Hello everyone, I just wanted to give a little update as I know many people were reasonably concerned.

Tl;dr you guys saved the day once more, my mom and my family should be fine and the emergency sale will continue until June 18th

-First, my mom is fine now. She's back home, we've been keeping an eye on her, and she has been steadily getting better so far. We've also managed to find her a well respected cardiologist, so moving forward, hopefully no such incidents will happen again, but she will be recovering for several months and is still too weak to be left alone.

-Primarily thanks to everyone who responded to my journal, we've gotten the insurance sorted out and should have enough for the next couple of bills, which should also be sorted out by then, so I no longer have to be an outlaw and will probably not end up homeless.

-Given that the future is still a tad unstable, I'm going to continue my emergency commission sale into next week, ending it on Tuesday, June 18th, as that is when I'll get my next paycheck from my job. The situation is certainly not as dire as it was, so there is not as much pressure to act now, but if you are interested in commissioning, now would likely be a good time. With any luck I won't be doing this again for quite awhile, but we saw how far that went last time.

-Lastly, thank you all for your kind messages and for helping me and my family out. You've all gotten us out of a bad spot once more and I for one cannot be more grateful. So, really truly, thank you.

Hello! I really, really didn't want to do this kind of thing again but it looks like I'm going to have to. I need to either do emergency commissions again or take donations, but first I want to actually give you guy's an explanation this time:

On Monday, I was at work and when I got off I learned that my mom was being taken to the hospital, no reason why except that she was in severe pain. This was about 11 pm to midnight. It wasn't until around 3 am that they finally decided to see her and as it turns out, she had been having a heart attack since about 9 pm, so 6 hours of having a heart attack with no one really paying attention. I'm a bit pissed about that as you might be able to tell, but that's really aside the point. Partially because of this, her recovery time is going to be lengthy and she is one of the main breadwinners of the house, so we are in a tough situation. Medical bills can be staved off for a little while at least, but tomorrow we have our car insurance due, which is about $400 and is on my car and theirs, so we simply must pay that. If you're wondering why, I live in a state where car insurance is a legal requirement to drive. So either we're gonna have to raise money or I'm going to be an outlaw for some time, on top of being potentially homeless when we can't pay rent soon.

So, I wanted to put this out to you guys to ask for help, as you did so much for me and my family last time. I do not expect the same results, but any little bit helps. I want to emphasize donating through either my Paypal, Ko-Fi, or Patreon, because in all honesty, the work from my last emergency commissions is still not complete. It is close to being done, but there's still much to do, on top of other work I received in the meantime. I feel awful for having that backlog in the first place, but I don't really see another choice here other than to appeal to you guy's again. So, I am going to run my emergency commission sale once again as well as provide links where you can donate. If you do get a commission, I ask that you please keep in mind that it could be months before you see anything other than a rough sketch, but it will certainly be completed at some point. If that makes you uncomfortable or you can't afford a commission or anything of the like but you want to help, I ask that you please look into donating instead. All prices will be the same as last time.


Oh, I also wanted to add another thing, since it came up last time. It is not that I won't draw female characters for commissions, it's just that I do not have as much experience with them as I do with male bodies. If you're worried about not being able to get a commission with a female character, that's not a problem, I'll still make it.

I know, I know, tons of things have changed, I've put out more journals these past couple days than I did for like the first 2 years of me using FA, but I swear this should be the last.~ I'm sharing a Ko-Fi account I've had for quite a while and just never did anything with, so that is an option now if you wish to give a one time tip to me.~ There will be a link to it at the end of this journal. Earlier this week, I realized that only way most people have to interact with me is through commissioning, which not everyone can afford nor does everyone want to do so, so the new telegram channel and Patreon and such are supposed to add more options for ways you can interact with me other than commissioning.

The second, far, FAR more important part of this journal is that I've updated my TOS. Primarily what's changed is an increase in the price of lineart, as lineart can easily take several times longer to make than a pencil sketch. With me working a job now, I don't quite have the extra time to work on something like that for just a few dollars a day, so it's gone up. This DOES NOT APPLY TO COMMISSIONS THAT HAVE ALREADY BEEN FINALIZED. If you commissioned prior to the mark-up, your commission stays the same. The price will only apply to new commissions. The other edit is an added policy for Patreon, so you'll know when commissioning that it may be held back from being publicly posted for a time and that I ask you to not post it publicly until I do.

