,,Why it took so long?''
General | Posted a year agoHello, I am writing this journal to clarify some of your questions.
I think it will be perfect to explain the current situation and the future.
If you have ordered a commission from me or are taking part in Community YCH and are asking yourself or me directly why it took so long, let me explain:
-Drawing is not my only job. Unfortunately, I cannot afford to be an artist 100%, which is why I also work in another job. I also do tattoos occasionally and work in a cafe. Unfortunately, shifts there last from nine to twelve hours. I don't think I need to explain that when I have ten hours a day three days in a row, it's hard for me to find time to draw.
- I am a person who pays attention to drawing details, I have little self-confidence and I get easily overstimulated. Because of this and more, I draw slower. Drawing is also a form of expression and relaxation for me, so I don't like to work quickly to get stressed. It's very easy for me to burn out, so I prefer to take it easy
So please be patient. Drawing so many characters at once is also a challenge for me. I'm doing it for the first time and I'm trying to make it as good as possible

Question about models

I want to start drawing characters with better use of perspective. Unfortunately, my spatial imagination is limited and not very well developed. Math has never been my strong point...
And now the question, do you recommend any free or cheap dragon models that can be transferred to the program and moved there at will? My dream is to, like a photo, set a model, take a screenshot and draw characters on it and practice perspective.
If not, do you know any artist who would undertake such work?

How do you react when you see a stranger using your character as a profile picture?
I am very curious about your opinion on this subject.
Personally, this irritates me. Why?
Because I treat my characters as my children or as parts of me or parts of my soul. I have spent a lot of time and life to make these characters come to life in my eyes. I draw them, I play RP with them and they will be the heroes of my books in the future. THEREFORE, it bothers me when someone uses them without informing me.
I KNOW, they can be kids with no idea. But I am not convinced by explanations such as "they are just children". I was also a child. And as a child, I used other people's drawings, but in a private space, because I didn't know how to draw well then. For example, on skype, not on social media, where everyone can see it.
What are your feelings about it?

- Private commission - extra charge
- If you want something that is inappropriate, disgusting to draw for me - extra charge
- If you asked me to draw the character in a sitting position, don't change your mind and make me draw the character in a different pose. (If you want to change the pose like I will make a sketch / lineart - extra charge)
- Small sketch corrections are allowed.
- I can send you WIPs If you want.
- Please respect my time and be patient.
- Please don't repeatedly ask about when your drawing will be complete

- Dragons, beasts, monsters, fantasy creatures, xenomorphs, horses, mlp, cats etc. most of animals.
- Most of Feral, only animal anthro

- I can, but I have no experience with: gore, mechanical parts, birds, furry/anthro

- Humans, human anthro (Human with ears, tail etc)

- Some fetishes that are gross to me e.g: urine and defecation fetishes
