Some things that make a Fuwakai. The following are absolute must haves when designing your very own.
•Opossum like hands/feet, as well as the tail.
•Tails only have fur at the base near their body.
•The ear shape must remain as is. They can angle slightly more upwards or down. They don't really bend/fold if that makes sense.
•Fur is optional! Your Fuwakai can be sphinx like, or have super long fur on select areas. Ears, tails, elbows, calves, chest, pubes. Ideally I would like majority of the fur on the body to remain short (or none if going for sphinx aesthetic). Bald patches, curly, whatever is fine!
•Cat like nose and fangs. Fangs can be any size, but must be present! Tusks are also perfectly fine!
•Forehead gems. These are what give the species their magical ability to make portals and travel. They can have anywhere between 1-6. The gems can only be located on the forehead, and come in all shapes, sizes, and colors! There really is no limit on the aesthetic of these. However...with this trait in mind, to avoid any issues with other species, gems/crystals will not be allowed anywhere else. (Sorry ToT this may change later, but for now, Iwant to play it safe)
•Wings are optional, and come in all different styles! A Fuwakai can have anywhere between 1-6 wings. 3 pairs max! Insect, angel, demon, mech... You name it!!! Cloth however is not allowed unless it is shown to be a cape or on a harness! (To avoid issues with any other CS)
•Horns are also optional! Just like in the wild, they come in all different shapes/colors/sizes. Get crazy with these! This also includes having antennas! Feel free to explore with this!
•Halos are also optional. Multiples are fine. You can have things hanging off of them, on them. Halos made of elements?!? Have fun with this!
In general outside of the basics Fuwakai are a pretty flexible species when it comes to "traits". Given their ability to make portals and travel to different realms/worlds/cities/ you name it within the limits of respecting other species... Has evolved this species drastically! This includes multiple limbs, eyes, having tentacles, scales, or even plants growing off of them!!! The possibilities are truly endless! Just be mindful that you aren't copying or stealing traits specific to other CS. If you are not sure, please ask me 💖
