I have Million Man Lan in May/June/July (Dunno yet.) I have GenCon in August, and finally.. I'm gonna hit my first Furry Convention, ever, in November, flying up to the Chicago area and joining everyone at MFF (Midwest FurFest)

Posted 18 years agoNew Computer is built, thank god, so now its a gaming machine that can run 'almost' anything out right now, sans Crysis.
Only took me forever to get it working with parts... still cheaper than buying a brand new one.
Also... reformatted.. yeah, lost all my porn.. but eh... :P Clean CPU.. I can redownload it all in a few days ^.^

The History of Rei.
Posted 18 years agoSince so many people are interested I'll give a short lowdown on my Fatilis Rei character.
It was back on a muck I had just gotten into, it was called Le Jardin Mystique - I had created a few characters, but one I created off the top of my head named Fatilis Rei - She was a tigerskunk referee in a sexy fighting area (I was heavy heavy heavy into the WWF, as it was called, at the time) I was actually still fairly new into the adult part of the fandom, and didnt know much.. she eventually made her way into Furcadia (Which I honestly dont play much anymore) and Tapestries... and from there I brought her to the Furry Fight Farm and then the FWA *Furry Wrestling Association* -
I did learn of Zig Zag, and MBR actually said he wouldnt mind drawing her one day... if I ever got the cash and the time to send him a commish, and Rei seems to be semi popular.
In any case.. thats how she was made.

I enjoy my job at GameStop.. so much that even the bad stuff that happens there don't bother me. But... if I hear this question asked to me over the phone or in public one more time. BOOM! >_<

Its a Portal Reference, in one of the puzzles, you gotta drag one of the many boxes, though this one is a bit different.. it has hearts painted on it, around one level and use it to open multiple doors. At the end of the level, you gotta toss it into a furnace... lets just say, the computer AI talking to your through the entire level... yeah. Full of LOL.
Even in one of the hidden back rooms you can find.. seems someone who had done this before.. lets just say... he was realllly obsessed with this box.. as there were pics of females all over, with the companion cube's picture pasted over the faces...

All in all, the Orange Box was indeed a great deal.. at least for me. I didnt own Episode 1. Episode 2, Portal, and TF2 came with it... and I got to give my Half-Life 2 to a buddy who never played it before.
Great times all and all... only issue I had was the fact it took a little over a day to install all of those I had already, due to the fact.. well.. dial-up. Bleh.
Oh well, Portal Story Line is finished.. and I'd beat it again to listen to that great ending.. and watch the end part.

For those who don't know, Funky Winkerbean is a daily comic strip in the newspaper, I know some places don't get it, some do. But one of the characters for the last years or so has been fighting Breast Cancer off and on, and today. Oct. 4th, 2007, the character Lisa died in the strip.
Well, I hate to say it.. I kinda missed the funny in the strip and I'm glad the stories over. But I also have to say that losing someone in that way... hurts. And it effects someone everyday... so... here's to you all! *Salute*

Um... Halo 3... sucks?
Posted 18 years agoNo, I didnt waste my money on this POS, I did get to play it for a few days at a friends house though. And this is MY opinion. Now, I will say.. I 'had' been anticipating this game, but waited against pre-ordering it or playing the beta. I enjoyed Halo 2, as well as Halo 1.. but, geez...
This probably caught some eyes, but to be honest.. I wasn't impressed AT ALL by Halo, single player is under 5 hours long, the graphics aint gotten much better(Mainly cause halo 3 was SUPPOSED to come out on XBox as part of Halo 2, but blame MicroSoft for that.), and single player is still the long, drawn out race to the sniper/sword/launcher, like it used to be.
The new weapons don't give us any edge, and neither does the vehicles. You can hear the Spartan Laser coming from a mile away, and even if thats the case, both the laser and the launcher still can take out any vehicle thats dumb enough to be in the open.
So... all in all, its the exact same game. I find NO reason for those perfect 10s in magazines to be popping up. Bioshock was by far a better first person shooter, and IT had no multiplayer. Gears of War also was a better game, and its multiplayer is and is still considered, much better than Halo's now.
There it is.. my rant. Not to get any fanboys angry or anything, but its the same damned game as Halo 2 was.