Hello all! I've been scarce for several months now but the huge wave of commissions I received from my Emergency Sale is finally being wrapped up! It's taken much longer than expected due to my semester starting up, working at the same time, ect., but it's about over now, with everyone who commed having received at least a full sketch and/or WIP. I'm currently still in the process of dumping all of the coms I've completed, now I'm just waiting for word back from those who commed before I post them, so expect at least one or two that are on hold currently. There will also be more coming in the future as, like I said, not all are done but all have had work on them.

In other news, I also received a rather large commission lately from someone who shall not be named until it is completed, so please keep that in mind if you're interested in commissioning. I am NOT saying that I won't accept more commissions, just that they will be handled at the same time as another large project which likely will make them take more time as well. I also want to take this chance to remind everyone that I am ALWAYS OPEN FOR COMMISSIONS. I say this as I've had more than one person contact me asking if I'm open for commissions, which I know is a polite thing to ask, but it is at a volume that makes me think most people think I am closed for them. So, please keep in mind that I do not close for commissions. From now on, I'm going to start putting out journals each month to remind people that I'm open as I think part of the problem is the huge stretches of time I take between posting make people assume that older journals and my profile description saying that I'm always open are out of date.

Next, I know I've said it before, but I am more seriously considering opening a Patreon page! I've already got a few tiers lined up which mostly include WIPs and content that I don't normally post publicly, as well as discounted commissions/free sketches, but I am open to other ideas as well. I've considered potentially starting Patreon exclusive streams on Picarto, but sadly my internet is likely not good enough to do so in a satisfactory way. For whatever reason, the apartment I currently live in signed a contract that sounds very illegal with a local internet company that has terrible service and we are legally bound to only use their service, so until I'm able to move, there's nothing I can do about it. If you have any other ideas for Patreon benefits, please either leave a comment or shoot me a note with it, I would be very grateful. ^^

Hello! Firstly, I’d like to apologize to everyone who commissioned for such a long delay in my work and my inactivity. I know I said that the sale would only last until the first and that hopefully I would get many of the commissions at least part way done by then, but unfortunately around New Years day someone in my household contracted the flu or covid or something, and from there everyone got sick including me. I was so pumped with medication I didn’t feel I was capable of speaking coherently, nonetheless writing a journal, so I thought I’d just let the sale continue until I was alright enough to write a journal. It seems that no one contacted me about a new commission since the first tho, so there’s no problem there.~ I’m still sick while writing this, but not nearly as bad as I’ve been for the last week, so with any luck this is over.

The sale went surprisingly well overall, I received a total of 14 commissions! The plan remains the same on how to tackle them:

Complete the single image coms first (fullbody, icon, ect.) then work on the multi image coms (comics, sequences).

My classes will be starting back on January 10th, which will likely delay it at least a bit, but hopefully I can find times to work around my schedule. I have some commissions completed now that I just never had the time to post properly, so I’ll see about getting those up soon.

It is difficult to find the words to explain how I’m feeling right now. There was such a flood of support and commissions following my last journal, even people just straight up donating and expecting nothing in return. I don’t really know what else to say aside from thank you all. Thank you all so very much, from the bottom of my heart. So far, it seems that my family is out of the red and we’ll be alright, primarily thanks to all of you.<3

Hello! I know it’s been a while since I posted a journal despite me saying I planned on doing so, so I thought I should update you guys on what I’m up to. ^^

Since I posted my last journal, I changed my college major to art, and I’ve been learning a lot of things about stuff like composition and value. I think it’s been improving my art, but that also meant I didn’t have much time to work on pics, even commissions. I think it was easier to work on them when I wasn’t an art major because now drawing is 90% of what I do, and that ends up making me burn out more. I’m currently out on break from school, but I’m still a bit burned out from my classes. Luckily, next year will mostly be core classes I missed so it shouldn’t be as bad, but I should still try to pace myself.
I mentioned in my last journal that I was planning on creating some YCHs and opening a Patreon for anyone to donate towards my art, and since then I’ve only got one of those done. I currently have a YCH out that anyone can commission at any time, so if you’re interested in it, I’ll link it down below and I encourage you to reach out to me to commission it. ~

