This year for me has a lot of ups and downs. With the jobs, lost my ride in an accident and losing my apartment early this year has been rough. Now towards the end of this year, things are ever so slowly getting better. I got rehired back at my old employer and got a new ride. I'm still been trying to get things in order so I be so stressed out about concerning matters.

Speaking of which, apparently, I just learned that I'm short of $300 for a bill allot a limited amount of time to take care of it. *sighs* I would appreciate it if I can get assistance and mainly spread the word around. This is getting triedsome.

On Halloween weekend, I participated in a costume contest. Although I didn't win, I saw a lot of very impressive costumes there. Besides that, I'm fairing well. I was working two jobs and let the hotel job go in early part of October. They was having issues with me having days off and get this, I worked in a part-time position. Plus, most of the workers there are very petty and messy so it's long overdue for me to leave.

It has been a few months from my last update. Long story short, I been working at my old work for over three months and getting the hang of it. Last month, I hit an milestone and took a break in my new car I was able to get. My birthday gift to myself. Am so happy and thankful that I'm about to drive again after countless months without a ride of my own.

I been loving with family and been working hard taking care ofa couple of important matters and life stuff. So far, I'm okay and been focusing on other things. Just want to let other people know what I been up too in case y'all been wondering about me. Take care for now.

I have some great news to share.

First, I got a full-time position at my old workplace where I wad laid-off and will start next month. I'll be earning more money and mainly my years of service don't start over. Am very happy about that and more so the benefits.

Second, I didn't get a eviction on my record and worked out a payment plan from my fromer apartment complex. If I need to rent again in the future, I'm welcome back and plus l, they will write a letter of Recommendation on my behalf if I choose to rent at another place.

I'm currently living with family and starting to trying to get all of my things and bills taken care of so I can focus on other things. Last weekend, my brother got married to his new wife and so happy for them both.

I’m still in short of a certain goal and now need 700 just to get this month’s rent taken care of after getting g served papers for eviction yesterday. If I somehow get it before the court date on 5/30, they’ll drop it. Also can talk to them to break my lease although I got one month left. Hopefully things work out and I’ll be working full-time. Currently waiting to hear back from two places. *sighs* Thankfully, I can move in with a family member.

I wish I can say everything is good but it's not. I just got notice to vacate today and been trying to find a full-time position for months and had used up all of my emergency funds. *sighs* I'm just both angry and tried of trying. I just want a break here. I made a gofundme page and had to use about $400 to cover last month's rent. I was working at a temp agency for full-time but got let go before Good Friday due to wanting someone to be faster than me. I had a lot of going on from the last update. Wish it was all good news.
Long story short, I wad working for a temp agency and was contracted to one of the jobs but after doing g different task, I was let go before Good Friday. They let me go because I was slw and didn't meet their daily quotas. I stated my case to them about finding my own way to handle different task but wasn't good enough. They told me I was a good worker and tried for their call center. No thanks and especially not giving me no time to grow and just about to make two months there. *grumbles* I was just thinking about the what ifs. Like what if they waited until they caught up and will they keep the temps or let them go. Also I was told that some had waited months before finally getting hired on. I don't have that kind of time to wait while I can still be searching if that's the case.

I been job hunting for a full-time position and got 2 interviews for this week. Wish me luck! At my part time job I recently got, I. need to wait after six months in order to transfer, per company policy. I hate to ask for this and it seems like it's a growing pattern. I nearly paid off everything for this month and learn that I'm $350 short. Since one of the temp agency contractors decided to cut me loose after only being their for nearly two months. Got lied to about doing a good job and got used, it really threw me off. Again I'm truly sorry to keep asking for assistance like this. I'm NOT comfortable about this and been trying my dammest to get everything back in order again. >_<;

The property manager had been understanding and all I need is to come up the remaining $350 for this month and I'll be good. Not sure about next month as I'm feverishly searching for a full-time position. My lease is up at the end of July so I'm doing my best so I won't get a stain on my rental record. They was accepting rental assistance but the higher up managers stopped accepting it. That money was gone at the end of Jan of this year. *growls*

I'm just hoping to get a full-time position this week so no more worries or asking. Because of that, Anyway, thanks for listening to my rant and just grown tried and more so, highly annoyed by this on-going situation. I was just about to take care of the remaining things I had left. >_<;

It’s been over a year from my last update and a lot has happened to me. To cut the long story short, next month will mark 1 year from where I was laid off from the county job for nearly 11 years. I decided to take a vendor job they offered but I know that next time, I'll take unemployment. The vendor didn't take kind of me for being absent due to the fact that my eldest brother has die back in February of this year. He had a heart pump since he was in his thirties and it’s a miracle that he lived to be 55. He would’ve been 56 this past April. This vendor had a toxic environment and nepotism. I kept in contact with my former coworkers from the vendor and the county. Looks like I got fired at a good time because everything gone downhill since. They can’t keep people and it’s due to their toxic environment. A few who I called notice a change in my voice and that burden was removed from my shoulders. I'm totally relax and I have no more stress from that job.

