I have also put one or two adoptables/characters into the sale as well, and, since my friend doesn't have an FA account, I am making a sister post on here for them to help out in exchange for being allowed to join in on the sale.

Dad is gone ...
Posted 11 years agoI have a habit of keeping my phone on airplane mode to conserve battery life because at work the signal is so sparse that most of the time I can't get a signal. And I normally forget to take it off of airplane mode at the end of the day.
This habit has taken away any chance I have to speak to my father again. He had been battling melanoma for some time now, and for the passed couple of days his girlfriend had been trying to contact me, and she couldn't get through because of that damned habit. Out of a pure whim, I took my phone off of airplane mode at the end of the day today, and received the news of my father's passing.
He and I weren't exactly close ... but he's my father. I never really knew when his birthday was, and I found out that he had just turned 60 a day or so ago, and I'd missed it. It was my last chance to talk to him and now I'll never have another chance ever again.
Goodnight ...

This year I have been teamed up with:
- Dana Skully (X-Files) ... she'll probably be the one trying to rationalize everything and stuff ... but at least she's a good shot.
- Brad Pitt - He's already survived one zombie apocalypse ... why not this one?
- Batman - Again I have been teamed up with the zombie apocalypse's downfall ... I can only hope it's not the Christian Bale version.
(My apologies to Christian Bale fans out there ... I just didn't really think he did a good job playing Batman)

Posted 11 years agoI just found out this morning. He's only got a few months left. I will be going up to see him for a weekend soon. I don't know about this weekend, but if I can't then, then I'll be heading up to see him the weekend after.

I don't really have one, but my fav kind of songs are ones that are upbeat and/or kinda fast-paced.

Probably something I never listen to anymore ... but there are a few of those, so it's hard to really pick one specific song.

I don't think I've heard a song that makes me sad.

There used to be one, but it doesn't remind me of them anymore.
