait enough. Just let me know. It's kind of the reason I want to end this gallery. :/

Sometimes I disappear for a very long time, and I apologize, but that's not what this is about. This is a tardy apology to those waiting for commissions. To you few, I want to let you know that I've been able to start working on them again, and will get you to them asap. After that, I will no longer be updating with any sort of frequency to this site.
In a... somewhat sudden turn of fate, my GF is starting FTM gender reassignment, and I have started school for Alternative Medicine. Both of these things are very expensive, and I am working double time to make sure everything gets paid, and at the same time we are saving up for surgeries. There is literally no time in my life to sit down and draw, because the few hours I am home, I have to cook, juice/bake for the week, tend the pets and exercise and hopefully get to sleep at a decent hour (although I haven't slept more than an hour or two a night for two weeks now x.x).
Eventually, I will be on DA; rather, I will finally be updating to that gallery again. But I don't know when that will be, as I don't really have the time. Once again, my apologies, and sort of a preliminary goodbye.

My GFs computer needs repairs. Let's just say there was a little... ill-timed accident. While this can be costly, she's finishing up an IT major so it's not like she has to pay someone to service it, but from what she's explained to me, the parts she'll need to rebuild her comp total around $238 including overnight shipping, so she can get it by Monday, which is the day before her NEW CLASSES START. Oh man.
So it's the beginning of the month, our bills are paid, but there's no allotment in the budget for this until next week. Obviously this can't wait. We can cover most of it, but ideally we're still short $100.
I'm offering to draw whatever it is you want, PM me if interested, and include the details and price you want to pay. Disclaimer: I know I'm in dire straits but I can't do a full color pic for $4 bucks, if you get my drift. Please be reasonable and thank you all very much. Keep in mind that if you are short on cash (like me atm! D: ) sketches are always cheap.

Qwik piks and sketches
Posted 16 years ago I enjoyed the speed practice of the quick, simple $20 drawings- they helped me simplify linework and learn how to get things done without compromising too much on the general picture. It was a bit of work and I did end up taking more of them than I initially wanted to do. However, the practice rocks, and it's good to draw things I necessarily would not have thought of. So, with that in mind, what do you guys think of $15 watercolor style/ soft color sketches? I'll do on when I get home so you get the idea. Let me know what you think ;)

Posted 16 years agoHey, so. 2010 is the year of the tiger, and I like tigers. So I'm offering to do a full-blown commission, full color, detail, shading, background. As many details as you want, one character. $55 for a Chinese theme (since ..you know, year of the tiger and all), and $65 if it's not. It's basically like a theme discount. Or one of those things where the waitress clues you in that if you just order the special it'd cost less. There is one slot. The commission will be completed no later than February. I've joined on as an artist at Hardblush.com under the name Peacock. As you may have noticed, my porn isn't really porny, so it helps me break out of the box a little if I have another name to do smuttier stuff on. I like keeping them separate, I guess. I dunno. Posted 16 years agoI grew up in a faux bourgeois black household. The long and short of it is this: Sure, I had videogames. But I feel that I missed out on so many things that it's too late for me to get into. I wish I was more of a nerd. DnD, Magic, and most importantly: Star Trek
I know I sound like a second Gen fan, and to true Trekkies, I'm sorry. I never disliked Star Trek, and favored it over Star Wars. TNG was on when I was a kid, and though I didn't watch it serially, I did watch it. Call me... reinspired by the new movie. It totally spurred a new obsession. I could LIVE on old candid photos of Leonard Nemoy on set. He was such a good looking guy, with such an adorably doofy grin! I'm going through old original episodes, and I'm just getting obsessed here. The nuances! The script! <3 I don't know why I'm writing this journal, except to say I'm all aflutter. ...Live long and prosper.

Posted 16 years ago So here is the suggestion journal for August. Put in ideas for sketches (nothing too detailed please), and if something strikes my fancy for one reason or another, or people seem to second it or whatever, I'll doodle it.
As an aside, if your picture gets drawn as a doodle, there is an option to have it turned into a commission for ten dollars off, or have it inked for free and get a separate commission for five dollars off.

Posted 16 years ago Starting August 1st. Also I'm going to try something new, which is a suggestion box. Every month or week (I'm not sure yet) I will open a suggestion journal for people to post what they'd like to see. Just to be clear: There is no guarantee I will do any of these, and they will be in NO WAY anywhere near close to my commission quality. That would not be fair to the people who pay for lineart or sketch commissions. These will be mid-tone grey and sometimes still kinda scribbly, but it serves as practice and a sort of art tank. If you have any suggestions as to this new practice (not of art you'd like to see, cuz I haven't opened that journal yet) please let me know.

Posted 16 years ago Just a note to let you know I'm back on top mah game, yall. Commissions should be done soon. Also I've been listening to nothing but rap music, because I haven't put a sound system in my new car. IMMA GET SOME RIYUMS ON DAT PIECE, SHAWTY.

