Overdue update - AC memories
Posted 15 years agoWow, it has been quite a while since I have updated our group page. Sorry for the long wait!
Anyways, AC is now long gone, with over a month past it, and I had an awesome time personally. Met lots of friends, fursuited tons, and a lot more! The Sheppie fursuit count was at around 20 this year, if not more! And there were likely more Sheppies than that hanging around in the Convention Center. Thank you guys for making Anthrocon such an awesome experience!

Posted 15 years agoI went to the opening ceremonies this morning, and we found out that we're disallowed access to the rooftop. :(
So we'll be still meeting at the same time, Sunday at 4 PM, but in front of the headless lounge. Please let everyone know.

AC Photoshoot - Details inside!

The German Shepherd fursuit photoshoot at Anthrocon will happen on Sunday at 4 PM on the convention center rooftop (North Terrace)! :D
If preferred, we can meet at the elevator that leads to the rooftop and then we can go up to shoot some pics. It's up to you guys.
I encourage everyone to find one other G-Shep without a fursuit to take pictures. Having only fursuiters can make things a little complicated, lol. I, Paul, will also try to hopefully get someone to take pictures. Until then, tell everyone!
I'll also post this information on the LJ photoshoot community, where the FC shoot was organized. Looking forward to seeing everyone! :3

Posted 15 years agoNo late April fools joke. :P Yes, our Sheppie group and the Collies group have been up and running for quite a while now, and I figured, since our groups both are under the canis familiaris (Domestic dog) species, we might as well form a partnership. ;) Makes sense, eh? Personally, I'm happy to have partnered us with them.

doberman_pinscher really gave reasoning. This group wasn't meant to cause any trouble between G-Sheps and other species, and I think it sort of did.
I'm sorry for any discrimination I have caused. I am not that kind of person to shun away anybody: So I have officially decided that now ANYONE, who's either one or a fan of the breed can watch this group and show support. I'm opening up the group more.
Once again, I'm sorry, and I admit that I was a drama llama. :3
