The song itself is pretty much crap. But when you compare it on the Eurovision scale, it's actually pretty good. At least it's about something other than "baby I love you" or "I saw a hot girl on the dance floor, this is me telling you how I would like to do her."

I think we might have a chance at winning this year. People seem to like the song quite a bit.

I got a new job! Which is pretty awesome, since it basically pays as much as my previous job, and leaves me more time to draw! The downside is that the hours are pretty crap, as in 1700-0000, or 0530-1230. I'm not complaining, work is work, and I'm glad to have any.

-I am about as socially skilled as a quadriplegic at Twister.

-I'm girly as all fuck.

-I have nothing against people who believe in God/gods, but I severely dislike organized religions. I myself am agnostic, I'd reckon. There's no evidence of God, nor is there evidence pointing to the contrary.

-I think religion doesn't do a good job at teaching moral values. For example, Christian religions' moral is based on the 'do bad-go to hell, do good-get to heaven principle. People should do good for the sake of doing good, not in fear of punishment or promise of reward. I know this doesn't apply to all. Still.

-None of my friends have absolutely no interest in comics or art. Which is absolutely killing me since I have no one to talk to/ with about these things.

-I love a good discussion, no matter the subject. It's even better if the other person has an opposite view on it.

-I have the tendency to say creepy shit when I'm drunk.

-I love booze. Fuck that cider shit. Whiskey (mostly Famous Grouse) and Ouzo being my two favourites.

-I'm totally gay for Brandon Boyd.

-I'm also a massive Claudio Sanchez-fanboy. Whether it's Kill Audio, Amory Wars, CoCa or PFI, I'll propably go all crazy over it.

-Neil Gaiman's American Gods is the best fucking book ever. EVER. That being said, my favourite author (when it comes to novels) is H.P. Lovecraft.

-Sandman is totally kickass too.

-First comics that got me into comics and drawing were Sin City and Akira. I was 9 at the time I read them for the first time.

-I love Prog-Metal. TOOL, Opus Dai, Cynic (well, I guess technically it's tech-death/jazz-fusion but whatevs), Rishloo and the sorts.

I used to post this kinda stuff over at DrunkDuck, but the userbase kinda sucks, and I've heard some pretty bad stuff about Platinum Studios who own the site.

Also, I just saw Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan and GOD-DAMN if it wasn't awesome. I'm not a trekkie, never seen the old show, nor any of the newer ones to be honest, all my knowledge on the subject is second-hand information, but the movie was still very much enjoyable.

I really want a project, like a comic or something. I'm kinda bad with stuff like that though. I tend to abandon projects as soon as I get a new idea. Well, that and I kinda suck at coming up with any sensible plot.

I'm kinda thinking about starting a webcomic anyway, or maybe resurrect one of my old ideas. Propably Toast And Jam, since people seemed to like it.

I've heard rumours TOOL is gonna come up with a new album this year, that'd be pretty HC. They've released a record every five years, and it has been five years since 10'000 Days came out, so it'd fit the pattern.

I love patterns. And decrypting stuff. I was so proud of myself when I figured out what the letters meant in APC's album Mer-de-noms. I know it's nothing to write home about, but it was fun.

Yeah, it's over now. Mandatory military service over and done with, ended up with the rank of 2nd lieutenant, which, not to brag or anything, is the highest rank one can get during the mandatory service. So, all in all it went pretty well.

Now I need a job though, before I go to study s'more. I also might start to offer commisions, to make a little money on the side to save up for studies. Nothing big though, like 2-5 bucks a pop.

I've used to do a few of these with my friends, an' I'd like ta try it out with you guys. They're a lot of fun! And, I desperately wanna draw a comic, but I seem to have an inability to create any proper plot.

If you ain't familiar with the concept, well, in an improv-comic a group of artists take turns in drawing a comic, usually page or two at a time. The artist whose (eh, is that grammatically correct, ain't sure but whatever) turn it is has to improvise the direction he's gonna take the story based off the previous page.
