So far, I have nothing to publish yet (and during this lull we have just reached this round number :D), but soon I will share something! I am involved in long-term and large-scale projects that need time to be done, but hopefully the wait will be worth it! Thank you for staying with me^^

First in my Blacklist, and the consequences of it.
Posted 2 years agoCurrently I`m not in a form because of a family tragedy, and I have a forced pause in drawing, but there is a thing that I want to add, it refers to the drawing, in particular the commissions and their customers.
For all the time I have been drawing commissions, it was today that I was faced with the need to create my own Blacklist, and what being in it could mean. I will not mention the names and nicknames of this person. The trouble is that this person has previously worked with me, and there is (are) some work(s) made for them in my gallery.
I was once again faced with sudden aggression on their part, expressed in insultings and threats. And since that was the last straw, I don't want to have anything to do with this person from now on. And since this is my first such experience of blacklisting someone, and even the customer, from now on my rules regarding these people will be as follows:
1. Blocking on all my web pages of all possible ways to contact me once and for all.
2. If we are still in the process of work, due to the current political sanctions, I have no way to return the money, so I finish the paid art (or part of it) for this person, and after that there is a blockage, the termination of all contacts.
3. If this person uses new accounts unknown to me for contacting, in the absolute majority of cases these accounts will be silently blocked as well.
4. As in my case, there is (are) already drawing(s) made for the person in my gallery. In case of inclusion in my blacklist, the mention of the customer in the descriptions of the works will be deleted, there will only be mentions that these pictures were commissions. Again, I don't want to have any more mentions of the aggressor on my accounts. In addition, this prevents the anonymity of the blocked user from being preserved. Nevertheless, the works remain both in my gallery and with the customer. Despite being blacklisted, the customer have their rights to the purchased drawing, (the erasure of the watermark remains prohibited as well as full assignment (claiming that the art was drawn by them), use in AI training, etc.).
These rules can be edited and supplemented as necessary.
I am not a saint myself, but I never seek conflicts. And if a person really makes me uncomfortable with their attacks for no reason, except for their own mental illness, I now have the will to fight back.
I would like to believe that this will not happen again, but who knows. I will edit my rules in the price list shortly after this publication. Soon I will come to my senses and continue to work, I want to expand further, leave this episode behind and move on.
Artists, love yourself, have a pride, get rid of inadequate people, even if you once knew them and worked with them. People tend to change, and sometimes not for the better. Be above them :) Subscribers and users who follow the artists, be kind and adequate, we love you for your support <3