Next, the ice storm. Thankfully, I went over to my late sister's house since it has gas power chimney and stove. I along with my father, my only brother now and his kids made it out okay. I know it sound bad but I’m thankful that my eldest brother no longer suffering and mainly that he didn’t have to go through this power outage. He was on a heart pump and we need power. After the ice storm, one of my late sister’s dogs had pass away and my youngest nephew was sad about it. His brother got Zeus, which was his name, ashes and a paw print of him.

I been job hunting and finally found a job but it was contract back in late June of this year. It didn’t last long and I was let go. When I was the reason why, they said it was a performance issue. I asked what performance issues and I got no response. I knew they was lying because my performance was good and I was getting a lot of comments. I knew that they were lying about me and the supervisor was no good, especially after the feedback he was given about me. That place was nothing but the good old buddy system and they had piss poor training, was never set up for their system, people was horseplay and basic this place was just like high school with a side of elementary brats. I won't take any contract jobs never again! It's just like those reviews said which is a dirty low down shame.

This month made me happy somewhat. First and foremost, my father and my oldest nephew birthdays was the first weekend of September 2021. My father is now 80 years old and he’s been through a lot, especially loss of love ones. Despite of this, he been very kind and he’s a walking historian. I keep thinking about when his time comes, I'll be truly heartbroken and will truly be alone. Been feeling depressed about missing love ones, mainly the ones I spent the most time with.

Enough about that. Today is my birthday and I didn’t do much besides enjoying the nice fall weather and spoke to a few people. I currently with family and celebrated my birthday here per usual.

This year has been rough for me and I’m still hopeful although I get depressed about certain things sometimes. I try to remind myself that it’s beyond my control and let it go but it’s hard, more so if it impacting certain parts in your life.

I’m thinking about moving out of this city perhaps next year or so. I need a new scenery, change and think this will help uplift my mood. Plus, there’s nothing left for me in this city, especially after certain love ones had passed away.

Somewhat fun news, I got a fursuit of Gatoraus Rex and a costume of King K. Rool. I had some art work and photos I need to upload here. I been dealing with a lot and more facing loneliness. First, I focus on getting a job and making sure it’s not contract and then I can focus on other things which needs to get done.

As the journal subject stated, today is my birthday. I can't really do much due to the pandemic. Honestly, I hardly ever do anything special for ny birthday. Anyway, I have some things which I'll be uploading soon.

I will be uploading art I got from the Artists while I was at Texas Furry Fiesta 2020. Took me long enough heh!

Beside that, things are so-so. Dealing with some ups and downs of life. I'm trying to improve my life by making certain changes in certain areas in my life for the better. In starting to get back in writing again and going to try out some advices I received in terms of brainstorming and the story flow.

Been a long time from my last update. I been busy with life and dealing with certain issues which most have been taken care of. I have a lot on my mind and I often find myself lost in my thoughts.

Besides that, I received a few comissions from a few artists I will be uploading shortly. I currently at Texas Furry Fiesta and so far, I'm having a good time. This makes it my second furry convention I attended.

I haven't made a journal on here for ages. I been dealing with a lot of RL issues on my end but slowly and surely it's working out. Although it's not as fast as I wanted it to be. Today's is my birthday (Hatchday in reptilian terms) and I'm just spending the day relaxing. So how everyone's been doing?

I will be a year older and the funny thing is that, there's a full moon that night. It is also the harvest moon. No I won't turn into a were gator or something like that. Besides that, I'm going to get myself a PS 4 soon and I already got a Nintendo Switch. I can wait to play the new Smash Brothers game so I can finally get to play as King K. Rool. <3 *wide toothy grin*

It has been nearly a year from my last journal. Things are okay besides dealing with certain RL stuff and being depressed about a few certain things, mainly missing beloved family member(s). It just hard when you use to do a lot of things together with them and they no longer alive. Sometimes I feel isolate and alone but I’m trying not to feel like that. Just recalling good memories I had with them and next month would’ve been my mother’s and sister’s birthday. What I had been doing to help with my depression a is I been doing some day trips, going to parks and more so exploring new towns and cities during my days off. I usually find some interesting things and more so products from stores. I’m thinking about posting scenery photos from my drives through the countryside and also with other amusing photo of products names/signs. I always feel so relax and happy out in the country with the beautiful nature sceneries. I’m usually be out and about, more so than ever before.

