Ive finally had enough of watching all the artist draw all their cool characters and such. I got a how to book, some pencils, and am practicing an hour a day before sleep. It begins...

Just wondering for those of you who have seen the VOX production stills. If I was to ask fro $25 to help fund my thesis film you would be inclined to invest. Of course your answer would greatly depend on the production value of VOX but tentatively? Its going to be a story about a medic in a trench warfare environment. We're looking to gather a $10,000 budget of which 1,500 has already been raised.

So you may have seen a bunch of production stills and costume tests for my first major movie Vox. This 10 minute long scifi horror film is lossly based in the 40k universe and follows a squad of men looking for some missing scouts. One by one they realize the fate of the scouts.

It was filmed on an Panasonic HVX with an out of my pocket budget of $1000. The last major filming date is March 13th and the final edit should be released in May.

A website will be going up soon, one I find someone who can do that type of stuff. Hope you like what your seing. And the next big movie is already in the planning stages and where thinking of a $15,000 budget.

Well Im still alive and finally posting stuff again. College took a huge bite out of the time I had to be furry and what not. Plus I has a girl friend now, always fun. But Im back with all sorts of cool new things that will be posted.

Well its been along time since I wrote one of these so heres the quick and dirty version of the last few months.

I have a new name! Instead of just being refereed to as Fox which even though its my real name is rather generic, I shall from now on be NeoFox. A nickname given to me by the furry artists at Icon27 where I was dressed as Neo from the matrix with my girlfriend who was dressed as Trinity.

So then where the hell has Fox been that he hasnt been posting much work?

First off Ive been busy with a real girlfriend, . . . .wow I know didn't see that one coming. So that tends to eat up some time on the weekends. Ive started working on my summer schedule so that means Im working all three weekend days at the restaurant. That really eats up alot of time. And during the week Ive been attempting to finish up senior year at high school. My two AP tests are coming up so its also been cram time for studding for biology and literature. There have been some notable events though

-Attended Icon27, won first place in the 40k tournament there, meet Fossil and Scully Raptor again, got a new furry name(NeoFox), and just had a general good time.

-Recently went to Florida with my school elite band and swept the competition. We scored superior across the board. Ill see if I can get some sound clips from the performance. We also performed several shows live in Epcot center.

-Ive been accepted to Rochester Institute of Technology! Thats right Im going to college for a masters in film and animation at one of the best schools for it on the eastern seaboard.

Hope everyone has been having a good year so far. And Ill hopefully have some new pictures up soon. Check the blurb on my homepage for the current project line up.

Well after being so kindly tagged by having three of my pieces highlighted on another furs journal, its my turn to return the favor. Ah yes just in time for the holiday season, Michael Fox has finally obtained the rank of Eagle Scout. It was one hell of an interview to pass the board of reviews and they asked me question about everything in my 7 year scouting career and then some(God questions are not fun).

But in the end I pulled through and got the rank. Yay for me and now for an update!

Well thats an easy question to answer. For all of those who liked the figures that I was pouring out none stop over the summer and early fall, sorry. Ive been bogged down with the whole college application process and getting my art portfolio together. Im planning on majoring in film and animation and OMG is getting evreything ready for college a pain in the ass.

But everything will return to normal soon as I have to ahve everything in by Dec. 1st. Then I can start working on my figures and the likes again. Yay

Just thought you would want to know,

Well after duking it out for over 11 hours on Saturday, I ended up coming in fith place at the Nation 'Ard Boys tournament. The differance beftween 5th, 4th, and 3rd, was only a point a place. Had I killed 5 more models in my last match I would have placed in third, D'OH!! Of coarse I has going aganst Necrons, grrr. Oh well its was a lot of fun.

But I did end up winning second place for best painted army. It may not be first but oly half my army was finished being painted. Alot of the judges liked my snow theme. So thats cool. Next time when everythings done being painted Ill try and take first. And there is always next year to place in a regional tournament.

Well making up a 2500 point army list for this upcoming event has been really hard. Even with all my IG models I had to end up taking some WitchHUnters also to add more points. This battle is going to be huge!! Im now speed painting my entire army in preperation. And you know what that means, Photos of everything. Yay! But man do I have alot to paint and with school starting up again its going to come down to the line. Only 21 days left to the deadline.


In other news I now have over 1000 page views. Thank you to everyone who is watching me and hopefully my tastes in painting and furriness we keep you happy for months to come.

Well I have returned from my hiking trip through the New Mexicain wilderness. And damnnnnnnnnn. 21 days, 200 miles, 9 peaks, and one hell of a time. Three of the mountains were over 12,500 feet high so luggin up 60 pound backpakcs wasnt the easiest thing in the world to do. But its good to be back.

Well Im leaving for my last huraaa as a boyscout. For the next three weeks Ill be leaving the confinds of my workshop(aka my desk), my friends basements, and my real work place for the vast wilderness of New Mexico. Im going to Philmont Scout Range, a big camp in the midldle of jackcrap nowhere. It will be awsome in every respect execpt for the fact Im flying there. I hate flying and will have to take some drugs to calm myself proir to take off. DAMN YOU GRAVITY!!!

Woot, Woot, now Im off to go and celebrate with a big gyro and some french fries in town,

Yes its true, Michael Fox the lonely busboy has moved up the corporate ladder one notch. I am now Michael Fox 007 and 4/96ths, food runner; licensed to kill.
My new job is to instead of bringing the dirty dishes back into the kitchen and setting the tables, is to garnish the dishs, make them look pretty, and then bring them out to the customers. Pay raise and all that jazz included. And it only took me a year of busting my ass at that place too, but hey what more could a teenager working the summer shift want.

Well Im going in to have three of my wisdom teeth removed tomorrow so Im not sure when Ill be able to get back online, propably in four or five days. It wont be fun but I have to ahve it done.

The AP tests are done for the yerar and I can safely say that I got at least a 3 on both the US history and the Compisition one.

Though I wonder what I would have gotten on the essay writing part if I jsut ranted about furries? LOL.
