Commissions Are Open!

Commission TOS

By commissioning me you agree to follow the entirety of these terms. Please read them closely before placing an order, but they apply regardless of whether or not they have been fully read by the commissioner.
Payment
a) The only accepted form of payment is USD through Paypal.
b) Payment in full will be requested upon completion of an initial rough sketch, at which point an invoice will be sent via email. The commission will not be completed until full payment is received.
c) If at any point I am unable to complete a commission, a full refund will be given. Refunds by request will be granted on a case-by-case basis depending on how far I am into the commission.
Communication
a) I will present a watermarked rough sketch before any payment is requested. At this point, the commissioner may request any alterations, which I will fulfill to the best of my ability.
b) Requesting alterations is fine and encouraged, but if a piece needs to be altered an unreasonable number of times, I reserve the right to drop the commissioner (with full refund, if applicable).
c) After the initial sketch, no further WIPs will be presented unless specifically requested and agreed upon beforehand.
Time Frames
a) A rough estimation of completion time will be provided when an order is placed. If a piece must be completed by a specific date, please make that clear to me at the start of the process and I will do my best to work within your timeframe.
b) If a piece is going to take longer than expected, I will do my best to communicate that to the commissioner as soon as possible. Please give me at least 24 hours after the end of the estimated completion timeframe before contacting me about a missing commission.
Usage Rights
a) I retain the right to post a finished commission on my own personal accounts and use a finished commission for future advertising of my art unless special agreements are made with the commissioner beforehand.
b) If requested, the identity of a commissioner can be kept anonymous for future posting of the finished artwork.
c) The commissioner has the right to post the finished commission anywhere they chose, so long as credit of some sort is provided.
d) The commissioner may not claim the artwork as their own, claim a replica (trace or recreation) of the artwork as their own, remove my signature from the piece, sell any products that feature the artwork (pieces made for personal use are fine), or make a profit from the artwork in any way.

Oh Boy
Posted 9 years agoI leave this site for a few weeks and it looks like some of my stuff got deleted? Hope that was just a glitch and not me violating some rule by accident. I'll re-upload those now and hope they stick around this time, ha.
Anyway, I'm back now! I'd been way too busy to draw these past few weeks, unfortunately. But now that school is ending I'll have a lot more time to make and upload art. Maybe I'll even see if I can try offering commissions sometime over the summer? We'll see.
