Hello everyone!! There's so many of you now (over 750 that's crazy! thank you guys so much!!!)
My last journal was in January so I just wanted to give some updates on recent happenings ^u^

Last month I implemented some changes to my Substar prices:
- coffee tier reduced to 3/mo (from 5), since the primary benefit is discord access I wanted to make it a bit more available for people.
- cocoa tier increased to 20/mo (from 15), since this is the first tier that nets you a discount on commissions, you could easily sign up for a month, get a comm with a discount larger than the price of the tier, and then quit xD not that this has happened yet but i wanted to make it a bit more difficult to "cheese" so to speak. ^^;
- sugar tier increased to 250/mo (from 200), it's kind of a "pipe dream" tier i don't really expect to be claimed anyway, and i have plans to make more bases soon (including some animated bases!) which will increase the value one would get from subbing.

ALSO!! My discord now has CUSTOM DOGBORG EMOTES! I'll upload them later for non-discord people to see; they were super fun to make so I'll definitely be adding more in the future! (just need to think of more emotions to replicate xdd)

Further related to the discord server, I finally bit the bullet and got fiber optic internet run so now I can actually stream some! So far have been doing just a couple times a week at odds and ends times, but I'd like to get at least some schedule so people can know when I'll be on. For now, I've just made a "streaming" role that I can ping when I go live. Streams are available to members in Milky tier ($10/mo) or higher!

hello hello! happy new years, i hope yall are doing well! just got back home yesterday, so i'll be getting back into the swing of things over the next couple of days. mostly uploading all the sketch rewards from last month as i forgot to do that fhbslkj

important announcement for the sketchy tier of my subscribestar, i've decided to allow people to "skip" months if they'd like and instead gain a $30 credit towards their next commission! this will be stackable up to $150 (5 months) if you want to forego multiple sketches to get a larger chunk off, and your 5% discount will still be calculated before the credit is applied. to go with this, i'll be increasing the total available sketchy tier slots from 5 to 8 sometime soon as well.
i'll keep a list somewhere in the commissions channel of my discord how much credit people have, for my own remembrance and for transparency's sake ^u^

hiya!! just to let you all know, i'm going to be out of town for a week starting tomorrow, and while i'll have my drawing tablet i likely will not have much time to work on commissions. i have several backlogged pieces to upload from my subscribestar tho (one with Paragon will be uploaded later today!) so actually for you guys it will look like i'm doing a bunch of art at once xD

hi all, i've decided to resume uploading the alt versions of commissioned work to my main FA gallery, mostly because i allow commissioners to upload the work they get from me so all of the alts to stuff are fairly accessible anyhow. alt versions of my own pieces are still subscribestar exclusive, as well as a bunch of sketches and other goodies. also, the discord is up and running and I believe I've worked out most of the issues so it should be smooth sailing from here!!

in terms of irl, i've recently had some medical stuff come up that i thankfully have the savings to cover, but will likely open commissions soon to help recoup the losses. as always, i really appreciate everyones support and look forward to doing more for you soon! <3

hello! another update; as the title says, i've updated and expanded the subscribestar tiers as outlined in my previous journal, and with these updates comes the launch of a members only discord server that i'm pretty sure has the roles bot set up correctly... but if it breaks I'll just manually give you your corresponding role lol. you can stay in the server if you stop subscribing, but your access to channels will be more limited. maybe come check it out if you'd like?

yesterday was taken up helping out family, so today i was SO excited to draw (and in the middle of working on comms) when a storm knocked the power out :sob:

Hi! I've been mulling over how I manage the alt versions of images on my Ko-Fi- I was thinking that maybe people might be interested buying access to alts for just a single image, but don't necessarily want to sign up for the recurring payment (which is also possible at the moment by buying a monthly subscription and then immediately cancelling it, so..... xD).

From now on, all the alts I upload to my Ko-Fi will be available to both monthly as well as one-off supporters; wips, early comm access, polls, and shop discounts all remain exclusive to monthly supporters. One-off supporters will have 30 days to look at all the alts they want, and then Ko-Fi automatically restricts access until you donate again. Buying something from my shop also counts as a donation and will unlock supporter content! ;0


also! updated the banner for my Ko-Fi and here on my FA- let me know what you think, if you liked the old one better, how you're doing, ect :)

finally went through and uploaded a bunch of my work from the past year and a half to my DeviantArt, so here's a reminder that I have that if anyone is interested xD

quick update! i opened up a monthly donation option on my ko-fi for anyone who might be interested in supporting me more consistently :) i tried to add enough perks to make it worth it, but if anyone has any ideas or suggestions for potential bonuses i'm all ears!

in addition, from now on, any commission I do with alternate versions will have only 1-2 versions uploaded here and the full series uploaded on ko-fi for members only, both as a support incentive and because I hate to clog up peoples feeds/the front page of FA with a million alts xD

Hey everyone! Just a general update and notice to commissioners, I'll be out of town from next week until the New Years, so work will be slower (but hopefully still possible!) also, I'll be opening up sketch comm slots in the next couple days!

Also, I've been toying around with making more bases... I feel like lineart is one of my strong suits so maybe I should do something with that specifically ya know? I'm also hoping they might be able to help generate more passive income, I need to be able to buy Christmas presents and such and I just know I'm gonna be busy -v-
