Just to remind everyone, I am going to repost the information for the contest since the judging will be in 20 days! (The deadline is in 19 days)



Draw your fursona or character celebrating this week with a sign, banner or any other creative way to show your genderfluidness!
The idea would be showing that your character doesn't go by the standard of the gender binary and the theme would be freedom of gender.

and I () will be judging on creativity, quality and also how much it goes by the theme.


Rules are as follows:

1. The art MUST be yours. If we find out that any element of the art is stolen or doesn't belong to you, you will be disqualified.
2. All members have a month as of now to finish their piece so it won't interrupt with the holidays. The due date is December 20th at 7PM CST (Central Standard Time) Judging will take place on the 21st.

Please submit all your pictures through notes with the subject "Contest Entry" and we will look over them!

Prizes will be as follows:

FIRST PRIZE:

A collab picture between my friend Zinge and I!

Also, I will be celebrating Thanksgiving this week with my boyfriend's mom so I won't be on to add new members and stuff. The most I will be able to do is watch you guys back to show that I still see you guys as members and as part of the group! <3

Hey all you awesome people and furs!

Since Furaffinity has a rule on submitting too many photos and I wouldn't want to get this group in trouble, I was wondering if it would be okay; first of all, to make a website featuring all of your art as well as photos as well as noting all the members! (Combining the members here and of Facebook!)

There will be a forum, members log in and everything! Also a news feed of anything someone finds relating to genderfluidity.

I think this is a good way to branch out and an easier way to talk to everyone!

One of my close friends and co-owner of this dream could really use this help this month.

is really short on money this month because of some financial disagreements she's had lately.

Since there hasn't been a journal in a long time, I thought I'd put one up!

I thought maybe I'd ask some questions and that you guys can answer if you want. It can be all of them or just some, or however many you want. I just think it will help the group get to know each other. Most of these questions are from the Facebook questions, but =D


1.When did you realize or what triggered that you were Genderfluid or Genderqueer?

2.For those who work, are you open about being genderfluid/genderqueer? Do you let people find out for themselves, or do you usually just keep it to yourself without telling anybody?

3.What type of clothes do you usually wear? Is it usually gender neutral or do you have certain days where you where more feminine or masculine clothes?

4. I often find that being Genderfluid effects how I think or address a situation. It's like an internal struggle of what I call the "Male part of my brain" and the "female part of my brain". It's like an internal struggle of a married couple inside my own head. I was wondering if anyone else deals with this as well? What sort of situations have you had, that made you stop, and notice it? Also do you find that some days one part of the brain seems more dominant?

As related to my previous journal entry, wants to commission an artist to do a sort of group picture for the GFF group =3

Of course, commissions take money so if anyone would be willing to help with this awesome idea, please note them and get it situated!

Unfortunately, and I know this is not only true for myself, but some of us can't donate money and it's completely understandable! Not to fret! The group won't think any less of you if you can't donate. Times are tough for some of you out there and like I said, it's completely understandable.

I hope everyone is having a Happy Easter!

I know some of our members are having a tough time today because of the ways their families think and how they want you to act, but just remember that inside, nobody can stop you from being who you are and nobody should! Be proud of yourself no matter what people say! Be it overly religious family, ignorant friends who just don't understand or anyone giving you a hard time, nobody should be able to stop you from being you. <3
