Generally if you want to see more of my activity you'll want to go there. I post sketches and share stuff that I just feel aren't really worth posting here. But if I find my artwork is getting more attention then I may have to consider posting more on here.

Today I got the news that Rooster Teeth animator and all around amazing guy Monty Oum had passed away.
He was the kind of guy who never wasted his time if he could do anything, and boy did he do a lot. Working 30 hour days, working on three things at once, not even stopping for vacations.
I aspire to be half the man Monty was... he died at 33, but he built a legacy far beyond that age.
Watching all of RWBY just to see the amazing work this guy did~

So I haven't posted anything lately... and that's because well... First of all I finished my job about two weeks ago so I've been working a lot lately. Second I've been having to deal with getting back to school. I need to get a job over in lethbridge, I also need to go about getting settled into my new place there. I also have to deal with my sister having had facial surgery and needing help for a lot of things...

Honestly I also blame my laziness. However...

My mom has a friend living two cities away from me (About a four hour drive I think...) who this summer built a gaming/art computer for my sister's birthday. I already know how to build one now but as far as knowing what parts to buy (Seriously some parts can be shit when put with other ones) but I honestly could just spend a long weekend with him and build it all up and start making digital art once I get a proper tablet~

So honestly I haven't been doing much, but I'm trying.

SO I just got a job as an associate at Wal-Mart... not that bad really, although it's been a while since I've had to do so much work...
ON THE OTHER HAND! I have found out that art on my iPhone is a thing thanks to the Sketchbook app on the apple store so look forward to that kind of stuff when I can get it~

Since I have a paypal I need to figure out how this stuff works (This is my first paypal account). Aaaaand since I have a lack of a computer tablet and art software I have no choice but to give out commissions in Pencil, Paper, Marker, and pencil crayon...

So my question is: What are some good prices for all these kinds of art I could give? I don't want to feel like I'm giving art out for less or more than it's worth.

OKAY! This movie is some awesome stuff!
Currently running a WELL DESERVED 97% on Rotten Tomatoes this movie satirizes the idea of big businesses running everything. The idea that so many people sit and listen to only the popular music, do the same thing day after day, always follow the instructions and never divert from the norm was very relevant in this day and age. The master builders were a nice touch to show the people who genuinely wanted to be creative and make things, the idea that there was really no bad ideas in creativity was pretty nice. There was a twist delving into the nature of this kids toy we call Lego and just how much this movie applies to more than just business and keeping in line.
It's funny, it's brilliant, it's kind of touching, and the animation? DON'T GET ME STARTED ON HOW AWESOME IT IS! All this animation is legitimate 3D Digital animation. There was hardly any real lego used in animating this and yet it looks like a legitimate stop motion animation, you can see the scratches on some of the characters faces like real lego pieces!

This is a movie you should go see, and then see it again since there is SO MUCH going on that you usually miss something the first time.

Just did like... two out of the five projects I need to get done for New Media by the end of THIS WEEK alone... dear god I'm not excited for what is going to happen after reading week...
Good news though is that because I need to draw so much for one of my new media projects I've been getting back into drawing! Yay. Now I just need some way to get a decent tablet computer with pen support, decent paint software, and then I can start doing things that my markers and pencil crayons can't do.

What made you choose the species of your main fursona?
I remember mulling the species over for quite a while. I wanted to be something that represented who I felt I truly was, and then it hit me. I don't entirely know who I am or what I am capable of. Thus I chose the chimera, one who can be potentially anything all packed together.

Does your fursona have the same personality you have?
Yep. Although I try to make him more physically appealing than I am.

Does your fursona have the same dislikes and likes as you do?
You bet he does

Does your fursona look like you at all?
Not really... I mean... I guess if I wanted to look more like my fursona I'd give him a lion's mane because that's what people say my hair is like.

Is your fursona the same gender as you, if not why?
eh... kinda iffy on the gender thing really... not sure what I should do with it, but for know just know that he is in the male area.

Do you have more then one main fursona?
Yeah but... I don't like to think about them much...

Is your fursona mated, if so is it to your real life significant other?
Nope, just like me he is single and rather enjoying the freedom it has.

If not are they looking for a mate, or are they a swinger so to speak?
Not for now really...

Is there something special about your fursona that you think sets them apart from others?
Himself. He's a different combination of species and genus that can never be recreated the same way. He's unique in his own special way.

