Posted 9 years agoSo my life is currently taking a turn for the worst.
I lost my job on Thursday. Not because I got fired, but because my store got shut down. For those of you who don't know, I live in a small tourist town that only really gets a lot of business in the summer. Despite that, it was still shitty of them to give us no warning at all and basically just tell us at the end of our shift on Thursday that we we're all being let go.
I'm not going to go too much in detail on here but basically I need a way to make money before we move in a few months and I wont be here for much longer, getting a new job elsewhere is pretty much out of the option. So with that being said I am going to actually start being active on here and trying to get more well known and see if I can make some money because my job fucked me over.
So yea I guess I'll be seeing you all more often now. And thanks to the people who are trying to support me over here and on DA.

So I know I haven't really been that active or involved in the community since I got here, but I want that to change. Currently I still have a part time job but as it stands right now I'm very close to quitting. When I do quit I'll more than likely try to put most of my attention into art on this site, but I'm going to need a huge push to get started so that I'll actually be able to make a decent amount of money here.
Basically I just wanted to let you guys know that I am still here and I am going to be active very, very soon. Life is really pushing me hard right now since I'm almost 19 and I plan to move to a different city HOPEFULLY within the next few months. Honestly though I really miss doing art and drawing commissions for people and just not having to worry about angry shitty customers/employees/bosses.
Anyways hopefully I'll see you guys more really soon and I'm looking forward to coming back! c:
