It's been a while. So, I've been thinking about this for quite some time, and finally made the decision to make a new account under the username I use for everything. This account has been amazing and it's what I'm known for but I think it's time to start fresh, so, with that said, I hope you all follow me to my new account!

Important Updates.

So, a lot has happened lately and I guess I'll just get through them all in sections in this journal lol.
Laptop charger's out.
Any art you've been seeing from me for the past few months has been done on my phone, honestly I was just about to start taking commissions again and my laptop charging port is kaput. Hopefully I can get that fixed soon but we got other things to prioritize at the moment.
Shooting at my apartment complex.
If any of you follow my Twitter than you'll know that a couple nights ago there was a shooting at my apartment building. The details are here, along with a picture of the exit hole. Long story short my husband and I were almost hit by the bullet that came through the living room wall. We are currently looking for a new place to live, here's to hoping we get the place we're looking at tomorrow.
Sick. Again.
And because my life is a tragic sitcom with a laugh track that only god finds funny, I am currently sick and the sewage at our current apartment is backed up into our toilet and bathtub. So, just loads of fun things happening all around. So I'm not doing very well mentally at the moment.

I got COVID. Again.

You'd think as someone who never leaves the house and doesn't go anywhere without a mask and hand sanitizer I would have avoided it, but nope. Thank goodness for the vaccs and boosters because I might feel like shit but I could be a whole lot worse. Anyway just wanted to explain my lack of art already lol.

It's now 2023 and it's time for this dragon to get their butt into gear and start arting again for real. A lot of stuff has happened over the last few years that interrupted my ability to draw and lead to a pretty gnarly burn out that's lasted a really long time, however this year is gonna be (hopefully) different and I'll be a lot more active! Just gotta dig out my tablet, blow off the dust, and get back in the saddle.
This means that once I oil my art bones again I'll start opening commissions for the first time in a very long time. So if you've been waiting for the chance to commission me then you'll be in luck very soon! I'll announce commission slots via journal and advert upload just to make sure peeps see it. I'll be practicing first so it'll be just a bit until I open them up though, gotta make sure the quality is in tip top shape!
As for other plans, I honestly just want to be more social and hang out with friends. I've been very bad at that for a long time because I'm very much an awkward hermit but I'm slowly getting better thanks to some really amazing people. Playing games with friends for the first time in a long time felt amazing and we kicked so much ass. I want to keep experiencing that feeling!
Other than surviving until next year those are really the only goals I have for now. I'm a very simple Derg, lol. Anyway, I hope you all have an amazing year and have many awesome moments with your loved ones!

Guess who no longer has a queue!? It me! Due to biting off way more than I can chew and finally being in a financially stable place I ended up refunding the last remaining commissions so I am totally work free! I feel bad for not being able to complete the work but it's very nice to not have to worry about it now.
I probably won't be taking commissions for a little while and enjoy drawing all willy nilly! As you may have noticed the past few days, I have been a lot more artistically productive and I've been doing my best to work on my mental health. I also decided to clean out almost all my old journals too. Just to tidy things up a bit. Anyway, just wanted to say and let y'all know I'm gonna be more active!

It me! After three amazing years together, Tab and I tied the knot today. I can't believe it, it honestly hasn't quite sunk in yet that I'm married, Tab is my HUSBAND. This is so just surreal and wonderful. We had a lovely ceremony and spent the day having fun! I got to pet a bird, piglet, rabbit, and horse today lol. Just an absolutely perfect day but yeah! I'm married now haha!

By purchasing my art services, you automatically agree to the following conditions.
Please read this entirely and carefully. I will deny your request if I see you didn’t read this.
-Payment-
I will send a rough work in progress sketch before I ask you to pay. I will only finish the piece once full payment has been received.
All payments are to be made upfront via PayPal only, in USD. If payment is not received within 24 hours of your commission request then I will cancel the commission.
If, however, you would like to reserve a slot, I will hold that slot for 1 week unless given specified date. If you do not confirm your commission before then, the commission slot will be dropped.
-Artist-
By commissioning me, you’re purchasing my artist labor only. I retain all copyrights over my work, which include but are not limited to the right to distribute, reproduce or use the image as a sample for sales/self-promotion,unless otherwise agreed upon.
■ I will respect your request to not publicly name you as the commissioner. Just ask me!
■ I cannot claim the Intellectual Property or reuse/resell the image for personal and commercial projects.
■ I reserve the right to reject your commission proposal without question.
■ I reserve the right to modify and resell any rejected sketches as "pre-posed" at a later date.
-Commissioner-
■ The commissioner may upload the work done for you to your site as long as it is credited and linked back to any of my galleries.
■ Once a piece is commissioned, you may use it for any personal use that you please, including but not limited to icons, signatures, layouts, wallpapers, themes and personal site display.
■ You retain the rights to the IP.
You may not claim the work to be your own or set it up for redistribution. You may not use it for any external projects, commercial or non-commercial.
-Procedure-
■ After payment is received: I sketch, color and paint depending on your commission type.
■ I do not accept "written description only" for commissions. You must have at least one visual reference, I will not accept 3D model or Second Life references.
■ Sketch commissions do not have an approval stage. You may request minor tweaks if I missed any distinguishing features present in your reference.
■ For larger, full color commissions, one large edit is allowed during the sketch phase. I reserve the right to add a $10 USD fee over any edits after the third.
■ Please be clear and concise in your description of the change. You can use other works and photos you like as references for the changes!
■ I will always distribute a "color test" to fix any color errors of your character! Please, let me know if I have made any mistakes. Anything that needs to be fixed on my mistake, as it was on your reference(s) and I missed it, will always be fixed for free.
-Refunds-
■ After the commission has been started, I reserve the right to cancel the commission at any time and give you a full refund, regardless of progress. If the commission is finished, however, you will not receive a refund.
I DO NOT DRAW THE FOLLOWING;
■ Minors in sexual situations, Rape, Incest, or Zoophilia.
■ Other fetishes can be discussed via note but certain subjects may cost extra.
These Terms Are Subject To Change When I Deem Necessary.