Do you have much art of your main fursonas?
I don't think so... But that's what the news is about

Would you ever consider parting with your main fursona, if so why?
No way! I'm trying to make this guy the guy people recognize me fore!

If you suit, do you have a suit of your main fursona?
I could never really suit... but I would wear horns, ears and a tail ^w^

Have you ever roleplayed with your main fursona, or do you prefer not to?
Here and there, but I'd prefer to just keep him to my art, and I'm trying to keep it that way.

Do you consider your main fursona to be a part of you in any way?
Of course! Just like how I feel my time spent drawing things makes me feel like they're a part of me. I made them. Redd is just the way that I feel I can make an outward appearance look like the one I feel I have inwards, a jumbled but joyful mess.

Now for news...
I am trying to draw more, but it's getting a bit tiresome since I have only pencil and paper to work with... I am trying to find a decent tablet computer, but the ones I can afford seem to lack the ability for a stylus or pen at all and I can't stand that! I might just have to save up for a cintiq companion at this rate... oh well. I'll keep drawing as best as I can for now.

SO apparently getting above a 1.70 GPA rating (the standard for a first year student at the U of L to be considered Good Academic Standing) doesn't affect a Fine Arts student who got a 1.96 GPA but needs a 2.00 GPA to have Good Academic Standing (tried to abbreviate it... bad idea)... So I'm on Academic Probation, meaning I need to drop one of my classes since I won't earn the credits from it (From 15.0 Credits to 12.0).
Oh well... guess I learned my lesson from this and I have no one to blame but myself... Now can I have ice cream for being so good and learning a lesson? OwO *Wags tail furiously*

So... I managed to catch the flu... not fun in the slightest since I need to take a combination of Tylenol and Advil to make my fever and headaches stop, and now there's drama going on here on FA...
It apparently has to do with a new admin being a rapist or something, I'm not choosing a side here honestly because
1) Too sick to comprehend anything as complicated as this
2) I don't know anything about the situation from either side of the story
3) I don't care for all this drama honestly, I just came here to share my art with people who might take interest in it.

Figuratively and Literally!
I recently found a workout done by Japanese speed skaters to reduce their body fat and raise their metabolism, you do various exercises with 110% of your energy behind it and try and do as many as you can in twenty seconds, rest for ten seconds, then do another excersize, repeat the break, then do one more excersize and take a break, repeat those excersizes and breaks until you reach four minutes.
ALSO! I need you people to help me get more followers so I can get more feedback, I'm going to get no where unless I have people able to either cheer me on or help me out ^w^;;

What if some of the artists or at least some people got together and made a visual novel like Morenatsu? only our fursonas are the route characters!

Could you imagine it? Meeting with Redd and you and he share a touching moment making him blush and act all shy? This could be super fun to do!

Then again the characters we made with our fursonas also have to be side characters too... that might be interesting with mine considering it would turn a one on one rivalry into a one on two rivalry >.<

I'd start working on it... but I have NOOOOOOOOO idea about anything when it comes to programming... I know some of those wonderful people down at the MTL forums are making their own set in a college setting... with a year long time limit...

I'd love to make one... but I guess it's just an idea thrown into the jar of ideas that might not come true.

I am planning to do TWO versions of this: Ace's Version and Tatu's Version this is a big project to undertake even if it's just still frame shots rather than actual animation, but I feel this will make me better and increase my confidence.

I'd get started on it now, but the problem is that I have only three and I need at least another character plus two more for some background stuff... but meh. I'd love it to be different for both versions so let's get this started!

Hooray for my birthday! I have my art posted and I'm ready to face the day ahead now.

Yay! Come may 17th I will be a year older. And as a gift I plan to actually make a birthday art piece as a thanks to all of you people that have been following me.

Okay... so I just got the new morenatsu update and they changed something that was bugging me for a while... THE FREAKING MAP! My biggest problem was that you were confined to only meet the person you sat with... but with this it makes it even better! August 2nd and the map shows all the locations for that day so far. THIS IS EPIC!!!

A sort of mini doujin anime.
It's a shame you don't see many kemonono (Beast men) or as the artist said kemohomo (beast homos X3) anime or actual works, they are integrated in some way like as a side character or something, but you never see a work that is all beast men. Breath of fire had it so no person was a straight up human, why can't something like that happen?

Come to think of it... there was an anime movie for Animal Crossing... >.>
