What are some ideas for a short animated loop that you would like to see? Preferably something you haven't seen a lot of before, but if what you'd like best is a common idea that's ok too.

Ok, so I have this memory of receiving a commission inquiry but I can't find it in my email, notes, or comments so it may have been a dream?

BUT

I may have had someone mention a serval character, and my brain parsed it as sergal, while replacing what a sergal is with what a synx is and only JUST NOW realized. So to the person who may or may not exist to whom I called servals "nostalgic" I apologize for any confusion. If you did in fact ask about a sergal and not a serval I suppose that was slightly less confusing?

Did FA used to have a thing where you could choose open/closed for commissions/trades/requests in the settings and it wouls show up at the top in red or green? Did I dream that or is it gone now or did I just lose it lol

Going back through my stuff now, I have found some characters I have lost interest in or forgotten my original plans for. Potentially up for trade, looking for art please. Doesn't have to be anything big or complex, but I especially like pixel art if you do that. Some of these I'm less decided on letting go than others, so please don't take it personally if I don't accept.

Do you guys know any artists who do less cartoony cbt? Less stomping and things like that and maybe more aftermath? Bruises, welts, and swelling? I don't mind gore either but I was having trouble finding stuff thats not as extreme as castration or penectomy.

They dont have to take commissions and either furries, fantasy, or humans are ok, just want some art to admire. If you know writers I'll check them out too.

I just now realized that the default setting for the searchbar is only submissions from the past 5 years, and that you can changet hat not only in advanced search but in the global site settings.

This was driving me absolutely up a wall this whole past couple days I've been organizing my gallery folders. I kept searching for specific pieces that I KNEW I did, having them not show up... is it cause they're in scraps? No scraps show up fine... is it because its in the title not the descrition? No, putting in to search the title field didn't work...

As always you figure stuff out the moment you don't really need it anymore lol. I also today found that FA added submission footers, and my saved template for submission descriptions. AFTER I had already manually put them in on the last like 10 posts lol.

I thought about trying again this year but I've been sick and Hannukah already started, so I decided to make it a free pic instead! I always see lots of Christmas-themed pics around this time of year and I thought there should be more for other winter holidays ^^

So I've been using classic mode because beta used to not allow you to view favorite submissions from the main profile page, which I didn't like. But apparently that was changed and I never knew about it til now, so I decided to try it out.

But I realized that any custom thumbnails from non-flash submissions were not showing up. When I went to the 'update thumbnail' option and put in a new file, nothing happened. Is that a bug or am I doing something wrong? I tried clearing my cache but the thumbnail didn't show up anywhere, not even in the preview page where you upload your thumbnails. I used a jpg file at ~40kB.

Thanks to anyone who can either confirm its just a beta-bug or if I'm doing something wrong.


update: for reference I WAS able to change the thumbnail of a flash file in beta mode, and that thumbnail propagated over to classic mode as you would expect

If you want your anthro/non-feline character drawn as a feral feline, that's ok too, but put in the species what kind. Can do nsfw nudity, but won't do anything with sexual acts. The pose etc will be whatever I feel like, but if I make some mistakes on your character I'll probably fix them. The final results will be like above example, no colour.

Is anyone interested in an artistic freedom lingerie commission? It would be like shoulder to thigh or thereabouts, full colour, with femme lingerie (lace, pearls, stuff like that). I would get artistic freedom on the clothing design, but if you really hate it at the sketch stage I will work with you to find a design we both like.
