You probably know about my reptile rescue center by now. I'm still gathering funds for accessories and medication. Hey guys, Back from China....this was an interesting 3 weeks.

Anyway, My mate and I separated after 3 years...we're still seeing eachother often though, the dogs need their parents close. Lily, my female chinese water dragon died while I was away. She was pregnant and didn't make it. She had food impaction and lack of calcium due to the fact she REFUSED to eat while she was gravid (the vitamin supplement injections didn't work either) We tried everything.

I'm going to start working at the restaurant again soon....just need a couple days to sleep off the jet lag and take care of the now dog-destroyed house.

Going to the Toronto furral Equinox Con in March.....that's gonna be a blast :)

I've recently broke up with my mate. We've been living together for 4 years and the transition is hard to make.

I had surgery 2 weeks ago to remove a pre-cancerous tumor from my....well reproductive organs. This was freaky and painful.

I'm leaving for China this wednesday, spending some time with my family. I'll be back in 3 weeks. This is STRESSFUL.

Things have been really awkward since Halloween and I'm trying to figure my life out.

Since some of you know : I'm an overworked restaurant chef. Things have been too much to handle at the restaurant recently. We got our new bar permit, every staff member is sick, business is EXPLODING even with the temperature dropping.

I was part of an art festival that took place last week and I sold some of my work on 13X19 cardboard print. With the money, I upgraded our reptile rescue center and I'm now welcoming a couple of chinese water dragons in it tomorrow. The custom built enclosure for the dragons is amazing, thanks to some of my handy co-workers :)

Oscar, My oldest bearded dragon, died last thursday. We burried him in a wooden coffin, close to that big tree in the backyard.

I've put a hold on commissions because I'm REALLY overworked. Restaurant workers can understand why. I'm still taking some small commission work but please, be patient.....it can take up to two weeks for me to complete them.

Hello people.

As some of you know, I have 4 wonderful beardies and all my devotion goes to them, my huskies and my job (eh, my mate, also...)

Zero, one of my rescue beardie (got him about a year ago) has always had an eye problem. His previous ''owner'' got him living in a 10 gallon tank with no heat or UV light and I'm not quite sure he was even feeding him. Zero has BAD vitamin A and calcium deficiencies, which I got supplements for, and those resulted in a swollen eye. This eye recently got worse. I took him to the vet and ended up with some eye drops and a 212$ vet bill. I'm not sure it'll help but I will try those funny looking drops (78$ says it better work.)

Now, anyone here has a beardie with a similar problem ? With my full time restaurant chef job, I can afford the vet bill but I'm still VERY open to commissions (see below) extra money never hurts.
