Posted 12 years agoI'm not one to go on rants or anythin'.
So this'll just be a little complaint on somethin' I've been ignoring(or trying to pretend to ignore) for the last 5 or so years.
I understand that people have their certain kinks and all that, and I respect that.
I don't want to seem like some 21 year old prick who thinks he's above other people and looks down on other people based on their sexuality/fetishes/beliefs/morals/opinions etc.
But I'm really startin' to get tired of seein' people make their own sergal characters and oversexualize them.
I'm not tryin' to stomp on any of your sergal characters here if any of you readin' this have any.
But seriously, I'm seen just about every possible form of overly sexualize bodies on various sergal characters over the years.
And even then, people are still findin' even more outlandishly grotesque ways to sexualize their sergal characters.
And the thing about these people that really annoys me that they create their sergals characters for the sole puprose of fulfillin' their fetish standards.
I respect people for their preferences in hyper porn.
But I don't like the fact that these people only make their sergal characters solely because they like the look of the species.
I share the same opinion as my gf, and that is that I don't like it when people make sergal characters only to oversexualize them so they can satisfy their desires.
These people don't care for the public image of the sergal species; they only care for what they want to see.
If it isn't obvious by now what I'm talkin' about already, I'm talkin' about murgals.
They don't even bother giving a character background and personality to their characters.
Again, I'm not here to sound like a prejudice punk(if that's even how you use the word prejudice) or to bash on anyone's fetish preferences.
I just wanted to get this off my chest, as it's been sittin' on my chest for years now.
I just felt like I needed to say that it annoys me that some people only make sergal characters because they like how they look and because they think sergals are the "damn sexiest things" they've ever seen.
Whatever happened to makin' a character with a bit of a background story simply to have a character?
Whatever happened to makin' a character that will be used in a variety of situations and scenarios?
Like...why can't you make a character that you will occasionally use in romantic situations at one point, then simple simple situations like...I dunno, drivin' a car or playin' beach volleyball?
Why does it always have to be about sex and overly sexualized situations and nothin' else with murgals?
*sigh*
I'm sorry, I just had to get that off my chest.
If there is anyone readin' this whom I have inadvertently offended, please know that I meant no offense at all.
It's just my personal opinion and it means absolutely nothin', other than that it is what I think.
Again, I respect people's opinions, beliefs, and personal preferences. I'm not trying to bash on anyone with this journal.Guess who?

Well, I thought it was about time for me to come back. 3 weeks is a bit of a long time, I think.
I know that I wasn't directly involved in it, but the bombings were at home. No, not too close to home, AT home.
So, it was a bit too overwhelming. It was one hell of an emotional experience...seeing all those people just...
I can't say that I'll be as active as I was before it all happened, but I'll try to get on once in a while.
But for now, I'm back.I'm at a loss for words...

When will the world learn to just fuckin' get along?
It's bad enough to hear about a shootin' here in Boston...but a fuckin' bombing?
My god...I'm...I'm not even kiddin', I'm gettin' sick and tired of all the shootings and bombings that have been happening since the middle of last year.
I'm really gettin' sick and tired of it. Why can't we just all...get along already?
Instead of shootin' each other and threatenin' to bomb each other, why can't we just fuckin' get along with all the countries out there already?
Threatenin' and actually bombin' each other is not helping things get any fuckin' better.
It's NOT.
But if we all just got along, then things WILL start gettin' better.
But seriously, I don't care if this was a terrorist attack or not, I just want it to fuckin' stop.
Cause it's tearin' the world apart bit by bit.
And I don't want to grow up in an age of agression and war with other countries.
But this bombing was too close...no, this WAS at home.
I...I think I'm goin' to take a week off from comin' on here.Weirdest thing happened today.
Posted 12 years agoSo, Wednesdays I work early in the morning. I got up a bit early today cause I felt like gettin' to work early.
Morning starts out like any typical Wednesday morning for me.
Customers start comin' in around 7:30 for breakfast, and today we had special.
Egg's Michael with fresh cut bacon strips glazed with our housemade southwestern bbq sauce(which I helped with in choosin' a secret ingredient(totally not braggin' right now)).
All is normal for like an hour.
8:30 comes around, and was talkin' with one of the waitresses out by the register...
And all of a sudden, this big ass red golden retriever comes blazin' through the front door as someone opened it.
Runs up to the first table and tries to steal the bacon off some fat guys plate.
Didn't get the bacon, so he runs over to about two more tables in about 15 seconds, tryin' to steal the bacon.
Not so lucky...until a waiter comes out of the kitchen with a try that happened to have of special.
Golden plows him over.
Score one for the golden.
That bacon was gone within a second of it hittin' the ground. Funny thing is, he didn't touch anything else that fell on the floor.
Then his owner comes in all red faced. Chick looked like she'd been chasin' him for miles.
The whole time I was watchin' the golden tryin' to score some bacon, that commercial for Beggin' Strips was playin' in my head.
I've never seen anythin' like this happen in the five years I've been workin' there. This is definitely goin' to be a story to tell at a party.Dem Questions Tuesday 2

