Well... Louisiana has been having a TON of rain since Christmas or so, the ground has never had a chance to dry up. It's been raining just about non-stop since yesterday, and isn't going to stop soon. Don't worry, I'm personally not in any danger of flooding. I just have a very soggy yard, and when I step in it, the water is up to my ankles in places(deeper in other places, but I avoid those mud pits lol!)

I NEEDED to take care of my rabbits, but I don't have any rubber boots, and the water is too high for my 'police' boots. I decided, fuck it. I just got in from wading in mud up to my ankles, barefooted, wearing camo boxer shorts, and a hoodie. Then I decided, since it wasn't all that cold, to take Christmas lights down from up front XD

I think I have earned a Country Girl ribbon.

Just got confirmation, Furry Fiesta is 100% go!!! Gonna be baby free too :D So time for that meme thang.

I love hugs in suit, I'm meh on them unless I know you well out of suit. No boob grabs please, hyenas bite. Yes, you may pet my tail(I get asked that a lot xD) But steer clear of the rear.

Who all is coming??

Bwhahaha I'm making my own playlist for Fiesta... That way I'll be prepared if some dummy is playing bad/undanceable music at the dances.

I have titled the playlist, "Bad Furry Dance Music". Lots of fast paced pop type music... Fun and easy to dance to! I threw in some weird stuff for the fun of it 8D

I made a giant batch of 'Puppy Chow' for family as gifts... I may make more.

I can die happy now. I fucking love this stuff. Good thing I only make it around Christmas, otherwise I would be faaaaaaaaaaar fatter than I am now.

I went to New Orleans Comic Con yesterday... I think it is one of my favorite places to suit, outside a furry con. Comic Con goers for the most part LOVE fursuiters! I mean you could hardly go a step without getting asked for pictures! People are so polite!

At anime cons, it's fun, but honestly they are most younger kids... So they get wild. I've been tackled and rough housed a little too much with at anime cons, but it's still fun. Public suiting can be awesome, but many people are kinda weirded out as to why you are wearing a costume.

At Comic Con, it's a slightly older crowd than anime cons, but it's also more general public then the internet community. It is normal to be in costume, and people just LOVE it!! I can't wait to go next year :) It falls on a better time of year for me I think, so I may even go Friday/Saturday!

MFM was so awesome, I'll try to write more later as I'm on my phone

We are stuck at the moment in Batesville, Mississippi. On the drive home we blew a tire on the interstate... It was scary but we are fine. The tire is shreded, the fender is torn up, the radiator is busted and who knows what else. Thankfully some of.our super awesome friends weren't far behind us and had AAA. It's at a shop right now, but since it was labor day they were closed :( so, we are in a hotel right now. We thankfully have full coverage, we are going to see what the adjuster says....

It could have been far, far worse as we were going 65 on the interstate. Huge thanks again to our awesome friends! I'd link, but I'm on my phone lol

As most of you know, I live in Louisiana... But don't worry, I'm far inland enough that I don't have much to worry about. I more worry about  blackwolf12tails and  doompuppy who live right near New Orleans. But it's just a Cat 1, so it shouldn't be too bad.

Where I live now we are up on a 'hill'(lol!) kinda, and as old as this house is, it's never flooded. I just stocked up on cat and rabbit food(they were running low anyhow), and a few candles and non-parishables for us. OH, and gassed up of course. Noilez has water jugs we'll fill up to be safe, and if we need anything he knows where we can get MREs and bottled water. Too bad we haven't gotten the generator that came with the house fixed... We don't even have a clue how to turn it on XD I'm sure it needs serviced.

If we end up out of power for an extended time, I may go visit family in Tennessee, because having a 9 month old and no power won't be fun... HOT. I'm going to pick up any loose stuff outside, and tomorrow morning I'm going to move the rabbits inside in their travel cages. Spoiled little things, I'll make sure to bed them down with lots of hay, and even got them new chewie toys so hopefully they won't stress too bad... Hershey is probably the only that has been through a hurricane.

We still plan on MFM, even though the drive is going to be hell probably.

