Is there any good apps for music and games in the android market?

I notice a growing trend from all of the places I had and currently work at. All with the exception of one, had experience power outages. Three days ago, I experience a brief power outage while I was at work, not going to count the one back with the rolling blackout back in February of this year, then again. *shrugs* The one place I had worked didn't experience any power outages but had deer’s roaming in the parking lot. o-o;

I been checking out dvd's and books from the library for the past few weekends. Although, I spent the last two weekends watching nearly all of the seasons of Star Trek: The Next Generation sereies. Rawr, I been bitten by the Trek bug again. >->;

Been a while from my last update and had a few things happen, most are good. I will explain more in the next post. This has been on my mind ever and I have to say that every since I had enter into the work force, I had the oppuninty to see, meet and speak with the CEO's of the companies, whom I had worked for, including the President and the Vice President of the company. Also I had worked with the directors and also the other top people for the county library while I was with a temp agency. All of this happens when I'm just at entry job level. I do find it strange that, I'm finding myself meeting with the directors and their other top heads from the county and companies. It makes me wonder that is it something about me or threes something else. Anyway, just and to get this out form my mind.

On another note, back during the middle of April of this year, I had acquired another car which is more realizable and dependable than my Cobalt. It's a 03 Ford Taurus SES which they had knock 2k off from the price. Got what I wanted in a car like power locks and windows but more than I expected which is all good of course. I'll post some photos up very soon. On another note, a co-worker is currently working on her first album which will be very interesting to hear once she’s gets it completes.

On some great news, starting during early next year, I'll be just be about debt free, which will be a great feeling for me and also have things planned on top of it. :)

Peach chase Mario into a the a opening and she felt something being her. She turns around and notice that theirs something blocking the only way out. Confusion quickly fills her mind as she turns back around and looking at Mario. When he beings to laugh, a chill ran down along the back of her spine.
"Mario?"

Mario suddenly was incase in a cloud and once it disappears, a magic Koopa appears which Peach immediately recognize.

"Kamek!"

"Its a pleasure to meet you again Princess. I wanted to get my vengeance on you for defeating me from last time." Kamek grumbles out in anger as Peach goes into her fighting stance.

"Where's Mario?!"

Kamek just chuckles.

"Mario is having a lovely reunion with his dear brother as we speak."

Peach raise a eye brow, not liking the tone he used.

"Let's begin shall we?"

Kamek wave his wand and fire his magic wand about as Peach dodges them. Goombas and Koopa Troopas appears after the magic hits the rocks. Peach jumps on the Goomba and the Koopa Troopas before hovering over to Kamek where she smack with her crown. Kamek wave his wand as soon at she land, striking her with the magic which she flew to the back of the wall. She get up with anger in her eyes and then summon the power stars and use he star arrow attack. The star hover above Kamek as he quickly created a shield around him but the intesently of the attack broke the shield, leaving him daze. Peach took the chance to run towards him and done a multi attack at him before striking him with a frying pan.

Last weekend, I had gone to the Japan Festival which was held at Herman Park with a few friends. I have to say that, I really have enjoyed myself considering the fact that it was my first time attending. I'd uploaded a few photos which all of them are in scraps.

I have got my first name written in Hiragana (I think that's what it was, not sure), listen to two performance groups, which I had recorded. The groups are the Ryukyukoku Mastsuri Daiko (Okinawan Drum Dance) and Oyama X Nitta Duo (Shamisen). Afterwards, I have checked several vendors, food bins and also the Japanese garden. I had tried out Kendo which was an interesting, good experience. Of course got to learn about the history behind Kendo. I have seen some very interesting cos-play costumes, from Sailor Jupiter to old school Power Rangers. XD

Other than that, it was an awesome weekend.

I'm still around but I really don't have much to talk about. Things have been extrememly busy for me work wise and also try to get something major done soon. I should go on and answer some of these messages I have. Anyway, last month I already made my first year with the county and so far, things have been good in an interesting way. Also last month, I have receive a appreciation letter(signed) from the Deputy Director whom, congrats me on the excellent way I had handle one of the situations and also spoke with her personally. The letter is a part of my file and the Director himself has heard about it. Of course I was nervous at first until she spoke to me about it. On January 8th, I went to the 3rd annual Ice Sculpting Competition which was held at the Discovery Green Houston. I was there for a few hours and had a great time. I took a few photos of the ice sculptures and posted them in scraps.

What's the gator rex been up too from the last month?

During the last weekend of October, I had gone to the North American Reptile Breeder Convention and Trade Show (http://www.narbc.com) which was the first time held in Houston, TX at the Reliant Park Area. There were talks about coming back next year due to a big turnout. (I'll just wait and see here) I invited Tuck and Friar over and took a look at the reptiles, which people was buying and so forth. I have touch a hedgehog and also a Gecko which I was surprise about who soft it is. I'm seriously considering getting a Gecko soon. It was a small show but that may change next year. They had vendors whom were from different states. I have to say thought that there were way too many snakes and plus the prices on certain snakes range from $1,200 to $7,000. O-o. Rawr, which was truly insane.

