Now while I don't know all the specifics of what's been going on, I have a general idea, so I like to think I'm fairly safe.

My girlfriend has gotten me hooked on another game, this one is a free to play rts style game called League of Legends, which I was a bit wary at first, since I suck at RTS games, but this game is awesome.

This weekend is the Penny Arcade Expo, and like last year, I'll be going. I am so excited for it! I'm really hoping they have demos of the 3DS, that is my big hope for PAX this year.

Good god I'm boring.

I commissioned an artist for some artwork quite some time ago (back in March) and still have yet to receive any progress on it. Payment was up front, and throughout the next two months or so, I sent a few emails to check up. Those emails got some replies saying they are still in the works, they have another piece to do first, that kind of stuff.

The last email I got was in May. Here it is now August and I haven't gotten another reply. According to what I read on Paypal, I can't dispute transactions after the first 45 days after payment. I want one of two things, my art, or my money back. All attempts to contact the artist through internet forms have failed, notes on FA and DA, emails, etc.

Do you guys have any suggestions? This is the first time I've had such trouble with an artist. The amount I paid wasn't exactly a large sum, but considering how I have moving costs and the rent to pay at a new apartment, money is tight.

What is the best way to clean a fursuit? Specifically, the white tip of my tail is starting to get a bit dirty, and I have something (I have no clue what) stuck to the bottom of one of my footpaws.

So, what do you guys suggest for cleaning these without tearing out or damaging any of the faux fur?

For one, this.

This was an unexpected gift my friend and I enjoyed. 16 Survivors, Super Special Infected (More health, Smoker with Insta-tongue, Spitters with instant reloading spit), Instant heals, revives, and saves, Random African American tanks, and guns with double ammo.

If only we could have played this to the end, but we had a server connect error at World 1-2.

I have no idea why, but I woke up this morning with some intense pains in my lower intestine area. After taking some aspirin, convincing my gf to go get a few things from the store, I took some laxatives (thinking the pain was from constipation) and antacids, I laid in bed writhing in pain with several trips to the bathroom in hopes of feeling better, most of which resulted in nothing though.

That lasted about four hours. Now, when I first got up I thought I had hunger pains, so I quickly ate a bowl of cereal, but that did nothing. I took the laxatives and antacids about an hour after the pain started, but I was only able to go to the bathroom successfully about another hour after I took them. After laying in bed and in pain for those four hours, I started to get a bit hungry and wanted a snack. So, what's best to snack on when you're having stomach troubles? Saltines! And those must have been magical saltines, because as soon as I started munching on those, all my pains went away.
I still have yet to figure out exactly what caused the pain, or even what helped remedy it, because as I could tell I wasn't backed up too bad to cause constipation, and I hadn't eaten anything out of the usual the day before.



In other non-sickness related news, I hope you guys have been enjoying the artwork I've been receiving lately, because it might be a while before I get any more. I'm trying to save up money once again, so I can't afford to be spending a lot on commissions (but I may take one or two if I can find some cheap enough).
Also, I have one more piece of art on the way, but I just can't seem to get a reply from the artist. I've had trouble with this person before regarding a fursuit, but I was hoping just getting some art would be different. I was wrong. Now, I really want the art from this person, and I've already paid, so I don't really want a refund, I just want some info on how the art is going. I paid them over two weeks ago, and sent a note just last week asking for info on the progress, but the artist hasn't even read it, which is strange because the artist still has posted art recently. This is all over on DeviantArt by the way.
So, what do you guys suggest I do in this situation? I'd appreciate some help with the matter. For clarification, I don't want a refund, I don't want to cause trouble for the artist, I just want my art, or at least a reply to my notes when I'm curious how things are going.

My girlfriend got me a new mouse for Valentines Day, and man, it is sensitive. I barely move it and the cursor shoots to the other side of the screen! I can only imagine how this will affect my play in TF2.

Nothing really new to say, just felt like getting that old journal off my front page.

From the title, I've been playing TF2 even more lately, and have been having a lot of fun as the Scout, so if you guys wanna join me for a round or two, my Steam ID is FoxyDude915, add me and we'll play sometime.

