Looks like the crazies are back again this year
General | Posted 9 years agoNot that far into the second month of 2017, and already the crazies are already trying to predict the end of the world, YET AGAIN... I know they do this every year, but seriously, it's getting to the point of, "Why are you even trying?" The latest end of the world hooey is a total eclipse on august 21, 2017 being the end of the world, stated by christians... Looks like some tried to predict the end of the world by reading the bible and finding 'some hidden code'.
Seriously, I get people just want for attention, but seriously, this is not the way to get attention, and is just getting old. The whole eclipse thing, um, don't they know eclipses happen every few years, and yet we are still here. Then there's the ones saying Nostradamus, predicted the US president and that the president is the 3rd antichrist... Oh for crying out loud, people make predictions all the time, just look at weather forecasters, no offense to those of you who are, but seriously, there's a little thing in the world, called getting lucky. Just cause some of Nostradamus' predictions came true, doesn't mean they all are, it's called dumb luck.

General | Posted 11 years agoThought I'd run it by you guys & see what you'd say. Thinking of taking up script writing (As in show scripts/story scripts) & thought I'd ask what you guys would like (as in subject matter).

General | Posted 11 years agoFor those of you in the US, if you hear anything about a bill called HR 2847 & it causing the dollar to collapse, don't listen to it, it's just scare tactics. HR 2847 is an employment bill.

College & parents
General | Posted 12 years agoWhat is it with college & parents always bugging their kids to get straight A's. I say if the kid gets a passing grade it should be fine, but no the parents have to over-react.
