References:
I require references of your characters I am commissioned to draw. Actual art with clear depictions of things such as colors and markings is the best, but I will try to work with written descriptions as well. They just need to be concise and clear.
*If there is a particular pose you would like your character to be in, send me the link to it and I will determine if it is feasible for me to do. Stock photos and photos posted specifically for reference material for artists are most welcome!

First off, wow i did not realize how long it's been since i posted a journal hahah jeez.

I have decided it's time to open up commission slots! I finally have the time to do so :D I am currently finishing up the last example image needed, but once I have done so I will be posting them as well as a journal that includes all the information regarding commissions for me (prices, will/will not draw, etc). My aim is to be open by this weekend.

I had this random desire during work today to one day make a MMORPG where the playable races are all varieties of 'taurs. Like centaurs, foxtaurs, felitaurs, etc. I dunno. It sounded like it would be amusing and fun. I'd play it, anyway.

I love listening to disney songs and imagining the characters as anthros XD "Friends on the other side" is one song I love listening to. -What made you choose the species of your main fursona?
I used to think a cat would be what my fursona would be, even before I knew what fursonas were or realized i was a furry. But everytime I tried to work out how they would look like, it just did not work. So I tried other animals until I lande don a coyote and BAM. There was Frieda. I don't why it was a coyote, but it just fits me and comes so easily when drawing. o.O

-Is your fursona just like you, or how you want to be?
Shi is how I am more so online, than when I'm around people offline. I'm so introverted that Frieda represents the freedom I wish I could be like around people. >.<

-Does your fursona have the same personality you have?
Yep, minus the introvert-ness.

-Does your fursona have the same dislikes and likes as you do?
Yes, as shi is entirely who I am.

-Does your fursona look like you at all?
Kinda XD Hir mane is roughly the same blonde color as my hair, hir eyes the same. Hir body shape and clothing is all me.

-Is your fursona the same gender as you, if not why?
Shi is a hermaphrodite. I am female. Frieda is a herm because while I am female, i am more in tune with my male energy. So why isn't shi a male? Because while I am more guy like, I do have moments where I am girly and in tune with my female side. So having my fursona be a herm just made sense and felt right, because it acknowledges both the male and female sides of me.

-Do you have more than one main fursona?
While I have three representations of myself, Frieda is the only fursona. The other two I have only recently realized are also representations of different sides of me.

-Do you have a back story for your fursona, if so does it have anything to do with your own history?
Pretty much no......if anything hir adventures are basically just random thoughts inspired by things i see XD

-Is your fursona mated, if so is it to your real life significant other?
Shi's not mated per say, but shi does have relations with several of my other fur characters that I guess would kinda make hir mated. Sally is hir favorite. I am single in real life XD

-If not are they looking for a mate, or are they a swinger so to speak?

-Is there something special about your fursona that you think sets them apart from others?
Not really. Hir most noticeable features are hir two tails, one slightly longer than the other, and hir blue tongue and mouth.....that's it, and hardly makes hir stand out in comparison to others.

-Do you have much art of your main fursona/s?
I haven't drawn much of hir yet, but I am slowly working on some. It was mostly due to trying to settle on hir final markings but now that I have an am happy with the result, I have a reference and can start getting more pictures with hir done.

-Would you ever consider parting with your main fursona, if so why?
Oh hell no. Shi is me, and mine. I will never sell hir design.

-If you suit, do you have a suit of your main fursona?
I am not a suiter >.< If anything i do want to get a couple tails made up, but that would be it.

-Have you ever roleplayed with your main fursona, or do you prefer not to?
No I haven't, and I doubt I will. It just feels....awkward >.<

-Do you consider your main fursona to be a part of you in any way?
Yes. Shi is a manifestation of all that I am, and what I feel I am. :)

Decided to revamp my phone's theme and gave it an Adventure Time theme XD Now whenever i get a text, Lemongrab screams "Unacceptable!!!!". When I get a call baby Finn's bun song plays XD And i now have marshall lee as my wallpaper. =w= mwhahaha.