As for Patreon, I’m still having difficulties figuring out exactly what to do with it. A big factor now IS school. I may be able to maintain making small sketches for higher-tier patrons now while I’m on break, but I doubt I could keep it up when I head back to class. The only thing I know to do on there is to post WIPs, which I have a bit of a complex over, but that is one thing that my classes have been helping me with, so I’d say that’ll probably be part of it. I’m also considering opening a Telegram channel for patrons, but I don’t know if it would be better to do that or to have a public channel, even though I don’t intend on posting anything that won’t also be on FA. If I do make a Patreon channel, I will probably be art that’s released early and with no description, rather than exclusive content. If you have any suggestions at all for what I should do with Patreon, please feel free to comment below. ~ You might have something in mind that works, and I didn’t even consider it. ^^

I’ve always tried to add to my pics with writing, but I’m considering what route to go with that. I want to try to imply a story in my pics rather than writing long-winded descriptions of them to fill in detail, but I also like writing for them. It’s just that I’m not a writer, I’m an illustrator. It takes a hell of a lot more out of me to write than it does to draw, but it also feels like my pics are “naked”, I guess, when I leave them without a long description. I’m considering maybe opening an option to pay extra to get a story too, so I’ll have a little more motivation to write them, but I think my better option is to instead refine it. Write short tidbits in less time that’ll hopefully inspire the same feelings in people as my longer ones do and work to clarify what’s happening in the scene. I have a fairly large commission I completed while in school that I still haven’t posted yet because I just haven’t been in the head space to write the second part of the description, so this is an issue I need to solve, not just a minor headache.

I am planning on doing stuff for holidays, though, as you probably saw with my Halloween pics! My original plans for Christmas were to make 3 YCHs that’ll be open all month and one group YCH that’ll be finished by Christmas day and have them both released on the first to give me ample time to work on them, but as you can probably see, that’s behind schedule. Right now, with my current workload, that’s probably not happening at all anymore. With any luck, I’ll have a group YCH out within the next week or two, but that likely also won’t be done before Christmas day. This coming year, though, I do plan on preparing for holidays and having content ready leading up to them.~ Here is my current list of holiday themes, and if you have any you think I should include in them, please feel free to comment them below:

4. Summer Fun (just a general theme for between April to July)
5. Halloween*
6. Christmas*

For Holidays marked with a star, these will be rather large, in that most of my content will be based around them for a time. Those not marked by a star are more aesthetic than they are themes. For example, you should see mostly Christmas-based content following Thanksgiving and Black Friday with only a few things that differ from the theme, while for St. Patrick’s I’ll probably release a few things surrounding it, encourage ideas that have something to do with it, but I’ll also be making general content not based off St. Patrick’s. My big issue with this is that many of the big holidays we celebrate are all within a few months of each other. That means from fall to the end of winter, I’ll be working around the clock and I’m afraid I won’t be able to keep up with it, especially considering that they fall near finals for school, but I guess we’ll see about that. I don’t want to skip Halloween or Christmas at all, because Halloween is my favorite, and people really like Christmas, but those are also the most troublesome holidays, so I don’t know what to do with that other than grin and bear it. I also don’t want to include Independence Day as a holiday since I do mostly hypno and mental stuff, and a lot of the ideas surrounding that are things like soldier-tf’s and nationalism brainwashing, and that’s a whole can of worms I want nothing to do with, so I’m just not going to include it and please don’t suggest that I do. It’s one thing to pledge allegiance after being brainwashed to a mind-controlling supervillain’s country, but It’s another to do the same with a real country, it can get weird.

Where have I been and when did I get 500 watchers and over 10k views?!? I only just realized when I noticed I hit 100 submissions and checked the other stats. Thank you guys so much, I try not to pay much attention to the stats because I know you can get too involved with them but this is just astounding to me. In a good way.~

As for updates, I seem to be settling into uploading faster than I was anticipating, so it looks like I'll be posting stuff sooner once it's done.~ For Patreon, it's not set up yet mostly because I'm having a hard time exactly laying out the rewards. I don't want to have any of my content locked behind a paywall so Patreon exclusives are off the table for me, but if there are any rewards you guys want to see or think would fit me well, let me know.~ Some YCHs are in the works right now but none of them are really close enough to be posted yet. I'm unsure of when I can get any done between working on the commissions I have now, new art in general, and my personal life, but I hope to get at least one out soon. Sadly with everything going on as of late in my life, I was not able to prepare for Hypnovember and I wasn't able to get any Halloween content out, but I'm trying to make some plans now for Christmas art once we're into December.~

So the art dump is complete! I have a few more things like some commissions I got with other people, but I’m trying to figure out exactly how I’m gonna post those. As for my work, though, it’s entirely uploaded. I intended on finishing uploading everything and getting this journal out of Sunday but internet problems prevented that.

