So these are my plans for MFF, who am I going to there this year?

I'm moving into my sister's old room now, I can create better memories here, more than I ever could in my old room, only some friends know this, but this is something that happened to me when I was a kid, why I considered my old room my own personal hell, no matter how much I tried repressing things. I think it's time to say this now, I'm not scared to say this and I'd rather get it off my chest, at the age of 11 I was first taken advantage of by a friend 4 years older than me, he always did what he could to seduce me even before then, but at that age what the hell am I supposed to think. Anyway at the age of 12 he raped me, not anally, but rape is anything someone does to you without consent, also it's fucking illegal to do what he did, you have to be 18 to be able to do whatever you want, sexually anyway. Anyway, he didn't anally rape me, so I still had that left, but he took everything else from me, my sanity, my innocence, my youth, things I was supposed to figure out myself, gone just like that. He did this up to the point when I was about 16, by then any good memories I had, or could have in my room were a blur, or just couldn't be made like I wanted them to.


Why didn't I stop him, well I was scared one, two scared of what would happen if I told my parents, a child's mind can easily be more manipulated than a teenagers, I took psychology I know this, children don't want to stand out and be different, be shunned, or be bullied, for kids that go through this, someone at school will always find out, especially if you speak up, for those reasons and others, I didn't tell, though I wish I had been more fearless. After 16 I was more confused than I ever was, not to mention I felt like trash, I was used and discarded like a box of tissues, I became incredibly antisocial after that, shut myself off from the rest of the world, focused on schoolwork. It wasn't until this past year when I came out I had the courage to tell my parents, I had nothing more to lose at that point. Last halloween was amazing, all because I made the choice to go to a halloween party, I didn't know anyone there, but after that party I almost did. A lot have become my friends, I couldn't be happier, life is all about the choices we make, then, now, and in the future, we don't always make the right choices, or the wrong ones, but sometimes you'll meet a group of amazing people, because you made the right choice. Being in this new room I know I can make good memories, move on from the choices I've made, and the awful memories along with it.

Please don't judge too harshly, this is a very personal post I wasn't sure on making, or not, but I wanted to share, so none of you make the same mistake, and know if this happens to you, you can move on from it, we are all strong, friends will be there to help you.

We have a spot or two available for MFF. It's in the double tree, 5 minutes or so walk from the main hotel, it would be from the Thursday-Monday morning, so if you need a room contact  5lakk

I can have about 15-20 people here, if your interested in coming leave me a shout or note me, or dm me on twitter, whatever works best for you. The pool party is from 3pm- 1am. If you need to stay the night let me know ahead of time, so I can make up a space for you to sleep. I can have roughly have 4-5 people sleep over, maybe more, this will be updated before the party, if needed. Once you let me know your coming, I'll give you the address and street, it's a byob, so please bring booze, if you intend to drink, I do share, but I can only share so much. Also bring a bag of chips, if you can't that's fine, but the more food there is the better, I will supply a dinner, most likely hot dogs, maybe hamburgers. You can bring your fursuit if you want, but don't go near the pool, if people are in it, I will be suiting briefly to get some photos in Frost. Last, but not least have fun, no drama, just enjoy the party it will be fun, who wants to swim? :D

As for a bathroom to change, use the one downstairs works just fine, please stay on the downstairs level, unless you really have to go then I will show you where the upstairs bathroom is, Regarding booze, if you bring glass bottles drink them inside, or pour them into a plastic cup and then drink outside, I don't want anyone to cut their feet on a broken bottle.

Unfortunately, because of my bone marrow biopsy more than a week ago, I'll have to miss  flowkitty 's event, I can't wear my suit right now without feeling a sharp pain down my leg. I thought I'd feel better by the time the event happens, unfortunately this is not the case, so I'll have to take it easy and not suit for at least another week, or so.

It's been awhile since I posted a journal, as I say this, music is playing. I have a couple things on the go, aside from college, not that I don't take my program seriously, but I'm lucky, that I don't have to pour tons of hours into studying. I have a couple of things on the go this month, going to  flowkitty 's Mascot4Kids event, I'm grateful I can help out and be in fursuit while doing it, score! No, but seriously it's great how we can help out this cause, I've always wanted to volunteer for theses kinds of events, but I was too nervous, but I digress, that was the old me. Speaking of the old me, I'm still as strong as ever, it helped I had people there for me to talk to, and I could help out likewise  anyare some at the  oshawafurmeet ,even got to talk to  vulpes. Speaking of which, a lot of awesome furs will be around me when I go to Anthrocon next month, but I'll do a separate post for that, before the end of June. Before I sign off I must mention a comic I have thoroughly been enjoying, Circles, probably one of the best furry comics I've read, but I've only been in this fandom roughly a year, so there are plenty more good comics out there.
