General | Posted 4 years agoare there any around on the community end of things?

General | Posted 4 years agorunning all the mods 6 pack ver 1.8.1
specs advised around 8gb of ram for the client minimum, recommend 10-12.
got a small group of people playing, and not very many rules, nothing disabled. no pvp, no grief, use common sense.
comment for access.

15 years
General | Posted 4 years agoSince I discovered what it was to be furry/scalie.
15 years of interesting experiences, ups and downs.
Halfway through things really slowed down for me. I met some interesting, amazing people, and some on the other end too.
Putting things in perspective, lord have mercy on the person I've become, hoarding characters and working 50 hour weeks at a time.
I don't really socialize that much anymore because it's hard to focus my energy and mingle in. I function a lot better 1 on 1 and always have.. Social groups are hard.
I'm always looking to meet more friends, people. Maybe something more, who knows! I tend to spend a lot of my time alone and it's most likely 'cause of my personality, and it's hard to connect on a lot of topics.
My interest span can be pretty narrow at times, doing the same 7-10 things over and over again.
Most of the games I play, have already had their hayday which nobody plays them anymore~ But that's not too bad, I'd suppose!
If I've ever chatted with you, and fallen off the face of the earth, I apologize. It's just really hard for me to maintain social contact even with those I consider family/dear to me. It's not you, it's me. I really enjoy our conversations and interactions every single day, and I want you to know I appreciate you.
Thanks for reading.
ps. Potassium.

Dry spell - Hello!
General | Posted 4 years agoWhat's up?
Just a spur of the moment journal to poke around for activity! -- Things have been pretty quiet lately, 50hr work weeks pretty much.
Just passively searching for artists or ychs! Gotta get all the lovely art of my ever expanding character roster.
I don't think it's a bad thing to have so many, it's like a big family you know will always be there.
How are you?

Life update
General | Posted 7 years agoHEnlo pink darg is still alive.
a lot has happened in five months, so i figured i'd talk a little about it.
starting at the beginning of the year i've been fighting a massive bedbug infestation, eventually losing out in may and winding up living out of the car with my mother. during this time i was working mcds on various shifts on an ingrown toenail that was causing extreme pain. i had no medical insurance or anything.
in may enter
whom was absolutely wonderful and comforting to me, supporting me and keeping me company through that arduous time, until i finally had enough of bouncing from place to place and dealing with my mother (whom has horrible spending habits.) thus, moving to Kentucky with Crypto in July (the 4th, believe it or not.) 13 delays and one rebook later I'm here in kentucky.
moving cross country on short notice with nothing but the clothes on my back and a few personal possessions was difficult at first, but i've received a lot of support, found another job, promoted to management, and even got my foot fixed all within three months. i've been working my ass off to survive despite several hardships and difficulties moving in with someone you've never met before.
things are plugging along now, i'm saving up for a new pc as i had to chuck my old one, finishing management classes now and figuring out what the hell i'm gonna do with my life now.
i'mma probably chew on a certain aquatic flapdergs fins more.
just some insight into the life of a pink derg. ta~

Just a realization
General | Posted 7 years agoWhen a certain set of individuals force their emotions upon you, and you let them win. It rips you apart.
The simple solution would to simply stop caring about their emotions entirely.
The smart solution would be working with them to find a solution, working through the emotions together with said person.
Then there's the wise-guy way. Drilling logic down their throat and ending with a smug grin.
Yeah.
Eheh.
Art is on the way guys, just wait.
