Old journal was old. So, now there is this one!

Been doing the daily sketch challenge with oonami and sig-nal these past few days and it's been pretty fun! But, BUT, I've been spending too much time on them and they don't make me any money! *rubs finger together*
Money is especially important with convention time coming up.

SO, I thought, or at least I'm taking credit for the idea, that it'd be neat if you guys wanted to get in on my daily sketch by turning them into a sort of daily sketch commission! I'll do these for $11USD. As I am doing these as an exercise I'm looking to hit up what I feel are my weak spots. So things like male characters, clothed characters, interesting poses, and unusual perspectives would be ideal.

I haven't been nearly as active as I would have liked. Looking back at my posts they seem to be getting further and further apart. The reason being that I have a family to take care of and it takes up allot of my time and energy. Sitting down and drawing becomes more of a chore and that's never a good thing.
I'm working on structuring things for myself that allows me set time aside that I can actually work on things. It seems like I'm making excuses for myself constantly, but it really has been a huge challenge.

So! On a lighter note I'll be attending FWA on Friday to (hopefully) be in the artist alley! I'll also be selling a few goodies as well; lanyards, buttons and stickers. I'll also be equipped to do badges this time around as well, so if you'd like to put in a pre-order for a badge, you can pick it up at the con!

Also, I've finally broken the 10k pageview mark! Yay for that, thanks everyone for sticking around and liking my things!

First and foremost, thanks to everyone who has watched me this past week or so! Because I submitted something to the bottomless girls FA page there is like 50 of you guys. When I get the chance I will go and thank you all in the form of a shout (unless you state otherwise).

To the commissioners:
So without getting into too many personal details. Things have been getting done way, way, way slower than I had predicted. Due in most part by my having to move shortly after I had gotten back from Anthrocon. It just threw everything out of whack and I STILL haven't unpacked everything. I told you guys end of July and here it is mid September, and I feel really bad about it. Sorry guys, I really am.

uh...what else. OH! I'm currently throwing together some very loosely sketched pages for a comic I'm working on. I'm basing off of a story that I had written some time ago for this purpose and am trying to put it together. Should be a couple of pages worth of content and I'm not sure if it'll be fully colored or not. At the very least it'll have a colored cover page with greyscale pages. So, look out for that. I may post the original written story once I polish it off a bit.

Once I get caught up on commission stuff I'll try and have more original content loaded up onto my currently neglected Tumblr page. I'll also update my Inkbunny and Weasyl with the older stuff that's already on here, just cuz. Found a bunch of old drawings during the move that I may share if you guys are interested. Stuff that goes back to my highschool days in ye olden days of 2004.

How do you guys feel about hand done traditional art pieces as apposed to ones done digitally?

Like does digital take the personal touch out of a piece or add something that couldn't be done otherwise?

What if I started mailing out hand done stuff? would you guys like that?

Just been thinking about a few things lately. I'm still trying to figure out a good setup for livestreaming traditional stuff.

I am using this as a launching pad to jump start my illustrating career and I need your help to make this convention a success!
