Just a heads up to any small business owners. Yesterday at about lunch time I received a call on a private number from a Constable with the Australian Federal Police asking small business owners to help fund their new venture of talking to teens and young adults about suicide prevention. When I said no but wished him luck (Sounded fishy. He didn't once mention my name or the name of my business) He kept pushing the point, saying "Would it change your mind if I told you we didn't need the money until April?" Again, I politely said no but he continued. I then said "To be honest, my business isn't even a legally trading business any more as I can't afford to renew it. But I wish you luck with your venture" He pushed the point two more times before finally hanging up.
This all sounded fishy to me. So I called the local Police Department today only to find out that thousands of people are receiving calls from these scammers posing as cops at this time of year and almost everyone falls for it. I just wanted to warn all of my family and friends. BEWARE AND DON'T FALL FOR IT!

- Please contact me BEFORE sending the payment in order to get an "okay" on what you would like commissioned.
- A 30% non-refundable deposit is required before beginning a portrait.
- Postage and lamination is included in the commission price. Frames will no longer be sent out as Australia Post does not have a fragile service.
- I will take the utmost care with your art whilst it is in my hands. I not be held responsible for damages to the art work once it leaves my possession.
- All quotes are free and require no obligation.
- Incredibly complicated backgrounds or scenes and humans are accepted at my own discretion. This is simply because I am uncomfortable with such subjects at this point but please feel free to inquire. I apologise for any inconvenience.
- You must be the owner of the pet or be gifting it to someone whom owns said pet.
- I will send a smaller, watermarked version of your portrait for approval. Once the picture has been given the okay by you for me to send, please do not ask for major details to be changed upon arrival unless you agree to pay extra. However, if you are not happy with anything in the watermarked version, let me know and I am more than happy to change it before I post it.
Pricing:
- My prices are the minimum and a guideline only. Please contact me for a more accurate quote.
- Once the price has been agreed upon, it will not change.
Display of Artwork:
As the artist, I have the right to display the commission on any website. If it is a gift and you do not wish for it to be posted until the person receiving it has seen it, please let me know. I am more than happy to wait.
As the commissioner, you have the right to re-post the image. Do not remove my water mark and please give credit to me for the art.
Trades and Requests:
I have the right to refuse any trade and requests. Please do not expect free art from me, as I have to pay the bills some how.
TOS Changes:
Terms of Service are subject to change at any time. If you have an inquiry or problem please contact me and I will try my best to assist you.
By commissioning me, you agree to the above terms of service.
