Tuesday evening I'll officially say good bye to the boondock and at long last move in to the real world!

Just had to announce that. Thank you and goodnight.

So my friends and I have been talking about me moving in with them for a while and it’s now become a work in progress. We’re going to try out a Trial Run Roommate thing, where I move in for about a month to test our compatibility. We’ve negotiated my move-in date to be the 20th of this month.

As excited as I am about moving out of my parents house… I’m also pretty nervous. I mean as much as I want to get out of the boonies and into the real world I still don't know what to anticipate.

Resolutions that I’m going to try to not taper out on for the upcoming year:

1) Move out of my parents’ house and in with my friends. I can’t stand living out in the boondocks anymore!

2) Get a new job with better pay and insurance. I know I’m lucky to actually have a job right now but I just want a better one.

3) Get a car and my license. I can’t be afraid of that test any longer, dammit!

4) Start going to college. Just find something I can do and do it! Stop being afraid of failure!

5) Get back into going to the gym or at least work out more. I aint gonna get ripped just sitting around all day.

And the final and probably most important of all:

6) Stop being so fucking hard on myself!!! I need to get over this self comparison bullshit and stop hating myself over nothing, god dammit!

Sad news. This morning we had to put a beloved member of my family to sleep, our old dauchsand Jasmine. It was probably for the best. She was over 15 years old and very sick in her last few days. Still, I only wish I had been mad at her less and told her I love her more often.

...It tolls for my computer T_T. That’s right, my one year old notebook just went tits up on me! I closed it and when I opened it later it was completely unresponsive. Tech support says it’s a hardware problem so I have to send it in.

On the bright side it was still under warranty so the repairs are free. That’s good I suppose. But alas Ill go two week with out my own computer and have to type this on my families slow-as-hell desktop. *Mopes*
