I have admittedly slowed down how much art I've been getting for awhile - But it certainly hasn't been four years since I commissioned anyone!

I'm not sure I have a complete chronological list, so I'm actually going to post *backwards* from my most recent comms to help keep a handle on them all and try to say what I like about them (to help with working on a new refsheet in the future) and then also help send eyes to the awesome artists who have given my gorgeous mew his great looks.

Batting around ideas for revamping Ghostpaw's descriptions, on Tapestries especially. It's been a few years and I think I'm still using the last two here and there. I figured I'd bang something out tonight and sleep on it before adding new outfits on. Spoilers, but part of why I want to condense down to a single physical description is so I can focus more on kinky, creative outfits for him and give them the spotlight instead of paragraphs of hot-cat-ness most people are going to skip for the refsheet link anyway.

And with that...

Slinky and sassy, Ghostpaw is a snow leopard of many gifts; A waterfall of luxurious, white, waist-length hair, an even six feet of curvy physique, and sultry, violet eyes. But his tail is even thicker, longer, and more sensuous than these. Thick white-grey fur patterned in dense black rosettes could easily hide his figure, but instead the smooth, sumptuously trimmed fluff highlights his toned form. Waist down and from behind, Ghostpaw’s curves are quite femme - long hair distracts from strong shoulders as a shapely heart of an ass supports his lush tail. From the front and abs-up, those shoulders and a beard-like tuft on his boxy chin are far more masculine. He is as much an aphrodite as an adonis - a beauty with gender signals too weak to prevent a quick, mistaken glance, but strong enough to confirm with a lingering, appreciative look.

Any favorite pieces of cat-bod I left out that should be in there for first-time ogglers?

I realized that although I often hop on here to keep up with artists and commissions, I rarely put anything out through FA.

Still, I feel like it's better to broadcast here more than once a year - Especially as my con season starts up, and there might be people I haven't seen in almost a year who don't follow me elsewhere.

Christmas Day has come and gone, but I'm looking ahead to 2017.

Insufferable felinity obliges me to be aloof and narcissistic most of the time, but thinking about spending Christmas with some and away from others made me think about how I interact with folks a little.

I get distant, sometimes, and busy. But, I'm genuinely interested in connecting with folks and making more friends... but bad about the follow-up and the maintenance. So, you know. Whether things suck or whether things are good, whether you need me or you don't, I'm keeping my door open this coming year, so drop in and say Hi.

I'm hearing a lot of people here and elsewhere say that Trump is no big deal.

That we shouldn't believe his promises. That he can't make good on his agenda, because of checks and balances.

I hope you're right. Honestly.

But my question is, what are your thresholds here? He and his cabinet have made terrible promises and said terrible things. He has shown his disrespect for women, minorities, and, my god, pence is the most anti-LGBT vice pres basically ever.

Repealing 50 state marriage equality is part of the Republican platform, and they are in charge.

If Trump can't make good on promises, if he can't bring the factory jobs back, renegotiate every trade deal, magically fix the economy, with right wing support from the supreme court, house, and senate, who will you blame?


What will it take in terms of violence against minorities and LGBTQ especially before you do start to worry about what might happen?

Even if you don't believe it will, what is that threshold? When can I come back to you and show you what's happened, and you'll say, Okay, that's over the line, let's stop this train or impeach or whatever?

Without looking down on anyone else I always felt like keeping my characters on Tapestries ‘grounded’ meant not making them shapeshifters for a superfluous reason. I wanted characters who had their species as a part of their identity that didn’t change (outside of some kind of Transformation play side-cannon AU spur of the moment thing.)

However, I recently built a character whose entire premise is that they adapt to other’s preferences, often by finding out what someone wants, picking an unusual species, and showing up in that look ready to make someone’s night.

The problem is while I’ve had plenty of amazing artists put together images of Ghostpaw, I have a harder time trying to figure out who would be a good fit for this character, especially since I want to get a half dozen or so pieces done of these different forms, each with a kind of distinct personality and who are aimed at different people’s kinks and likes.

So, here’s what I’m after, and hoping to find an artist who I can work with.

- A half dozen pictures, with a new one every other month or so as I need
- A variety of body types, genders, species, and attitudes
- All forms share a rough color palette, but change markings, etc
- They’re all also shiny, plastic, bristly, or otherwise synthetic and toy-like
- Each one has a distinctive eye pattern that helps set them apart.
- This character can’t just make up clothes, so clothing / jewelry / etc are choices that cue off personality and mood.

I'm sure that a few extra favs won't be disruptive to the artists I'm flooding - They're all so wonderful that I'm sure I'm adding drops into the lake at this point. Still, I wanted to apologize in advance if you seen an unfollow...

I'm only checking into FA once a week or so (And, if you want to get a hold of me, SnowMiaux[at]gmail.com or SnowMiaux on Twitter are much better options!) and 300+ watched accounts is just too much. I'm still looking at thousands of subs in my backlog, but I'm making progress. Just means there'll be nights like tonight where I fave 50 things and maybe add or remove a dozen watches.

Ah, the tumble of life. NaNoWriMo is well behind us, and so are the first few months of 2015. It's been a bit of a ride - And not the sexy kind. Or the fun motorcycle kind. Ohwell..

However, there might be some fun rides in the near future. As life settles down, I'm able to go looking for artists - AND partners - again.

I have a few friends from Tapestries at the head of my list for shared spots, but there's no harm in asking if you want to share some limelight with a sexy, picky leopard. I won't say that folks willing to roleplay with the snep are a must, but it certainly doesn't hurt.

I'm still around, and slowly coming back to Fandom. October was a roughish month for me, and now that other things are getting under control, I'm in the midst of NaNoWriMo. I'm way behind on my wordcount, so I'm usually banging away at the keys, rather than showing up and sexing up somewhere in Tapestries. Still, I'm checking E-mail and you can find me on Twitter as SnowMiaux.

My NaNoWriMo this year actually has anthropomorphic characters in it!... Sort of. It's about a lush, immersive virtual reality island and the early, bleeding edge beta testers. In the novel its based on an old 'Furry' IP that lived as a chatroom, MUCK, Furcadia clone and second-life-alike, before becoming the world for this brand new VR game.

Nobody knows who the other testers are, the designers are stirring the pot, and when someone starts livestreaming the steamy side of the island's night life, it quickly escalates into The Real World: SecondLife. And that's before the admin power abuse and security exploits start tearing the playerbase apart.

It's more about anonymity, online reputation, and the way we use personas than it is about hot aquatic animal action though. That some poor level designer has a porpoise trying to turn him on everyday and two newlyweds can't decide if they're having more fun in bed or online are just icing on the cake.

I'm glad people liked Accelo's piece, and that some of them even wanted to keep tabs on the Leopard in it! I couldn't be happier with it! I'm usually a bit more coy, but, anyone who gets me into that getup, I'm probably willing to jump straight to the winking and flirting ^.^

I'm trying to get things under control and actually polish some writing up. I think I'm making a rule about only posting a commission I've gotten on my own page when I finish a story, so we'll see how long that rule lasts! Hopefully I will have some smexy snow leopard encounters up next week!
