Just to let you guys all know, I'm going to go from 3 updates a week to 2 until stuff at work is finally worked out. It's calmed down, but I'm still by myself during the night shift, which doesn't leave me too much spare time. When they finally get another person working at night, I'll go back to three updates a week.

I'm here, but it's going to be a stressful upcoming few weeks. New product releases, one of my co-workers just quit and I have to train his replacement. To be honest, I'm gunna have very little time for drawing, so don't expect a NOC update for a month.

I might update it if I get the time, but I cut corners enough as it is and really want to start making something of higher quality. I'm not gunna rush it, I'm just gunna let me get stressed over work and not over comics.

So after months of feeling pretty low, I'm feeling pretty consistently up!

It's sparking my creativity, so I'm hoping to start rolling our Noc more often, and I'm also working on a different series too!

I definitely want to get back into the swing of updating more often, with original characters and even fan-art for stuff you may not even know I like!

Why?

I've played Pokemon Emerald and maybe I'm just missing something, but that was like the worst game in the main franchise. Not to say it was bad, but... I don't know. Every mon in it was completely unremarkable except Blaziken, but I prefer Infernape over him anyway. And Absol is pretty cool too. Other than that I can barely even remember half of the gen 3 mons. Can someone explain why this was a thing that was desired??

Thanks everyone for the very kind birthday wishes I've received! I know at 26 I have no right to say "I feel so old...."

... because I don't! I honestly feel like I'll be 22 forever, no matter what my body tells me!


That said, I'm going to make an effort to nap less. Because I work overnights, sometimes it's very nice to just lay down in the dark, and shut my eyes for an hour or two before work. Because of that though, my productivity has shot way down, ahaha.

So I'm going to try to nap less, and instead dedicate that 1-2 hours doing more important things, like trying to draw more and even getting Nocit running as a full-time comic.

Dunno if I should remove the workplace aspect from it though, cuz tbh I don't really know if I'd care for it that much. Ah well, it's my comic, I'll draw it however way I want (which in turn will make me want to draw it, ahaha)!

UH.... so I'm not quite sure how to saw this without sounding like a prude or a snooty dick, so I'll just say what I feel.

I removed most of the adult art from my gallery, and I will rarely upload any more. Any I do upload will be solo characters I might draw during anatomy practice.

It's hard to explain the exact reason why. You may have noticed I generally only draw this kind of stuff for good friends to begin with, because it can be fun. But at the same time, I still feel a degree of discomfort whenever I do, because there's a lot of people who see these kind of pics, and only care about these kind of pics. I uploaded them because when I do, they get a lot more attention than most anything else I upload. The FA community really enjoys their smut.

And that's not to say it's a bad thing! I consider Thizorac a good friend and I <3 him and everything, and look at his gallery!

That said, I don't want to create an expectation that I'll be drawing a lot of stuff like this in the future, because.... I won't be. And I don't want to gain watchers with this sort of expectation, either, because it's not fair to them.

So if you're watching me for the adult art, or if you think this journal was some sort of moral high ground I'm trying to take (and maybe it is), click unwatch.

Otherwise, I'll be trying to upload more stuff very soon. It's been a rough month, but thank everyone who has given me support in tough times.
