On February 20th 2017 I commissioned my first fursona since joining the fandom 11 years ago. Mid March, I uploaded my ref sheet and got my first ever watcher.

Also, while everybody is reading this I'd just like to let everybody know that some of you have been asking for art with Vincent, and I've been turning you down, the only reason for that is I am trying to make him a bit more monogamous wuff, however given this is a raffle, and a big one, all my characters are available for anything you want, SFW or NSFW (excluding fetishes I don't like IE: Vore, watersports, baby, Hyper, Gore), so this is your chance!

3. I've got some ideas for artists, but if you would like to use an artist that costs more than what I am offering, I may be willing to consider it, but you would be paying the difference.
4. You must be watching me
5. In your comment, you must include the character of yours (or possible characters you want to use), including whether or not you are interested in SFW/Mature/NSFW, or any/all of the above. A link is required.
5b. Including ideas, or your characters preferred position may help your case with getting chosen if you are a finalist (see number 9).
6. Don't disrespect/harass others in the journal.
7. If you would like a second entry, say something nice about either the person above you, or somebody else in the entry thread.
8. No need to share that this raffle is being held, it won't get you any extra favor in it, but it's always appreciated
9. Winners will be chosen semi-randomly: The process will be 3 random numbers are picked, and then those 3 will be put to a vote, and 25 or so of my good friends will vote on the winner from those 3. (This will be repeated for each of the up to 3 winners)

Looking back on an awesome 2017
Posted 8 years agoIt seems that for most folks 2017 was a difficult year. I suppose i can be thankful that this was a truly amazing year for me, and I'm sad to see it ending.
2017 was the year i finally became active in the fandom. Despite lurking around for over a decade now I've never even had a fursona until this year.
So for those looking to know a bit more about me (it's a long read!), read on. If not, Have a great new year!
To understand why 2017 Was a great year for me, it needs to be compared to the last 5 or 6 years since i moved back to Michigan.
I've always disliked it here, I've never had any friends and was generally a social outcast and very reserved in most every way. I needed to escape it, so i left the state for college and went to virginia, where i finally had a taste of what I've been after. Friends, adventure, freedom, finally i had a chance to work on a relationship. The good stuff! Then it all came crashing down again after i couldn't find a job after graduation and had to move back to Michigan 6 years ago. The friends I've made gradually faded away, relationships I've built crumbled. And once again, i was alone, with my closest remaining friends 100s of miles away and busy with friends and relationships of their own. I fell into depression and borderline alcoholism for years, until finally this year in February, i came to the conclusion that if things didn't change I'd likely not see 2018 at the rate things were going. I've never been active as a furry before and always feared judgement. But who was left to judge? What was left to lose? So for my birthday I worked out my character and got my first commission ever (my ref).
I've always looked at the fandom as kind of a mix of the strangest, and sometimes most toxic people you will ever meet. Little did i know at the time, it's really what i needed. Almost immediately after making my new account and paying my ref people began to talk with me. Within a few months i had overcome a lot of my social anxiety, my openness to you all online and seeing I'm not alone anymore began to affect me offline as well. I say i based Vincent off of myself, but the reality of the situation is, hes based off of who i want to be, and now know i can be. I find myself becoming more the person i want to be every day, and finally feeling confident talking to new people and going out in public for the first time in my entire life. It's strange, i actually really enjoy going out now, which is something i never thought would happen. The best part though is after years, I'm finally starting to have friends again.
While none of you are local to me, i still count many of you as good friends who have helped me along more than you will ever know.
In addition to all that however, 2017 have me plenty of other bonuses as well! Good raise, huge bonus, loss more time off, new fursuit that should be ready any week now. The list goes on! I think more surprising than all that though is that seemingly out of nowhere and completely unexpectedly i found somebody i care very strongly for. The kind of person where you know you can never be good enough for, yet inexplicably they seem to like you as well. I never thought I'd even be interested in a relationship, and yet, here i am. Posted 8 years agoI've had my request accepted with furzombie studios (for vincent) so i'm quite excited, it may be ready as early as January or February! Though I'm not sure yet! All that is left to do is write the checkand work out some details and it can start getting made :D
Now just to find somebody in West Michigan to help me with the dummy, i knew it was a mistake for me not to try to meet the locals lol. Let me know if any of you know some cool people in Michigan that may be able to help!

