General | Posted 15 years agoFelt like getting the previous journal bumped off the top page.
So I have to say this year has been pretty bad for me. =| I don't really ramble on FA and not even much to Twitter but the ratios of Good/Bad this year is tilted toward Bad. Ended a relationship, though mutually, been overworked to the point of missing out on time for myself, spent over $2000 worth of debt on top of moving to an expensive apartment (never again), having to house my out-of-jail little brother with no job, suffered even more strains in my relations to my parents.. Goes on. =/
Good? I have a roof over my head. I went to a doctor for a bill of health/diseases and came totally clean, and I have tons of friends that put up with me. I wouldn't be sane without 'em.
Luckily, I am very confident next year will bring improvement. I'll be moving to somewhere not as expensive and looking to find new employment.
Tomorrow's New Years Eve. One way or another, I'm going to get smashed and shake the stress of the year and hope that the next one will be a different story.

DAY ONE.
1. Yeah, it's cute, but annoying at times, so give it a break.
2. You are very hard to talk to because you are boring.
3. If I could live again, I'd find a way for us to be closer together.
4. Get out and enjoy life, man. It's not good to see you waste it online so much.
5. I feel for you, man. Hang in there. You deserve someone who treats you well.
6. I still wonder where you disappeared to. It could've have been that bad.
7. Amazing how I used to like you and now I can't stand your guts :v
8. Thanks for putting up with me. I know I am a handful and still you help/there for me.
9. I am sorry; even petty RPing in chatplay gets old with me real real fast.

DAY TWO.
1. I am married to my phone.
2. I dislike talking on the phone unless it's necessary. I can't say I enjoy "chitchatting". Calls need to have purpose.
3. I say I am outgoing but I still never talk enough at meets like I should.
4. I still really love Sailor Moon and to this day, still rewatch episodes and listen to the music/songs/bgms.
5. I always talk with my hand messing with my face/chin. I wish I could stop.
6. I tend to just play TF2 and that's it.
7. I hate being in silence. My mind wanders and scares me. :x I always sleep with stuff on in the background and light.
8. Hands are a weakness for me.
9. I usually blank out when talking online or lazying around my house, constantly. :c
DAY THREE.
1. Be Kind. Please.
2. Do more than simply saying "ok" and "-nods-" when I talk/ramble.
3. Give me a handrub :x
4. Don't be incredibly loud and attention whoring for the sake of it.
5. Smile, be happy. Life IS hard but it gets better if you want it to.
6. Be courteous.

General | Posted 15 years agoI dislike posting a lot of journals. And especially not with meaningless one word entries. But tonight, I do it for no reason. I just post memes on my journal. I tend to keep updates on my life on Livejournal and Twitter. Check either those and see what's up though by now, if you had wanted to, you would've.
Life has been hell lately. My family is putting me through some extreme times lately. x_x But I thank all you fuzzbutts for every watch, comment, note, etc. I'm just an artwhore who doesn't have an incredible amount of art or such but I have a bit of watchers considering. Thanks =)

I am sure I have done this before. I will try really hard to think of new ones.
1) I've met a couple celebrities and one of them is Chuck Norris, before his internet fame. I was working at Burger King at the drive thru and he ordered an orange soda :D I got to hand it to him.
2) I've never owned anything Apple related. I do mean never. Not ANY iPod of any sort, iPhone, or earbuds, etc.
3) I'm a "friends with everybody" kind of person which is probably bad for me since I'm usually stuck with two friends at each other's ends. D:
4) And out of nowhere, I suddenly like spicy food when I used to not be able to handle anything.
5) I'm hardly in my room. It took me a bit to realize that the same DVD has been on repeat for the past 5 days since I usually fall asleep to a DVD playing. Trying to fix that though.
6) I will always have shaggy hair. It's not really up for debate if I ever will have short hair. Not for a long time.
7) My family, especially my Mom and Grandma, have all experienced hauntings in the houses they have lived in. The same goes with all my aunts and uncles but me and my brother can't seem to see/hear anything. Not a thing.
8) It's often that me and my twin brother dress at separate times during the day and unknowingly dress completely alike on accident. It sucks when we are out the door and just say "Eff it" and just go anyway.
9) I like sleeping in my own bed in my own house. I do enjoy staying at other's places but there's this feeling that I have to be home that I can't shake off. I generally do not stay the night at other's places and they sometimes don't understand that need. But oh well.
10) I annoyingly ask "What's wrong?" and such as a means of carrying conversation in real life. I should just say something but I say it so often it makes me appear overly worried when I am not.

