Posted 10 years agoI think we should all embrace the orange in our lives. A color of happiness and joy. And oranges are so very nice and round. Like most everyone should be! So let's get people happy and round :D
Long Time Coming & the Choices We Make

Back in 2012, I was not in a good place. I was recovering from one of the worst depressions I have gone through in my life and was slowly trying to piece myself back together. It was to the point where I had even questioned leaving the fandom and stopping any future con attendance. While at AC, on my birthday no less, I tried my best to get in the spirit and have a good time. And at a dinner thrown by some friends, one in particular had a most unexpected present. It was a fursuit. Given to me by a longtime and dear friend
, I was presented with 
. Given to me out of love, to help me find enjoyment once again, and to encourage a spirit of adventurousness. Overwhelmed by emotions, I accepted and did my best to use what I had learned from watching/photographing fursuiters over the years to bring Fwoomp to life. And over the last several years I have brought him out to bring joy to people and to try to explore a new side of myself.
Upon returning home, presented with the suit and an FA page, I decided it would be fun to surprise people, my friends, by not revealing myself immediately to them. That way, I could surprise them when I would take off the mask/head. And throughout these last few years, I have done this time and time again, to laughs, shock, and amusement. This decision was made to provide me with the opportunity to deal out surprises to many friends, both old and new, and bring a lot of smiles.
However, sometimes the choices we make cause ripples we cannot foresee.
So let me say that I love, not just for the gift of the suit, but for believing in me. For nearly half my life he has been my friend and without his kindness, I would not have the chance to explore this other side of myself. And it is in hope that I move forward, hoping that my friend will continue to be the positive force in my life that he has been.

Megaplex 2014 was Great!
Posted 11 years agoThis was my third time attending Megaplex and I have to say it's one of my favorite cons. The theme was great and inspired me to pass out some special blueberry candy treats for the fuzzies to enjoy. I had a lot of fun seeing 
(who will be filling the pool by himself next year!), 
(fellow fox brother), 
(who can have as many lollipops as he wants), 
(who needed more puffing, in my opinion), 
(bestest fox hugger!), (who wouldn't stop taking pictures), 
(BONK!) and the ever-adorable 
(who will see the business end of my air compressor soon enough!). Overall it was a great and hot weekend, but fortunately with all the fun that was had there no one seemed to mind. Plus there was the giant pool that was perfect for filling with pooltoys, of the willing or unwilling kind! I'll definitely be back next year spreading the gospel of puffiness and orangeness. Hope to see you then!

AC 2013 Report
Posted 12 years agoWell, just back from the long trip to and from Anthrocon 2013 and it was just awesome! For my first birthday, I have to say that it was really a lot of fun (even if a certain kangaroo and otter managed to escape unpuffed!). I had a great time getting to meet a lot of new people, give out hugs, and did my best to charm QUITE a few ladies at the con. Alas this fox's heart will continue to seek out ladies in distress, who could use a little foxie attention! The Guiness World Records attempt for the most fursuiters/mascots in one place was a really neat thing to be a part of, and can't wait to see the outcome. I also helped to spread the message of orange to my fellow vitamin-C infused brethren. Since next year's theme is Secret Societies perhaps it will be the best time for the Brotherhood of Orange to rise...
Either way, next con for me will be Megaplex, down in Florida. Hope to see lots of you guys there for more hugs, foxie romances for the ladies, and plenty of puffiness!

Where's a Foxie Been?
Posted 12 years agoWell, that was a fun few months! Ran into a few health-related issues and had to focus on those. BUT, now I'm back in action and looking to be more active! So, keep an eye out for some more photos and some arts, too! There are simply too many underinflated furs wandering around out there. This fox cannot stand for that!

Posted 13 years agoSo, I know it's last minute, but I managed to arrange a room at MFF! This will be my first time at this con and I can't wait. Plenty of furs to help keep well-rounded and plenty of ladies to meet. So, who am I gonna see there? I'm kind of hard to miss, being as orange as I am. Hope to see lots of folks there!

Posted 13 years agoAt last, a month worth celebrating! Yes, folks, it's the time of year to celebrate all things vulpine and how awesome we foxes are! I think this celebration calls for some ample party balloons... any volunteers? Be on the lookout for further fox news and puffy shenanigans throughout the month!
Back and Ready to Work
Posted 13 years agoWell, that was a crazy month! I had an absolute blast at Megaplex last month, and for my first time there it did not disappoint (minus the blazing temps inside and outside the hotel). Been doing a lot of traveling around since then, as there are so many furs around the country in need of proper pumpings. Fortunately I'm back home now and ready to get back to more serious work... it's not easy to keep so many furs up to proper PSI. But, I'm a hard-working fox, so there's nothing to it but to do it! Be on the lookout for some more foxy photos and other puffy exploits coming over the next few weeks.
Touchdown: Megaplex
Posted 13 years agoWell, just arrived and settled in at the Megaplex hotel. Looks like a pretty nice place, great pool. And I think I may have spotted a certain kangaroo who is looking a little too underinflated... will have to do something about that this weekend, methinks! Seriously Late Anthrocon Write-Up
Posted 13 years agoWhew! For my very first Anthrocon, I have to say I had a real blast! I couldn't believe how many truly awesome people were there, from the suiters, to the aritsts, to the staff, to just the random people who stopped to ask me for a hug. I even got to meet and roll around the place a little! I think this roo needs more puffing in the future, don't you folks? This is a bit of a brief journal, suffice to say everyone I met at AC really rocked and I can't wait to see even more people at Megaplex and beyond. Plenty of folks left to blow up around here, methinks!