On a different note, I planning to restart my Mario fan fiction story as well as my book I started on many years ago but lost my inspiration for it. I been playing a few video games lately, more so the retro ones. I brought about few games and other things during my visit with one of my long time friends out of state. I found two rare games, Star Ocean: The Second Story and Lunar 2 Eternal Blue Complete edition which are easily are my top favorite RPG games. I played those game years ago and love it. *toothy grin* I going to get a PS 4 later on in the year and I already got the Nintendo Switch. I have more to say but I’ll save that in the next update. I want to give everyone an update in case you all have been wondering about me.

It's been a while from my last journal and I need to give everyone an update on how I'm doing. First of all, I'm okay. Fortunately, I didn't get flooded or lost power during the hurricane. Many areas in the city got hit hard with the insane amount of rain. I think that if it wasn't for the breaks in between, it could've be worse than this.


Last month, I was depressed and lost in thoughts for a while because my late sisters birthday, as well as my late mothers was on a weekend. Their birthdays were only a day apart from each other. I spent that time, reflecting on the good memories and treasure the precious moments I had with them, which will forever be within my heart. There are times I still have my moments but I try to focus on the good memories I have and along thinking about how the holidays will never be the same again. Despite of that, I and along with a few family members are going to keeping certain traditions going out in turns of remembrance of her. ( For example, like continuing doing fireworks on certain holidays)


This had been weighting on my mind for a while and I want to touch base for others in case anyone have been wondering what I have been up to.


On a different note, my birthday, make that hatchday since I'm a scaly is coming up soon and I'm looking forward to it. I might make some travel plans to go on a road trip somewhere. I just had a thought, instead of calling this month September, let's call it Rextember. *toothy grin*

I just want to give everyone a quick update. Things are fairing well for me and been taking it easy one day at a time. Was feeling depressed for a while but I'm slowly getting over it. I been playing Zelda -The Breath of the Wild and I haven't had this much fun playing Zelda in a long time. The only annoying thing about the game is the dam rain! Can't climb due to the surface becoming all slippery. *growls*

Everyone, thank you for your condolences. Had my sister's funeral this past Saturday and it was hard but I just have to take it one step at a time. I didn't expect a congresswoman to send her representative to speak on her behalf. Her representative had called her and the congresswoman was place on the speakerphone and she spoke during the service, offering her condolences to us. She couldn't make it to the service due to the business trip and her representative presented us a certificate of congressional recognition and a U.S. flag which was flown over at the U.S. Capitol in her memory. I'm was deeply touch and speechless about this honor for my sister.

I know I haven't been on here for a good while and I wish I can say that I'm okay but it's not the case. This pass weekend, I caught some bug which I been sick and now I'm finally getting over it. I'll may be away for a while because yesterday, I have received news from my father that my sister has suddenly pass away while she was heading to work. Right now, I'm just in shock and disbelief.

I'm now a year older so give me some yummy goodies. *toothy grin*

I know it been a good while from my last post and also been quiet. I'm just been focusing on certain things and pardon me if I had worry any of you. My eye is healing as it suppose to which I'm thankful for. Aside from that, this coming weekend is my birthday or in scaly terms, my hatchday. One thing I'm looking forward is the new episodes of Digimon Adventure Tri, which happens to be airing on my hatchday! *toothy grin* I hope everyone is doing well.

I'm starting to get back into writing again and have plans for my Mario fanfiction story as well as revising them so stay tune!

Those who are wondering how I have been doing, I'm fairing well now. I been dealing with certain issues for the past few months and nearly everything is taken care of. I recently had major surgery done on my left eye this week due to medical reasons and I'm currently in the recovery stage. Hope everyone is okay and I haven't left this place.

Anyway, I'm just been busy with work and other things. We was allowed to dress up in costumes at work for Halloween. I decided to dress up as a lion in a business suit since a few co workers keep calling me 'lion-heart'. I do have a photo of it and I'll upload it here soon.
