Alright, I admit it. I got addicted to WoW -_-;;

I've also had a bunch of stuff I've been working on which is making me draw much, much less. Which makes me cry. Commission me so I can draw moar! Mew.

Well, okay, I haven't been completely unbusy. Working on a project - imagine writing the names of 300 people on wedding invitations. Murg.

Still also planning on going to Acen, and I've got a pagan con at the end of this month to get ready for, plus Archon in Oct.... okay, so I have been busy :P

So I told work that I needed less hours, because I have a lot of crap to do, like

artsis
working on my portfolio so I can get an ACTUAL job (or any job that pays enough for me to have enough money to eat food regularly AND pay bills)
work on mah house
many other things

The problem is that last week they fired two full time people, and the guy they hired two weeks ago either a. doesn't bother to show up before an hour AFTER he's supposed to be there, or b. at all. They called him yesterday an hour after he was supposed to be there and his MOM said he wasn't coming in. Right. I'm still confused as to why they haven't fired him yet.

So where does that leave me? The only "full time" person besides the freakin' manager. Everyone else can only work 2 days a week max. Fabulous.

So there's the reason why I'm all disappeared. BTW, not making arts makes me very grumpy...

While I'm coughing up a lung and feel like enough crap to not work on what I need to, 'cause I still can't load the crap onto my computer STILL, first person to respond gets an art trade. I can't guarantee any decent quality on it though, as my brain feels like goo X_X

This'll be void if after 5 pm central time, as I don't think I could get anything done after that o_O

Ok so I have an IRL friend that I've known for years and she asked me to help her draw a couple pictures for a school project, and I'm like "Kay, couple pictures, not that big of a deal"

Really, I've never had to do an 8 page spread in A DAY. The subject and characters are easy, but I'm going to stab my eyes out for the coloring. At this point I'm just doing it in CRAYON because it's quick and I can't find my colored pencils and I don't have the correct color markers and !#$*&$#%)@!BLARG still no stylus, which is making me want to stab myself reapeatedly in the gullet. I feel like my arm's been chopped off without it..

And I know she doesn't have the tools necessary so I'm also dropping in the text... 'cause I'm nice. And a doormat. I told her she needs to get me something nice for Christmas 'cause this is a damn $100+ job.

I'm still being hiatus-y, lots of stuff's been going on (well, holidays and all, you know). I'm looking for another job and working my butt off in the meantime (not that there was much there, but anyway).  sunyudai is almost healed from his surgery, he got a new job after his old one got bought out, so all's pretty well here.

I've been running around being all managerial and stuff at my store, and we're doing really good and I've only got a week or so of it left...and then off to my other job where I make a whole lotta nothing *pout*

 sunyudai or as most of you know of my bf as Adonis, finally had surgery to remove his gall bladder yesterday. It was not a normal procedure, due to how long he's been dealing with it (July), he's alright, but won't leave the hospital until at least Sunday, and it hurts him to do, well, anything. Like breathing or sitting or talking. And due to my work I only get to see him for an hour or so a day. I've had a lot of people asking me how I'm dealing with it, but really the fact is that I'm a big Cancer, so I can hide my actual emotions extremely well, which makes it much easier to handle difficult situations. So I've been a big crabby lately, but otherwise people seem to think I'm taking it extremely well. Personally I guess I'm okay, just really blah and not wanting to do much but go to the hospital.

Speaking of which, I sleep nao so I can head over there in the morning before work.

Oh, and as a random update thing  shinigami_whistle WIP was started (background's done, working on lines and color now) and a certain painted commission's been started, just need to work on details and the background. Gee I'm all over the place!

My big manager job just started, hence why I've fallen off the face of the earth. It's an awesome job (I'm making double what I made at my other job), it's just a lot of hard work, and I haven't been checking FA as much since it was offline for a while.

Haven't drawn any lately, either, which is a sad thing. Just haven't had the time. But I have the day off today, so I may end up doing a little something. Mainly what inspires me to draw is looking at other art, and at least this is the place I can do that :3 Yes, that little something is stuff that I owe people. Cross yer fingers, just don't hold yer breath :P

Update:
He's back home! Yay!

Adonis had a really bad gall bladder infection. They're going to ultrasound him to check for anymore crystilization, if there's a lot then they'll have to remove it. For now he's just kinda blah and on a very low fat diet, and taking antibiotics. Thanks everyone for your support :3

Update #2:
Ultrasound is back, and the dragon is sans stones, so he'll just be on a low fat diet. Low fat, coupled with my lack of sugar, caffiene, or white flour. We're eating like we're in our 80s, minus the bran :P