Jebus, I swear my roommate is absolutely immature.
Ever since that stupid game BLOPS2 came out, he's been playin' it nonstop.
RAGES every time he gets killed, throws his controller across the apartment every time his team loses.
He's 26, and he has no job, and he's livin' in my apartment.

Artist wants to do a big picture with some sort of cool badass scene goin' on.
Says that any idea is aight, as long as it ain't sexual. Nudity is aight, but only to a certain degree.
Whoever comes up with the coolest idea, gets the chance of being featured in the picture.

Posted 12 years agoHad to take a sick day off of work again. Been sitting in my apartment bored all day.
My gf is comin' back home this weekend for spring break, but I wish she was here NAO!!!
God, I've spent much of the day watchin' my roommate rage about hackers and bullshit about puttin' three hit markers into this guy or that guy and not killing them...he's playin' Black Ops 2, if you didn't know.
So...yeah, I'm drunk and I'm fuckin' bored out of mah mind...
Talk to meh...ASK ME STUFFS!
Also, is it just me, or is FA gettin' fuckin' slow again? I blame those fuckin' ads at the top and bottom of EVERY PAGE!!!Weasyl
Posted 12 years agoAlright, so I remember Dani told me she made a Weasyl account before it was in open beta mode.
So, I went and had a look at the site. I liked what I saw.
Now that the site is in open beta, I figured I'd make myself an account on there.
And for those of you wondering, I don't think Dani is using her account on there. She most likely forgot about it.

I'm pretty sure I'll still be using FA, since I don't have any quelms with anything that's been going on around here as of late.

So, I think it's safe to assume that means she won't be coming on here anytime soon.
So I'll be occupying this account again for a little while, visiting every now and then when the time allows it.

Posted 12 years agoHey guys. Jeff here. Dani asked me to log on and give you guys an update on her.
After the New Year's break, Dani's been swamped by requests from her students for after school tutoring.
She's happy to say that she's managed to finally change the attitudes of at least four students who didn't care about anything before.
But along with these four students quite a few other students have been asking for tutoring and homework help.
So, she's been very busy for the last three weeks.
She doesn't know how long she'll be away and unable to log onto here, but she knows that it will be for a while.
So, she'll be on hiatus for while.
Also, she wanted me to check activity on her previous journal.
There hasn't been much activity. So there are still a few sergal characters that are in need of new homes.

Posted 12 years agoHey everyone! So, as promised I will be providing a list of available sergal characters that I'm giving away.
Now, all of these sergals are named, I just couldn't resist.
The thing about these sergals is that they are all named after gods from Greek mythology.
Why Greek mythology? Oh, just cause. :)
But there are rules to this:
1. ONE CHARACTER PER PERSON!!! You can only choose one character! That way, others will have a chance at getting a character as well.
2. Comment below with the name of the character you'd like. I'll be more than happy to give you all the rights to the character. This is also first come first serve! So, if you comment with a name right after someone else commented with the same name, you'll have to choose another character. Sowy.
3. You don't have to do this, but it'd be nice if you could pimp this journal out! Spread the word about this chance at free sergal characters!
That's it! You don't have to be watching me in order to get a free character. This is for EVERYONE!

Particularly, would you be interested in a free sergal character?
I have few sergal characters that I've made that I don't have any use for, nor am I planning to use them.
I just made them spur of the moment using 
sidgi's Sergal Reference Manager.
But would you all be also still be interested if I made this sort of like a raffle or contest thing?
If eough of you would like me to do this, then I'll be more than happy to do it.
I'll make a separate journal for it once I get enough replies.
