Hello! It has been a hot minute, apologies as I have been more active on Discord/Twitter these days! ^^; I am still drawing/making art, just have not had motivation to post much here, and for that I am truly sorry x_x
I actually started up my own little carrd and information for commissions now, which has made things 100x easier! Also, I have a little art discord I opened up as well, feel free to join~

As expected, my last job finally figured it was time to let me go as they were doing reduction. I just got unlucky and pulled out from a hat basically, so I was booted for it. BUT it gives me time to focus on art for the time being while I seek another job! :D

It's been a while..
Posted 3 years agoHiya, just wanted an update on here of what is happening and why I have not been around too much lately.
First off, I have been silently active, just not posting too too much. I like being a little to myself lately as I have not only myself to take care of now, but my dogs and my lovely fiance to be. One of my dogs has grown increasingly ill and we have been trying our hardest to get her out of this bacterial infection, or whatever she has. We have been struggling, but finally it looks like her skin is starting to fight it.. Just as we started seeing signs of recovery, my own health went down the drain. I was having some increasing pain that was a huge concern. I went to get checked out, but only to be told they could find nothing and that I need to go to someone else.
Secondly, with everything that has been happening to us, my love and I have been struggling mentally.. a lot. We have opened up to each other that maybe the option one day to not be here anymore, would be a better option. As much as it really hurts me to even think that, but it truly has been on our minds with how much we have been battling in the last few months.
(Which no worries, we both are too big of babies to even do such a horrible thing to ourselves. Tis just thoughts atm)
I am thankful the doctor was unable to find anything, as it could have been cancer. Yet, I could still be having something else that could endanger my life. So I have been losing sleep due to anxiety attacks in the middle of the nights.
I apologize for being so quiet.. I am just getting tired of struggling..

Posted 4 years ago ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆ Hello, I'm slowly coming back to the site.. I apologize for being gone for a little bit, or at least not posting recent works. I've been on that weird journey on trying to find a coloring/shading that works for me, to which I'm considering trying Clip Studio as well to have some additional features.. but not pay an arm and a leg for.
(looking at you photoshop >.>)
Also, just yesterday, my love and I received some terrible news about his mother. So I still may or I might not stream, depends if her health gets worse or gets better over the weekend, but SATURDAY is the day I'm pointing at for a stream.
I'll be working on owed work and MIGHT take a sketch or two since I'll most likely be streaming for 6-10 hours. (Please excuse me a few days to also grab some new music as it is boring me ^^; )
I missed you guys. Hope to see you during streams~

Art is delayed due to me slicing my purlicue open a few days ago. Just waiting for it to heal before I do what I normally do, cooking, drawing, work, etc.

We had a few of our packages disappear and I am still covering for my boss and waiting for our corporate to clear him back at work. ;;
Apparently we had a sub mailman and instead of putting packages at our door, he puts "Delivered" then takes the packages back on the truck. Now the post office can not find these packages and one of them is for an emergency for the dogs...

Tablet Practice [Free Doodles] [EDIT]

Wednesday and Friday is now my day off due to my manager needing to be tested and being off for a week. Sorry for the inconvenience!
So I did do this one Twitter a few days ago, but I still would like to practice before I fully decide on what I am doing for painting, sketching, and etc.

And I want to give watchers here a shot and I will sketch up some stuff this weekend or Monday (as I am working today)
Go ahead and drop a ref of a character of your choice and I'll pick a random number of people to sketch! <3
this is for practice on the new tablet, so do not expect WIPs being sent out from my normal ToS. Along with giving artistic on pose UNLESS you want some expression, please add that! :)

I actually found a good competitive pen display tablet for half the price of a cintiq and it is just about the same thing! I'm going to do a little more research on what programs it is compatible with and go from there~
Still $699 so gonna save up <3
I've been really busting my back at work to get this started for a big cintiq tablet that I originally saw at a little above $600. I would have been ready to order to last night, but they must have had the sale reset mist likely so it's back at a bit over $1,000.
It has been an absolute dream to get this, so I'll open up some commissions to kind of fill up the goal again, if anyone is interested!
I'll have reference sheets, retro summer icons, sketch pages, and such open to help out~
I'm so close and I'm so excited!
Also, my full desktop arrives on 7/5 AHHH

Fully Back?
Posted 5 years agoSlowly I have been lurking and posting when I can (or let's be honest, when I remember lol) on newer stuff, but a lot of really great things have been changing for the better. Hopefully soon I will have my own pc after.. how many years have I been on the internet? Goodness, late to the party, I know. ^^;
But I wanted get back into things with art once this happens to start up a goal. I may need to upgrade parts for the computer I am receiving since I really want to stream art and commissions again. In order to do that, I need some newer or better parts for the pc. So I will be starting up a goal soon for that AND making over the goal I will use the remainder towards a Cintiq tablet of my own.
Cintiqs are not cheap.. but I really want to start building something forward for myself... and a full-time freelance artist has been just that-
- I want to get back into animation
- I would like to not have back problems and a Cintiq (with a stand) sitting back in my chair could really help.
- I would also love to have just a professional setup later down the road for my work. (Especially with a house in mind later)
- Streaming may be easier as well
If you are interested in helping out, stay tuned. I have a few commission options to add to a list, or I may even may a new one.
Things are finally starting to look up for my anxiety and stress levels lately, I am really proud to have found my voice.