My girlfriend and I were just chilling at home, doing our own thing, when our roommate gets home and says "you guys might want to get outside, the building next door is on fire." So we got dressed and headed outside, and this is what we saw:

My roommate's mom happened to be nearby and snapped the photos with her cameraphone.

Our apartment building is to the right of the one that's on fire, and our apartment is on the top left floor, and when flames started shooting out of the top of the building towards our side, needless to say I was scared. Thankfully the firemen arrived quickly and were able to contain the fire before it could spread to any of the other buildings.

Thankfully, everything is over, it still sounds like firemen are patrolling the area and whatnot, I can hear news helicopters outside too, but we're back in our apartment and everything is okay. I feel really bad for the families that lived in that apartment though, and am also very curious as to what started the fire.

Ugh, I'm tired. I think I'm gonna go rest.

Just downloaded it a few days ago on my DS flashcart (yay pirating!), and I'm not too far in, but I'm loving this game. It's not too much different from the Phantasy Star Online games I played and loved, but I wish I had people to play with. I'm a level 16 RAcast, and my friend code is 2192-7741-3056,and my IGN is FoxyDude. If you wanna play sometime, give me your friend code and I'll add you and we can go kill some hostiles together!

My god, L4D2 is fucking sweet. I have to have the settings set on the lowest right now, but even with that, I'm noticing a huge difference in graphics and detail.

First off, the zombies will show more damage when you shoot them. For example, I came up to a zombie from behind and shot it in the back with the shotgun, blew a hole in it's back, you could see the spine. I toss a pipe bomb, a bunch of zombies gather around, and instead of just exploding into bloody dust like in the first L4D, the zombies go flying, body parts everywhere. I even shot one zombie in the stomach, blew a hole right through it, yet it got back up and headed for me again.

The new infected are a pain, yet they're still cool, and I know playing as them in versus is gonna be sweet. All of the old infected have graphical updates, even completely new looks (like I've seen a female boomer....eew), and the AI is much better than in the first (at least for the special infected, that is... Survivor AI is still dumb as rocks, if not worse).

Gameplay has been updated as well, even just on normal, this game is still fucking hard.

The melee weapons are a nice new addition, and can be very useful for knocking away large groups of zombies (the machete and guitar are my favorites so far), and that's just the start of the new items. There's the shots, which increase your speed and give you a small health boost, the boomer bile which attracts the horde to wherever (or whoever) you throw it on, the defibrillator which is used to instantly revive a killed survivor instead of having to rescue them from a closet, and several weapons.

In this game, if you take a melee weapon, it replaces your pistol, but I think it's worth it when you know you're gonna be up against hordes. So far I haven't found a whole lot of new weapons yet, but this is just the demo (no grenade launcher, fire axe or chainsaw yet).

Also, just from what I've been playing, this game is way more difficult than the first L4D. There's a part where everyone is in this little truck thing, and when you open the door to get out, an alarm sounds alerting the horde, but it's not like in L4D where it sounds for a while, some zombies show up and you stay in one place until they're gone, no. The alarm keeps going until you run all the way through this long path of fences, fighting off huge groups of zombies the whole time to get to a switch at the top of a tower to shut off the alarm. I was playing with my friend, and we both used shots to speed ourselves up, and I was running along the path and a charger was headed straight for me, I stepped aside and managed to dodge him, but my friend wasn't so lucky. I didn't realize he got caught by him, so I kept running ahead, then I turn to see everyone else all the way at the end of the path, and I'm stuck fighting hordes by myself.



So, yeah, L4D2 is sweet, can't wait for the full game, and I'm gonna have to look into trying to afford a better graphics card for my comp so it will play better and I can set it on higher settings. Okay, I'm having a little trouble here. I preordered L4D2 today for my PC and downloaded the demo, and now I can't seem to get it to start. First time I tried, it said it had to update Steam or something, which it tried to the first time, and must have failed because then it had to do it again after Steam restarted.

After that, then I try to start up the game and I get the usual message "Preparing to Launch Left 4 Dead 2 Demo", but it only stays on the screen for about a second before another small window appears saying "Decrypting Steam files - 0%" with a bar, which fills in less than a second, then the message box disappears, and the game doesn't start.

So, does anyone have any suggestions or ideas as of what to do? Has this been happening to anyone else? I could use a little advice please.
