Possible Changes to Schedule
General | Posted 2 months agoGood day everyone, passing along a personal update.
As the story goes, life gets busy and we find ourselves with less time to do things we could before.
While in my case, the type of busy is overall a good thing, it still has taken away time I've previously allocated for this little experiment of mine, the Story of Sol.
I will still continue to post new pages, but it is becoming increasingly difficult to maintain the 'Real-Time Schedule' aspect. I've been able to maintain a backlog of 3 months until recently, now its sitting at about 1 month.
I do wish to maintain the 'Real-Time' aspect of the story as it gives a sense of immersion, but I may not have the option in the near future.
So I've though about two possible options if I run out of backlog.
Option 1, I keep going as I do, and hope that I can eventually catch up and resume the 'Real-Time' uploads.
Option 2, discard the "Real-Time' uploads and focus more on quality, not quantity.
I see arguments for both options. One one hand the "Real-Time' aspect in my opinion is an integral part of the storytelling. But on the other, It can, and will affect the quality of my work. If I forgo it, I don't need to worry about deadlines and can focus on creating higher quality works, even if it does take longer to upload.
Feedback is not required by anyone, but is appreciated. Just wanted to give people a heads-up that there may be some changes to the schedule in the near future.

Act 2
General | Posted 7 months agoWith the sisters departing the Iron Province, we come to the conclusion of Act 1. A lot of experimentation here while I tried finding my footing, and setting things up the best I could for what is to come.
Act 2 will be a change of pace from how they have been before. Less of numerous shorter chapters, and into fewer & longer chapters.
I hope you stick around to see what awaits the duo. They certainly have a long journey ahead of them.

Temporary Slowdown
General | Posted 11 months agoGood day everyone!
There will be a temporary slowdown of content for the next few weeks. The communication logs will continue, but there won't be any new page entries until C3's book is retrieved. The events at the old facility will get illustrated in due time.

Catching up & New Medium
General | Posted 12 months agoIts very unfortunate timing that Fur Affinity went down right as this chapter was coming to a close, but these missed pages will be uploaded shortly. There will be a lot of content being uploaded today.
Next up, is a new medium this story will have. Communication logs will go alongside C3's book entries with the intent to provide additional context to the story and C3's interactions with other people.
I hope you've enjoyed C3's journey so far and I look forward to sharing what comes next!

Note to Self
General | Posted a year agoWhen uploading multiple artworks at once, be sure to upload them one at a time.
If one were to upload art #1 without publishing, then upload art #2 without publishing, then publishing #1 will have #2's file since apparently FA only remembers the last file uploaded.
