Sona update
Posted 15 years agoJust thought I'd make a journal explaining to all my friends, and everyone else. A little while back I started changing up my fursona, rather than a Black Fox I've gone with a Snow Leopard. Now for all those who have drawn my character in the past I still appreciate it all, they are all wonderful and beautiful pictures. But I felt it was time for a change, to change up my image as well as my fursona.

Posted 15 years agoHey 'bout time for an update. Well lately I've been working with a new style, I love it but still need a lot of work to get used to it. For those who follow me, watch me etc. I've been alright, emotions suck though but as a wise person told me once, "It's better to feel something than nothing at all". Also I'm getting back into practicing on my tablet, it feels so different on my laptop. Well in that note I guess I'll be taking commissions soon, once I feel up to it. Posted 15 years agoNothing new just an update, been feeling like crap the past few days. Loneliness is a killer, and I'm the cause of it all. Having nightmares again and getting sleep but still feel restless.... thank god for the holidays...

I'm not quite sure yet if I'm going to do a commission for whoever is my 500th viewer, if I do all I need is a screenshot to prove it x3. [Rant Journal] Crowded week
Posted 15 years ago Ah it's been so long since my last update. Hate to say but things are a little rough, stress about school is the main reason. To top it off seems I'm going to have to wait another 3 weeks before I can afford my laptop, thankfully I'm the patient type.
Anyways this week is going to be a busy one, first I have to set up a guidance appointment so we can talk about Colleges, next is applying for that College and courses. Then I have forms to sign so that OW will help pay for school needs and next is the Native Affairs. I have to see if they will cover my College entry and courses.
My week sounds like fun eh, but my greatest worry is that I won't be accepted into the College and my art won't suffice or won't be good enough. Ah dammit I worry too much for my own good, sorry for ranting on I had to let it be known somehow.

Posted 15 years agoAt long last I got my hands on a drawing tablet! It's awesome and a lot of fun but very difficult. But I know this is going to help me a ton and I hope it will. If any of you had advice or know any good programs for me I'm all ears :3
On that note I just thought I'd let you know, I'll be taking commissions hopefully soon. That is once I think I'm good enough, I tend to learn and practice quite a bit. I definitely need to work on my anatomy and refine in faces. So if you guys have any advice or can point me to a website I'd appreciate it. Thanks again everyone :3

I'll admit I'm back in the ruts of depression. I thought maybe the holidays might help but truth be told it only helped me realize how lonely I really am. I try my best to keep myself going, it's hard but I manage to scrape by each day. I've also did a lot of thinking... about myself, it's then I realized how naive and childish I've seem. I guess I hide behind those traits to stop anyone from seeing how I really feel. Letting them out is hard, and showing it to others isn't really me but... maybe it's for the best. I'm just surprised I haven't gone and done something stupid, though I don't think I ever will if you know what I mean.
Also I guess I have to put off getting my laptop and tablet for longer than I expected again. Due to my twin brother messing up the computer I had to dish out $200 to get it fixed. So I'm at least "hoping" to have them by March unless I'm asked for more money...
Anyways I'm sorry for ranting on, this isn't quite the riveting journal you hoped to read. But thank you for those that took the time to read this.

Back to the basics.
Posted 16 years agoWell the title says it all, I'm going back to the basics... or going to the basics. I'll be honest I started drawing on a whim, never really learned how. Anyways that's beside the point, since my local library doesn't offer much of a selection on books I decided to resort to online tutorials. I've decided to start off with the eyes and practice at that for a little while, then the face, hair, then neck clothing. Hopefully from there I'll be better at faces to actually draw a some good ones. I guess I'll start posting my progress, see what you all think.

Very strange dream. (Warning it's a bit gorey)
Posted 16 years agoWell I know this is a bit random but I can't help but think... Alright, well last night I had this very odd dream. It took place in my town, inside my home, I remember walking around and scan my surrounding. The next thing I know I begin to feel a sharp pain on my arm, I noticed it was twitching a bit and it throbbed like a mad man. Anyways all over my arms they started to hurt, and really I STILL remember the pain. Then on top of my hands it really started hurt it was then when the whole dream got weird, a dark red spot began forming on my hand and all over my arms, the pain was excruciating. The red spot just kept growing bigger, I realized it was blood... I guess my veins had popped and I was internally bleeding and the pain just wouldn't stop. I remember running around asking if anyone could help me, but no one knew. Then if I remember right my left hand palm on the right side of it opened up and the blood started to ooze out with the help of a friend.
Again sorry for the goriness but this is specifically what happened in my dream, I have an odd feeling that it maybe meant something, maybe the things in my dream where significant and represented something. But one of the points I'm trying to get at is I remember the pain. I mean I know it all sounds far fetched but I don't know. Anyways I just thought I'd share, enjoy?