I honestly can not stop laughing every time I see this XD I can watch it so many times in a row and never grow tired of it. it`s just so random and unnecessary that i love it XD

So because I'm an RMT, I literally have like 6 hours each shift to daydream as I work. So todays topic was about what people think of first when they hear the word "furry". Basically everyone I asked told me they think of gross fetish porn, and that that's "all furries do! neeeeeeeh!" -.- So I thought about it more and more and you know what I came to realize? All the fetishes us furries have were in fact started (for the most part) in human fetish art. Look at things like all the massive boobs and dicks people are drawn with in cartoons and stuff. That equals hyper. For like scat what comes to mind is that "2 girls one cup" video -_-; tentacles? -> japanese school girls. and while I don't know a lot of other examples, I'm pretty sure that at some point all fetishes have their roots in the human art before being moved to furries -.-

I guess part of the reason that that's all that people think for us is because we can do it so much better than humans. To us, the laws of physics don't always apply. We can do whatever we want because of what we are. Humans are limited because to go way out of physics is wrong and difficult to imagine. But hey if we want to inflate by various means, we do it without thinking twice really. I guess what I'm trying to say is that we seem much more free-er and expressive in these things than human's seem willing to openly illustrate.

And really....humans tend to be sick with some of the things that get them off -.- So the next time someone tells me all about how "gross furries are with their porn", I'm going to first point out all the fetishes found in human art and porn that aren't even related to furries and tell them that that's where it started, and then ask what they were even looking up when they came across said "porn".

Edit: forgive if this makes little sense -_-; I was half asleep as i typed this up.

Gawd saw "The Croods" twice this weekend and loved every minute >w< Sooooo many scenes I can relate to family wise -_-; Now I want to watch it again....and watch Rise of the Guardians and Wreck-It Ralph again...ad then see Epic when it comes out....GAWD I love these movies >w<

I must say when i watched The Croods the first time the theatre was jam packed with kids. And that was the most well behaved group of young kids i have ever seen in a theatre o.O there was no talking/screaming/shouting. No fussing, no seat kicking. Everyone was enjoying their time and the movie, so that really says a lot about the movie itself i think.

so I was playing Dead Space again the other day and came to the sudden conclusion that "OMG the stellar starwalkers would be perfect for it!" XD I had the urge then to draw a starwalker battling against several necromorphs of human/morph/taur origin. I'm going to have so much fun -_-

cause i mean really....they'd be able to do it, especially the parts where you travel through spaces that aren't pressurized and you rely on oxygen tanks. it would be so much fun if you could play as one in a game =w=

frickin love this movie. I could watch it all day. The "sixth stop" song makes me cry every time though ;A; But omg I got to thinking. what if...say...a chakat child got lost in a spirit world like chihiro does? o.o what kind of adventure would ensue? o.O Omg! Must draw!

Good god my dreaming mind mortified me last night by giving me a dream where Woody and Buzz from Toy Story made out and were apparently in love eAe I woke up thinking "wtf?". Kinda amusing in that that was the only thing that disturbed me most about my dream, giving it went other wierd ways that that scene was only a small section, but still....da fuq...mind, what the hell is your problem sometimes? <_< Giving me that imagery of childhood movie heros is a tad wrong, don't you think? >.<

i randomly remembered a movie i saw at the video store when i was younger o.O I don't even remember what it was called. I only remember the tagline which was something like "She's ready to deliver, but nature's not so sure..."

o_o I have no idea why I remembered that all of a sudden. But it did kinda inspire a picture idea...huh.

Guh I was depressed. On my way home from work, around 8:30 PM, it was cold. It was also dark and gloomy, like it was the middle of the night -.- This same time last week, just days earlier! It had been bright, sunny, warm! So nice to come home in! But today, oh nooooo. It just had to announce that winter was for sure on its way -.-

So I got a massage at work today to fix my back. And to my surprise I actually dozed off. And in that few minute snooze, I had a dream. And two random characters came about o.O Both very large, very goofy, and not that bright dogs. Apparently one is a lifeguard, the other his friend who bums money off him all the time. And in this dream rather then watching the sea for drowners, the lifeguard and his friend were spying on well endowed furs along the beach XD


Now I have to draw them O.o

I was on the bus today and noticed one of the smaller newspapers had a pic of a group of furries on the front page. Intrigued, I looked at it and discovered that there had been some sort of furry convention the past weekend in my city, and I was saddened that: 1. I didn't know there was one happening and 2. That i had to work anyway when it was on XD
\Oh well. If they decide to have it again next year, maybe i can go to that one >.>