November was interesting to say at least. I had to go to a majority meeting on my day off but at least I got comp time, free snacks and drinks. Met with other people in different departments, including the sheriff and the police department whom was there also. On top of that, even met and spoke with the director of the Community Supervision and Corrections Department. This year they were a western theme and it very funny that some people where dress up as cowboys and Sheriffs. It’s even funnier that the narrative is one of the fromer co-workers, whom I had worked with back at Super Target. (Works in the same building as I do but in a different Department.) It’s amazing after about five years, he still remembers me and I also remember him and a few others’s whom he called to let them know. Must have left a good impression or something. *smirks*

My thanksgiving was actually a very good one, spent time over both of my sister’s house and also at my cousin’s. Played some games and watch movies, like Paycheck(thought it was good). My sister got Just Dance 2 for her Wii along with a singing game Def Jam and the Michael Jackson-The Experience, which was all fun. Been dancing and singing with other family members. Yeah I was shaking my tail all over the place and my muscle were sore from all of the dancing, mainly from the Michael Jackson Game. X-x;

Other than that, Things have been extremely busy at work due to the Christmas and New Year but it’s starting to slow down now. If it slows down enough, I may be playing a few card games with a few co workers. Didn’t I mention that I have a fish tank in my office along with my alligator fishing sculpture. Continue to be asked (both co-workers and supervisor) when I get some more fish for fish tank so they can take a peek at it. *chuckles* I been during some resreaching for another car ( checking maintance cost, MPG, tires and so forth) which I'm planning to invest in another one around will get around Feb or March. This sums up what I have been up to for now.

Last month was quite interesting for me but I'll talk about it in the next post. For now, just want to give you a little sneak peak of Chapter two from 'The Legend of the Koopa' which I'm changing the title to from 'Twisted Fate'. Please be aware that this is only a rough draft and of course corrections and changes will be made before the final draft.

A droplet of water hits Luigi’s face as he awakens. He blinks a few times as vision comes back to focus. Once his eyes adjust to the darkness with a faint amount of light, he tries to get up but couldn’t. He begins to panic as he can’t move either his arms or his legs. He jump to a conslution that someone or something have bound him down onto something. He close his eyes and clams himself down, easing his racing heartbeat. He recalls the events and wonders if Mario and Peach are okay. He turns his head over to his left and then to his right as he surverying the area. He conclude that he’s in some kind of room but not sure if he want to find out what type of room it is. He close his eyes once again, trying to get a feel of the area until a voice breaks his concentration.

“Glad to see you finally awaken form your deep slumber, Luigi.”

Luigi felt his heart jump in response. The voice sounds very familiar to him. Gathering all of his courage, he swallows the lump in his throat and begins to speak to his captor.

“Who are you and how do you know my name?” Luigi ask in a demanding tone.

“Bwahaha, you don’t reconzie a old friend?”

Suddenly, the trouches on the walls lit up and Luigi widen in horror as he reconczie the figure whom his standing right in front of him.

“Bowser?!”

“What have you done to Mario and Peach?!”

“Don’t worry about them, I’m sure they are picking up the pieces at this moment.”

Luigi is now enraged as he squirms, trying effortlessly to free himself so he can pound him into submission.
“Why do you do it?” Luigi snarl at him.

Bowser just cross his arms and gives him a devious smile.

“Theres no need to give you an answer. You should feel honor because I going to have you to become a part of my glorious troops.

Luigi jaw drops in disbelief as he can’t believe what he just heard.

“You heard me right. I want you to become the second in command. You will be standing by my side which is the highest honor in my land.”

“You darn well know the answer to your request!”

“I know how much you desire to be reconiges for your achievments. You always in your brother’s shadows and even if you do step out on your own, others don’t respect you.”

Luigi felt something stab right through his heart.

“Even through, I’m often get look down upon, I always have my love ones whom care and respect me for who I am!”

Bowser walks over to Luigi’s side and rest the tip of his claws on top of Luigi’s chest whom felt chills all over his body.

“I knew I would have to resort to this.”

Bowser close his eyes and a strange aura surround his body as the Dark Giga Star appears above him. Luigi eyes widen in fear as he helplessly struggles in his bonds. For a moment, the strange arua felt somehow familiar to him but he never got a chance to recall the memory as the star over over him and felt something. His screams echoes in the room as the arua surround him, calling out for his brother.

“Luigi!”

Mario eyes shot open with his heart racing. He place his head over to his chest, where his hear is, trying to clam himself down. After he manages to clam himself, his eyes wander around his surroundings. He first took note that he’s in a house, considering the normal looking furniture and the windows. He trys to get up but pain ripple throughout his body. He groans and lays back down. His mind drifts over to the princess and his brother. He clings at the mental image as Luigi push him out of harms way. With a sad sigh, he hope to the stars that Peach and Luigi are alright.

Nothing much has been going on with the exception of work and tending to personal matters. I'm still working on a few things which are taking longer than I expected. Again I been listening to Professor Layton and some of the soundtrack from various games, which I now a fan of, I have invested myself a Ds lite system with three games. (Got a great bargain deal) One of the games is of course Professor Layton and the Diabolical Box (Got it for eight bucks). In my opinion, the game is very good. Some of the puzzles had me scratching my head and stumped. Nevertheless, it's challenging and the story is very good. I'm planning to get the first and the latest which was release last month, Professor Layton and the Unwound Time. I might as well link a few of my favorite tracks from the series.