Posted 17 years ago So normally my personal life has no bearing on my art. Normally I like to have my commissions done within a week of payment. But...let me tell you about my weekend. It all starts with the fact that my car was having issues going from R to D (88 Mitsubishi galant POS).
Fri: My Gf calls my mechanic while I'm at work, to ask if he can take a look at my car. she picks it up and takes it to him, whereupon he listens to it and tells her it's def. the transmission. But oh! He no longer does them. :/
Later that day, my GF searches BBB and finds an A-rated transmission place. I get of work early to take it there for a free assessment. We'll pick it up Sat. The place is just up the street from me. We leave there in her car and head to Target. But oh! Rounding a corner, there is a loud CRACK and suddenly the clutch is gone. The car stalls, unable to downshift as it slows down, and we're stuck in a merge lane. I'm laughing because this shit is bananas. We call her dad, and the mechanic who is luckily still answering his phone. He sends a towtruck. The truck takes us back to his shop, where both our cars are now being kept. We walk home.
Sat: Morning. GF gets a ride to work with a friend, I walk up to the transmission place, to find out what's up. My transmission? Needs a rebuild. $1,000-$1,500. But I purchased that car for $1,300. So. I drive it home, and then to some other places that don't matter. While I'm out, my GF gets home (from a friend) and checks some auto places and craigslist for a used car. We find one we like, drive to the place. We like the car, but the guy wants it sold THIS WEEKEND meaning we can't take it to my mechanic first. SUCK. But we leave a check with him. BTW by now we know that my GF's clutch cable was broken, the pan needs to be replaced, and that's not all. The mech. will tell us as he figures it out. He thinks we're looking at $500-$600
Sun: Shit's closed!
Mon: We take care of tax, tag and title, and getting everything switched over. My old Mitsu has a demo tag and I put my current tag on the 97 civic. Then, get the car ins. taken care of. Then, to the mechanic! Our original guy. He looks the car over, tells me the wiper blade needs replacing and the L axle is broken. Okay, we leave it there to be fixed. Turns out the radiator hose needed to be replaced, too, and the axle was worse than he thought. $145. My GF's car is still not done being looked at. We put my old car up for $200 on CL and sell it that night. I get hit on by the thug buying it. Nothx.
Today: GF's car? $745. Still not fixed.That's without labor, cuz he felt bad. I get home from work, only to find out that my passenger side window is off track and won't close fully. Sounds like a small problem, but I know well and good that getting into the door to fix shit in there is expensive, because of the position and labor. I'm not particularly gleeful right now. Fri: My Gf calls my mechanic while I'm at work, to ask if he can take a look at my car. she picks it up and takes it to him, whereupon he listens to it and tells her it's def. the transmission. But oh! He no longer does them. :/
Later that day, my GF searches BBB and finds an A-rated transmission place. I get of work early to take it there for a free assessment. We'll pick it up Sat. The place is just up the street from me. We leave there in her car and head to Target. But oh! Rounding a corner, there is a loud CRACK and suddenly the clutch is gone. The car stalls, unable to downshift as it slows down, and we're stuck in a merge lane. I'm laughing because this shit is bananas. We call her dad, and the mechanic who is luckily still answering his phone. He sends a towtruck. The truck takes us back to his shop, where both our cars are now being kept. We walk home.
Sat: Morning. GF gets a ride to work with a friend, I walk up to the transmission place, to find out what's up. My transmission? Needs a rebuild. $1,000-$1,500. But I purchased that car for $1,300. So. I drive it home, and then to some other places that don't matter. While I'm out, my GF gets home (from a friend) and checks some auto places and craigslist for a used car. We find one we like, drive to the place. We like the car, but the guy wants it sold THIS WEEKEND meaning we can't take it to my mechanic first. SUCK. But we leave a check with him. BTW by now we know that my GF's clutch cable was broken, the pan needs to be replaced, and that's not all. The mech. will tell us as he figures it out. He thinks we're looking at $500-$600
Sun: Shit's closed!
Mon: We take care of tax, tag and title, and getting everything switched over. My old Mitsu has a demo tag and I put my current tag on the 97 civic. Then, get the car ins. taken care of. Then, to the mechanic! Our original guy. He looks the car over, tells me the wiper blade needs replacing and the L axle is broken. Okay, we leave it there to be fixed. Turns out the radiator hose needed to be replaced, too, and the axle was worse than he thought. $145. My GF's car is still not done being looked at. We put my old car up for $200 on CL and sell it that night. I get hit on by the thug buying it. Nothx.
Today: GF's car? $745. Still not fixed.That's without labor, cuz he felt bad. I get home from work, only to find out that my passenger side window is off track and won't close fully. Sounds like a small problem, but I know well and good that getting into the door to fix shit in there is expensive, because of the position and labor. I'm not particularly gleeful right now. 2010 Calendar
Posted 17 years agoI'm posting this here because if the cat's out of the bag, I'm more obligated to keep on the ball and finish this thing.
I was SUPPOSED to have done this forever ago, but that didn't happen. I plan on releasing two calendars for next year, one all male, the other all female, clean but maybe suggestive, a la pinup style. Most of them will be themed or in costume, but I'm hush hush on that. If there are any species you think should be on here that aren't, please let me know.