What do you guys want? More raffles?
Posted 8 years agoHello everybody, so as some of you noticed I've been posting less art lately, I'm trying to limit the number of active commissions I'm taking since I'm trying to save for conventions, a new couch, and possibly a suit (one of those things is not like the other).
So, I guess since there will only be 1 or 2 pieces a month now, what do you guys want to see most?
1. Yiff
2. More hardcore yiff or group stuff
3. Themed sfw
4. Fantasy Comic (mostly sfw/mature, some nsfw, large and ongoing)
5. Short comic (nsfw)
6. Monthly raffle
To explain that last one, it may be a good way to keep things fresh and interesting, but I don't know. I'd probably do like $100 or something on it, and if the winner wanted to spend more they could.
The fantasy comic would feature all three of my characters, and I'd probably need some volunteers once I have everything written out (could take a bit).

So I've been told that you guys like free art, and it just so happens I like giving out free art, so I figure that a raffle is a good idea since I have 500+ of you people watching me now! (Why?)
The raffle is mostly standard (Except its not, see the note at the bottom), in that you have to be watching me, and you comment here to be assigned a number.

We've decided to offer a second prize, an NSFW threesome commission with Your character, Vincent or Aslak, and Harley, with you choosing the dominant or submissive position, and it will be completely paid for as well, done by a quality artist, which is to be determined.
The winner for this second place commission will be determined by combining both of our raffle participants, and picking a number randomly, so if you enter both of our raffles, and have 2 numbers in each, you technically have 4 chances to win the second prize!

In 30 watchers I'll be posting a journal doing a raffle of some kind, but I'd like to know what you guys would like to see.
Do you want one big prize IE: First place gets up to $160 or w/e for a commission
or would you rather two or three smaller prizes IE: First place gets $100 for a full shaded, Second place gets $60 towards a flat color, and Third gets $40 towards a sketch/colorsketch
I guess a third option would be to base the prizes on number of entries, IE: For every 10 people there is a $120 prize.
Would you guys like it to be completely random chance, or semi-random, in that I'll pick 2-3 numbers and based on your descriptions / ideas manually choose from those 2-3.
I guess is there anything else you want to see? Any unusual ideas you would like to see tried?

Do you prefer SFW? NSFW? Solo images? Multiple character?
Any particular themes you like? Fun? Cute? Adventure? Angsty? Dark?
Locations?
Outdoors, bedrooms, forests, beaches, etc.
I've got 3 characters, who is your favorite? Would you like to see more of one of them?
Also, if you have an idea and want your character in it too, let me know! We may be able to work something out!

Posted 8 years agoI am not an artist, as a result, I've not really contributed to the community in the past 10+ years. So, for the foreseeable future, my goal is to shoot for purchasing 3 or more commissions every month, with a spending goal for the first month of $1000 usd. I will not be spending this much every month, as I am not rich, but I feel like I have some making up to do, and there are great people here, often trying to make a living doing this, that need it more than I do.
Unfortunately I am not the most creative person.
What this means is, if you are interested in going in on a commission, or would like to see one of my characters (There is only one of the two posted at the time of this journal) doing something, or dressed as something, or in some situation, let me know!
There are some limitations though, especially as NSFW go. I am not into many different fetishes, and Vincent is usually a 'Top' while the other one (Not ready to be posted yet, but it's a bird) is usually a 'Bottom', so those themes would likely have to be followed at least to some extent.
I have a personality in mind for both of my characters as well, so I also probably wont want to do anything too out of character, but this is very broad, so I would not worry about it for now, as more is posted you will begin to see what I am talking about.
So with that said
- If you want to see one of my characters doing something, let me know, and I'll try to make it happen.
- If you want me to bid on a YCH auction, or buyout a slot, let me know.
- If you want one of your characters included, let me know and we can split the commission, or if its an artist I've had my eye on, I may pay for the entire thing.
Put simply, if you want to see something, or want to be included in something, let me know! The worst that happens is I say "Sorry, I'm not interested at the moment".
Side Note: I am quite stingy with what I 'favorite' and who I 'watch'. So, please don't take it personally if I don't reciprocate a favorite or watch, we can still be friends, and you can rest easy knowing I will remember you.