Anyone heading to this furry convention here in Dallas, TX? Feb 19-21, 2010. I'm sure some of you are.
I'll be there with Dev along with my best friend and his mate and I'll be pretty easy to spot; I'm sure of it. Just look for a hell of a lot of badges though I may limit it this year.
Anyhow, say hi. I won't mind =3 I enjoy attention and talking, even to strangers. xD

Furry Fiesta - oh god, so much fun!
General | Posted 17 years agoAlright, after a somewhat decent day at work, I have returned to sanity and am doing pretty okay, though still tired and PCD setting in =/ I'd be lying if I said it wasn't. Hard to return to a work mindset after such a fucking awesome weekend. Okay, here we go. I need to spill it out because I'm already kind of forgetting D:
Thursday
I was majorly stressing because it looked like it was going to be another busy day at work where I'd work until 10 PM and I wanted to get there really early. I finished my last call at 6 PM. By then, my phone was buzzing off the hook with calls from my brother and furs I was needing to pick up asking me where I was. I hurried home, packed whatever i could find for the hotel. I'd been working so much I didn't prepare =/ but I scrounged some old badges and random clothes and it worked. I first picked up
closet_fennec. I grabbed my vehicle and went downtown Dallas to pick up 
fredyhusky who had been sitting at Subway for five hours. I was still feeling nervous from the day. And I was meeting a friend, 
Jonathan_Talbain, I ended up driving the wrong way on a couple of streets =/ I pulled over and told him to meet me at McDonald's parking lot, which I did. I've known this guy for years so it was great to see him finally. then we headed to the hotel!
Paid for the hotel, got to my room and Chris. While settling in Chris grabbed a friend named.. um, Malkei or something. I know I'm wrong. Either way, he was friendly. Then I scooted around and walked 'round the con and went to sleep.
Friday
Got up early and found furries already roaming the halls @.@ Even at 7:30AM! I was surprised. Got registered and saw my good friend
Mitchkenzo in line =3 Roamed around and saw another good friend 
fenixraccoon. And through some friend of friends, another fur named Chase all boarded up in my vehicle for some lunch at Which Wich. Me, Chris, Fenix, Adam, Chase, and Mitch. Wow. XD My vehicle only seats 5. Poor Mitch volunteered to snuggle himself in the trunk. Poor guy!
After lunch, I came in just in time to welcome another good friend,
Myffubs, and get a much needed tight squeeze =D Did more con activities and the opening ceremonies. Got to see 
secretsoftye again. Was nice. ^^ Just as silly as I remember ;p Also met more people through friends, including 
tanukisan, who is very cool :D After a big dinner, I got a badge commissioned from 
balto, bought a necklace, Circles 8, and went to the live Knotcast broadcast but I had to leave unexpectedly because my bestestestest Margay buddy Tsuki_darkstar and his mate Tristian finally came in... it was so nice meeting him cause we've been close for so long, it was fantastic to see him again. Plus Tristan was equally friendly and nice!
Oh. Um. before that, I was offered a little bit of sake.. and.. um. x-x Not so good results xD I'm sure a lightweight. I did sober up but was pretty buzzing for a while. The long day came with a hard crash asleep!
Saturday
My natural body clock got me up again at 7:30 and I was roaming the halls a little bit. Dressed up, talked to people, and then got everybody up for more fun. X3 For lunch, all of us went to Sweet Tomatoes, goofed off, ran around and got pics of fursuiters. Saw a hilarious improv set with them, too =3 We then all saw the fursuit parade and many people we knew there. Then it was dinner at El Fenix, with everyone again. Kind of a rude waiter. =/ Was another great time though. Fenix and I ran into a furry literature panel afterwards but it was boring. I was feeling a little bit too tired and stressed so I got away for a bit and crashed at his place.
Had a talk that helped me re-think about myself and such. Afterwards, I got much needed quietness. Was very rewarding!

After getting ready, we drove to the con for the last day. Wasn't too much. Caught up with everyone and then everybody split for a bit. Had a small lunch, watched a little movies, also ran into more people. People were leaving bit by bit, though. I kept roaming the halls until closing ceromonies. Afterwards, Fenix left, Tsuki and Tristan shortly afterwards. Chris said goodbye to Melkai (again, I got it wrong I am sure), and I went saying bye to just 'bout everyone I knew. The last person I saw was
Dizzie, who too talked to me for a while and was great to be around.
I drove Chris home and realized I forgot my phone at the con. After getting it, I crashed at home, drove Adam to the bus stop, and then went to Jury Duty that was scheduled. 6 hours of sitting just to be told that the case was settled out of court. There went the day.
oh! i did remember something new. There was a bulletin board on the front area of the 2nd floor in which I wrote "I can't be the only coyote here!". I seriously didn't run into any others. The next day, 2 people replied:
Kayote and Oki Doki Coyote. Didn't meet the first. :[ I ran into Oki Doki in the Con Suite room on accident, I said hi and then realized it was him to responded. Had a lil talk about the awesomeness it is of being a coyote fur as well as how we live our lives in that mannerisms. I ran into him again in the fursuit pinata incident event and gave 'him a good ol scritch :D
It may have been insignificant but it sure was cool and left a lil impact. On top of that, it really made me want a fursuit. XD Even a partial. Now that my parents' loan is paid off and FF is over, I will make it a project this year to have some sort of thing ready for the next year. I know it'll be costly, though D= Plus I need to find accepting artists and creators and whatnot.. oh well. I for sure want to begin something.
I know I forgot other events, some people. I seriously can't name it all. I just want to thank everyone <3 It was sooooo much fun :D Posted this from my LJ to here just for reference =3

Last time I posted a journal, I hardly had any commissions nor watches/comments, whatnot. Well over time that has changed! :3

What a freakin week for all to happen to me, too, on this week. v_v AC was the weekend before. I was there. I didn't post anything regarding it but I was there. Lots of good happened but so did a couple of bad things.
Anyhow.. just felt like making something out of it.

Nope, other than occasional slow time, but things are good now. FA's brought me to lots of nice artists ^^
