Here's my attempt to inspire others;
I know the FA community is fractured and smaller than it was a couple years ago, but that doesn't mean we can't keep the experience here fantastic!
Let's favorite images freely, and leave comments on work we enjoy! It doesn't have to be some long winded comment if you don't want, just say what you like/appreciate from the piece!
And YES I'm talking to you artists too, not just commissioners! We all need to help out!
And if more people take up the initiative to do this then EVERYONE will have more engagement from the site and have a better time c:
I really do think we can do it, it doesn't even take that much time out of your day, and you make someone smile in return! It's all good!
It's all about having fun, and spreading positivity!!!

Interstellar Demon Stripper

Spoctortheory has proposed giving her a name. I think that's a good idea! It can get kind of annoying just calling her "Interstellar demon stripper" the whole time. His name proposal was "Hildra" I think it's pretty fitting, and (for what we can see) it suits her! :3

IFC 2017 Experience
General | Posted 8 years agoI went to IFC last weekend (8/11-8/13), and I have to say, it's a fun convention. It's a little small, but with my only other experiences being MFF and AC, the 2 biggest fur cons in the world, and Chicago Comic Con, I didn't expect it to be nearly as big. I roomed with my friends lunerskies92 and aniro. It was so much fun! I got to meet Yiffmasters, one of if not the FIRST person that I saw actual porn of Krystal from! XD He was there with his girlfriend, claypaws running a table in the dealer's den. I chatted it up with them over the course of the weekend and got to know them both a bit! They're both super awesome people, and I look forward to seeing them again at MFF this December! I also finally managed to make it to the furoticon "tournament" and play with some people aside from my friend 
cooncentio and a non-furry that actually really likes it. There was a super intense game of Jenga going on on Sunday, and there were a whole bunch of people watching it. After a while the people that brought the jenga had to start asking if anyone was gonna take a chance. I eventually hopped in after a few others and I was shuffling around trying to find which one I wanted. One of the guys told me to basically just pick any piece and take it, so I did, and it just BARLEY fell. I'm sure you can find a video of this on YouTube soon. Overall, a good convention and growing every year! I highly recommend that you go for at least 2 days! I would love to go again! There is one experience, though that I will remember forever!
I walked into the Dealer's den on Friday, to see what was there and such, just as people do. I saw that Clay had a table set up, so I went over and saw that she was there with Yiff. Being a fan of his work, I asked if he was open for commissions and was able to get one from him ( https://www.furaffinity.net/view/24480531/ ). That night, Luna went to an sketchbook swap-meet, thing where a bunch of artists put their sketchbooks on a table and take someone else's to make a doodle in. When she got back to the room, Luna showed me her book, and I saw that she got a Raichu from Yiff in her book. I laughed and told her that HE was the guy I commissioned earlier that day. which made us both laugh a bit.
The next day, I went to pick up my commission from Yiff and told him about the coincidence in him picking up my friend's book at the swap meet thing the night before. He and Clay both thought that kind of funny and laughed a little. I then went to see Luna in Artist Alley. She was drawing a picture of Vinyl Scratch and an Eevee at a rave ( https://www.furaffinity.net/view/24481737/ ). I showed her my picture and left it with her for a bit while I strolled around a bit more. Later that night, Luna finished the commission and was chatting with the customer through texts, and they said they'd come by after they ate to pic it up. Luna went to a panel and left the pic. with Aniro and I while we waited for them to show up, but they never did.
Sunday Luna was in artist alley again, and managed to meet up with her customer from the day before. I went into the dealers den again to chat some more with Yiff and Clay, and I see the SAME picture that Luna was working on the day before. I IMMEDIATELY thought, "There is NO, FUCKING way...!!!" And I find out that Yiff was her commissioner. Neither Yiff, nor Luna knew each other prior, or that they were do I told him that It was Luna that he commissioned, the same friend that he picked up the book for and the 3 of us at the dealer table all had a good laugh at the massive coincidence. I went back to Artist Alley to tell Luna, Aniro was there as well. Luna was shocked, and both of them busted up just as much as Yiff and Clay did. This just goes to show how small the world can be, and how likely chance meetings like this can be!

My first fur con experience

Friday: When I got there, I just instantly lit up with all the fursuiters I saw, and I felt that I could just explode with happiness! I walked around most of the day, just to get a feel for where most of the stuff was, Got a pic. with
coopertom (Will post all pics. later) at his first MFF! After some more walking around, I went to watch part of a dance competition. And then later, I went to the rave at about 10:30, I think and stayed until 2:00. I went to the room and then hit the sack.
Saturday: When I woke up, I went to meet up aniro and his roomies for some breakfast, I felt the food was HORRENDOUS and extremely overpriced! After eating, I went to meet up with my buddy, 
idahofox, and we hung out a little, until I started to feel a little sick... So I unfortunately left for a bit to see if I'd feel any better, and it didn't help much. After feeling a little better, I went back to the Dealers' Den to do some shopping, and as I was about to leave, I ran into 
brenderlin! ^^ He was a really nice guy and we had a nice, short conversation, I'd like to see him again at another con. Later, I met coopertom, again, as 
fender and had a great conversation with him, this time. That night, I only went to the rave until Midnight, and waited outside aniro's room to see if I could room with him and his bud's that night. And THEN the chlorine happened... We made it back to the rooms, at about 4:15-4:30 A.M.
Sunday: After some much needed rest, I went back to the Hotel's breakfast, which was a mistake... $9.34 for a glass of orange juice, and a side of sausage! I only had 1 and 3/4 of them, and was just thinking of not paying... I was still feeling bad, but wasn't sure why. I know that since it was before the chlorine incident, it wasn't that. Anyway, after still not feeling good for awhile, I decided it best to go home. Less than an hour after getting home, I got really sick and was bed ridden for the rest of the night.
Monday: was still sick, and stuck in bed all day trying to recover...
