As I will open Commissions today, I figured I would post my ToS here to have a place to keep them easily accessible

---

Rights

- The Artist reserves the right to decline a commission

- The Artist retains the rights to all artwork, which can be posted, distributed or used however they see fit

- The Client may post the low resolution version of the artwork on non commercial websites and social media, with credit given to the Artist and with the artwork remaining whole and unaltered.

- The Client may produce prints or copies for personal, non profit use ONLY

- Re-selling, claiming the artwork as their own or tracing is not permitted


Payement

- The Payment will be done using Paypal Invoices in USD

- The Invoice will be sent once the commission details have been defined, work will start only once the Invoice has been paid

- The Prices are base prices, the Artist may raise the prices depending on the complexity of the character desing or commission


Refunds

- There will be no refund of a completed artwork

- If the commission is canceled before no work as yet begun, there will be a full refund, otherwise the amount refunded will be decided by the Artist, considering how much work has already been done.

- The commissioner should not issue a PayPal chargeback unless you are unable to get in touch with the artist for over 2 weeks. This protects the artist if something family or life-related pops up.


Subject matter

What I will NOT draw:

- Detailed Robots and Machinery, simple mechanical elements may be included but will need to be discussed uprfront and
may be simplified
- Babyfurs / cubs
- NSFW
- gore
- Hate messages/slander/racism
- Kinks/Fetishes
- Political Themes


What I will draw:

- Anthros
- Ferals
- Humans
- Most things SFW


Commission process

- By default, the Artist has the right to take as long as needed to complete the artwork. If the Client requires a deadline it should be discusssed upfront. Depending on the time given to the Artist, extra costs may apply.

- The Artist will contact the Client to discuss the commission details.

- Once the details are settled, the Artist will send the corresponding Invoice, the work will not start until the Invoice has been paid.

- With the exception of Sketch Commissions, the Artist will send a Sketch for approval to the client to discuss any possible edits before inking and coloring. The Client is allowed to trace over the Sketch if they deem it necessary to communicate their idea

- Once the Sketch has been approved, the Artist will work on the piece until completion. Any edits required after the approval of the Sketch will be charged extra fees

- The final artwork will be sent with a full high resolution and a low resolution (75 dpi) version, the Client is encouraged to post the low resultion on social medias and non commercial websites.

- The Artist will always work on one commission at a time. The Client will be informed if the Artist is already working on another commission and what their position in the Queue is.

That's right, after a year spent processing a lot of thing and reconsidering my priorities, I will soon start to upload again on this page
Not only that but I will also open in the coming weeks animations commissions (with a focus on 2D Fx so you can hit me up with your crazy sci fi or fantasy ideas!)

No I am not kidding.
I have one last animation commission to complete but once it is done I am going to stop drawing and doing 2D animations.
Over the last 4 months a lot happened to me and not in the good way. The main things are that I have been trying to fight depression since mid October but didn't manage to so far and that art brings me more negative emotions than positive ones as time goes on.
Will not go into too much details but the idea is that because of college I can not be consistent in my art and this really gets on me. In addition I have a very bad habit of comparing myself to others and despite being totally aware that this is not a good mindset, I never got rid of it. This leads me to stop doing art.
I may try different creative outlets (game development and maybe sculpture) in the future but for now I still need to process a lot of things.
I am also going to Italy for 6 months for an intership so I do not have much free time left right now.
I hope to see you all again for whatever new thing I will come up with.

My life is a mess right now, to a point I do not endure often
Long story short we moved out but nearly everything went wrong (lost remotes for the tv, lost SCREWS for a BED)
And still somehow I'm not fully depressed yet
I'm also trying to get a summer job to pay my room next (scholar)year
So uh NO ART UNTIL A FEW WEEKS I GUESS
*shrug*
I don't even have time to work on my games in Unity
Though things can hardly be worst so I guess it will only go better as time goes on?
Oh and also it's my birthday on saturday yay......

THE HYPE IS REAL

Alright, considering the results of the poll I posted a few weeks ago on Furry Amino, I will open animation commissions in a few weeks!
Those animations are going to be tween animations made in Animate aka Flash
(I might do frame by frame later but I need to master animation in krita 1st)
Animation commissions won't be avaliable until 1st of July AT BEST bc there is a LOT going on for me right now
And for those who wonders they will be similar to the one featuring vikavolt in my gallery or the ones I did for Fjord Frost and Majira

As some of you may have noticed, I lost track of the Draw all the things Challenge.

That's because I've been coding a game
like an actual, legit video game.

So back to the piece I did for Day7 of the DrawAllTheThings challenge (right here https://www.furaffinity.net/view/23375437/ ), for some mysterious reason this on really got my brain thinking.
For a few days, I got some headcanons and so on and this eventually led me to start getting into Unity.

So uh yeah, I'll likely be less active regarding artworks and so on, though I might share some concept art or some screenshots every now and then (but not now bc right now I'm basically messing with Cubes and Spheres).

I've literally no Idea how long it will take (hopefully less than a year) but until then, stay tuned!

I went to my local #ScienceMarch and it was awesome! I hope this will help to get people more interested & more involved in scientific issues! I'm even on the final picture posted on the facebook page
