♡ Everything here applies to commissions as well as ychs
♡ If you have ANY questions please feel free to message me!! i'm very accessible. Once you commission me you acknowledge you have read and agreed to the terms below.

♡ TAT/Delivery time is around 1 to 9 days (depending on my waitlist,i'll inform you)
✿ Once you pay i'll show you the sketch in less than 24 hrs! (tipically in a few hours)
✧I have many screenshots of happy clients so feel free to ask me for my 'reviews' if you want:3
✧All details must be discussed before payment. Payment BEFORE I start working and paid by PayPal or OXXO. ✧Payment first,then i will show you the sketch and you decide if its ok or if you want to change something ^^ changing the whole character after I've already sketched and edited it is unacceptable
♡I offer good communication, i'll give you updates about your commission very often (photos included)
✧YCH/commission will be delivered to you full HD via link/url (or email if desired)
♡ I'll always treat you with respect,so be respectful please
♡ All art in my gallery is %100 done by me,even the ychs.
♡ Obligatory character references (drawings,collages of the oc,anything)

✔ I WILL DRAW:
▶Everything is basically okay, but if you aren't sure if id draw something,ask first :)
✘ I WON'T DRAW:
-Anything that's listed in my DNI (see at the end of this page.), Characters doing Selfharm related stuff the themlselves (old scars/survivor scars or similar are ok but please ask first so we can discuss it),feral nsfw, ''hardcore kinks'' like scat/diapers. Won't draw anything connected with radical/political movements, war.
NSFW ART RULES:
-Nsfw commissions are for +18years old clients ONLY,NO EXCEPTIONS!.
-Nsfw commissions are for +18y/o characters ONLY. No exceptions. (NO lol.i-sh.ota,cub or similar.)
-Nsfw has an extra cost of +$5

✧Don't claim my work as yours(or someone else's),please don't say you made it,credit me
✧No cropping/Taking out my watermark!. No editing the image in any way. (simple color filters or frames/stickers that don't hide my watermark are ok)
✧I have the rights to the art, which by accepting TOS you also are agreeing for me using it for advertising purposes and portfolio pieces
✧Under no circumstances can anything I draw, commissioned or otherwise, be used for commercial purposes,Nfts or profit in any way. My art will NOT be used for hate speech, promotion of any kind, political propaganda, etc.
✧I don't consent to my art being turned into telegram/whatsapp stickers
✧There will also be additional charges for at least $5 for complex characters.(i'll inform you if this applies to you)
✧If there is anything I need to know regarding your character and/or commission please let me know
✧This is a professional working relationship. Do not expect special treatment or for me to chat:( Sexual advances or conversation I see as unfit could result in cancelation of work. Please keep it professional
✧I can't change the artwork after it was finished. (Minor changes/corrections are acceptable.)
✧I don't send .psd (or other formats with layer information) files of your commission or ych