Man... I'm in the mood to do something drastic with my hair. I want a change, but I just don't know what I want to do. I just want to do something implusive with it, it's been the same drastic style for the longest time. I want something different.

Anybody good with styles that goes with my facial shape? I have a kinda square jaw, so I'm afraid of anything too boyish will make me look too... Butchy? lol. I keep liking the idea of a floppy mohawk or somthing. I've wanted something like that since I was in high school, but neve had the guts. Maybe I'll put some purple in for MFM.

We are coming Friday-Monday.

Friday will be "Noilez's" night, and I'll be babysitting in the room. He's probably going to be drinking or playing in the game room, or whatever he decides :) Feel free to text me if you want to hang out or draw in my room :) We will have to be kinda quiet, but can draw, talk, and watch tv :)

Saturday night will be my night! I'll be out late fursuiting, and I want to do the fursuit games :) I won't be able to drink much as my kidneys have been acting up a bit, no more than 1 shot or 1 bitch beer. Plus, I'm still nursing Viv :P But do invite me to have fun!

Sunday morning we plan on going to the Memphis Zoo, so anybody who wants to come along let me know :) I truthfully didn't see much on the schedual that interested me, so we are going elsewhere to have fun! Plus, what's the point of driving 5 hours if you are just going to stay in the hotel :P

This is why I hardly order anything online anymore. I ordered a pair of high quality J Clip pliers to put together my rabbit cages... I could not find any that wouldn't fall apart locally. They were supposed to come yesterday... I check the mail today, and I was SO happy to see the package. I pick it up, hmm... Oddly light. I look, it has been ripped open, no pliers. You have NO IDEA how aggravated I am!!

I used to always ship with USPS, but at this rate I'm going to change, even though it's more expensive to use other companies.

I need these clips because my poor rabbits are still in stackers cages on the carport. I want to get them setup out back, where it's cooler, and where I won't have to deal with pans to empty daily. I was hoping they would come Friday, so I could finish making the triple cage setup, but noooo.... I sure hope the company replaces my pair. I choose one of the top of the line cage makers to order from, so I could get a good pair that last... URRRRG.

I know... I know... Late to the game. But since we got rid of cable and just have netflix/hulu now, I decided it was about time I watched it. I LOVE it. I'm so itching to draw my character in an earthbender outfit... I'm thinking of making her an earthbender cosplay, but I need to learn how to work my sewing machine.

I feel like this sometimes at cons when I'm suiting somebody wants hugs, and the hug lasts waaaay too long. I know this isn't everybody's intention, but the picture made me lol XD

Ugh... Now I don't hate baby furs. A few of my best friends are baby furs, and I have no problem with it. But, I'm not a baby fur. I'm not a 'Mommy' or 'Caretaker' either. I don't even like disposable diapers, I use cloth about half of the time. But a con I always go to has a t-shirt contest, and a free shirt is always included. This year, a well known baby fur artist won, and there is pretty much a baby fur, minus a diaper, on the t-shirt... I know I won't be wearing it. I'm going to see if you can get a small discount if you don't want the shirt.

If not, anybody want to buy a shirt with a baby fur skunk on it? I'm sure not wearing that in public. LOL

Just wanted to let everybody know that we will be selling Jebb the Beagle soon!

I'm going to start out at $350 for him. He was a collaboration done by  Noilez and me a few years ago. He is VERY well made. He comes with a head, arms, hands, tail, and maybe feet. The head is made for a larger head, but can be worn by somebody smaller. Arms are made for a men's XL, but I wear a men's M-L and they fit me ok. Handpaws are one size fits all pretty much, if you have tiny hands they may not fit. Footpaws are a size 13 mens. I'll get more exact details when we unpack him.

He has a great moving jaw if it fits you right. If it doesn't, you can make it stationary if needed. He is super lightweight and durable. Awesome vision and ventilation as well!! He is built on sewn headliner foam strips. All seams are sewn on the head, tail, and hands. Footpaws aren't made by me, and glued, but they have only been worn about once. The fur doesn't match 100% either.

He's pretty much in perfect shape, and has only had light use over the years.