If you're wondering why there was such a surge in the last few days, it’s because if you’ve paid attention to my account, I haven’t uploaded anything in months. Like nearly a year. Everything I uploaded within the past few days was everything I made in my absence. As for why they haven’t been uploaded, I feel like I don’t have much of an explanation aside from me overthinking things and rampant anxiety. When I upload art, I try to come up with the best titles, descriptions, and tags I can. And more often than not, that attention to detail leads to more time being spent figuring out how to upload the art than was actually spent making the art. Uploading all this art in such a short window of time has helped with my skills but I still may be slow on that front. Another reason for the slow uploads is the same reason I have on my profile "I’m not very talkative." I am an extremely shy and anxious person. I try not to let that get in my way most of the time, but it still does. My social anxiety is the main reason I don’t answer most comments, why it may take such a large amount of time for me to upload art, and why I may suffer from art block for long periods of time. It’s a personal issue that I’m still struggling to come to terms with, but I am trying. And I think I have made progress in it. I don't say this to call anyone out. I don’t expect this journal to alter anyone’s behavior and no one has caused me any problems on this platform, but talking about it and putting it out there that I have these problems helps take it off my mind, and hopefully, it won’t be something that I think about when I come on here.

From now on, I plan on at least uploading once a month. I'm not confident in my ability to get out something every day or even every week, but I can get something out at least once a month. I have no day or schedule in mind for this, so it will just be within each month, not exactly 30 days apart each time. It's possible I will get into a groove and find a certain week or day of the month that works best for me, but I do not have one in mind at the moment.

So what's changed and why am I uploading stuff now?

I enjoy making kinky art, more for my own sick kicks than for money, but I've found myself in a situation where I need to start pushing to either make some cash off of this or keep this as a hobby. I'm not in any dire financial straights right now, but I may be in the future if I don't add ways for people to contribute or push commissions now. I hate pushing for people to spend money or even asking for money, it's just not in my nature, so instead of asking that directly, I figured uploading the art I've had in reserve will get people's attention and hopefully net me some commissions. It's certainly gotten me a lot of attention and a few commissions, but I'm afraid it might not be enough to make sure I can continue to make art in the future. So, I'm going to be adding ways you guys can contribute to my art without having to get a commission or break the bank. I'm going to see about opening up a Patreon, which fits nicely with my new schedule. I'm also going to create some YCHs that will always be available, so for just $20-30 or so, you can get art of your sona and help me continue to make art. Again, I don't like asking people to spend money, it just isn't something I'm comfortable with, but if you enjoy my art and want to continue to see more of it, I encourage you to check out this new Patreon or see about commissioning something. I don't want to be given anything, I want to earn it through my art. Not making anything off of this won't stop me from making more art, but it may end with me not being able to create as much as I am now and thus I'll have more draw-out uploads. Situations like this where I haven't uploaded in nearly a year will become common.

Hiya! Long time, no journal~

Been quite awhile since I've said anything on here. It's been well over a year since the last time I did. The reason for my hiatus is pretty basic; I was starting to get overwhelmed with college and I kind of had to choose between keeping my art consistent or letting school faulter. Afterwards, I did have chances to return without it affecting school, but due to various things such as depression or a lack of motivation, I simply chose not to time and time again. And this wasn't my first time doing such a thing...

I hope to change that now though. I'm going to now try posting a journal every week or two, even if I don't have much to say. You guys deserve to know what's happening and if I'm starting to faulter.~

I'm now also going to start taking commissions! I'll be posting a separate journal soon with all the details on that. As a result, I will no longer be taking requests for the foreseeable future, however, that is to allow me to spend as much time on paid art as I can, giving the buyer the highest quality that I can produce.^^

Thank you guys so much for staying with me through all of this. I just hope I can repay it with great and kinky art. <3
