Looking for commission
Posted 9 years agoAs the title says! I'm considering a genderbent version of Violet and would love some art, mostly because I'm having a rough time visualizing what I'd like him to look like. I might have a better idea after thinking on it some more, but in any event, if you have any suggestions (or if you're up to it yourself) leave me some names!

Hiatus Update
Posted 9 years agoTL;DR I'm back, for now, though won't be around quite as often.
So here's what happened. I've told a few people, but basically, my grandmother had a hip replaced, so she's spent the past couple weeks in a rehab center. She WAS getting better, but then all kinds of stuff went wrong. She got really sick, all the doctors were out due to Easter weekend, she stopped eating, she got really depressed... It was no good.
So on the 29th, she said "enough is enough" and demanded very insistently that she be taken home. Before she was medically ready. Besides just the safety concerns, leaving against medical advice means that if anything goes wrong, Medicare won't pay for it due to the additional assumed risk. Needless to say, I flipped my shit, panicked, thought that I needed to go get like 8 jobs immediately in order to keep the house, and decided to take a permanent break in order to free up time to work more. (In fairness, I'd have been the only one in the household with a job, so -some- of my panicking was justified.)
I've since been assured that things -should- be fine for now, so I'd like to pull down the doomsday message and check in with everyone. Hope I didn't worry you all -too- much T_T

Hey tinies!
Posted 11 years agoJust thought all you sluts should come and pay homage and worship to your Goddess. Bow down, kiss my toes, offer your bodies as food for my cock, you know the drill. Maybe if enough of you gather all together, might have enough to paint one of my toenails~
Love you, so make sure to love me back!
Love you, so make sure to love me back!
Thanks for the birthday wishes everyone <3
Posted 12 years agoSeriously, you guys are the best. :)
Had kind of a chill day, got some ice cream and donuts (Not a huge fan of cake, oddly enough). Got quite a bit of money from parents as a birthday gift, which rocks. Now if only I can manage not to blow it all on goofy stuff and impulse purchases.
which reminds me, I need to finish my stories (at LEAST one of them) before I upload any of the art I've got sitting around. :<

Explaining stuff
Posted 13 years agoSo. I haven't been online and active as much as I've been in the past.
I'm sorry. But that's going to probably continue for a while. I'm not disappearing, but a lot of the time, I'll be popping in long enough to check my messages, maybe reply to stuff. Messengers have been too much of a hassle to bother with, and I've just not been finding time or motivation, between feeling like I have to please everybody or cut them loose as friends and THERE CAN BE NO IN BETWEEN, and just life's daily maintenance being a pain in the butt.
It's hard to explain really why I've not been feeling so hot, but, anybody who thinks it might be their fault, I assure you, it's not. I'm available for talking, but for a while, the most likely place you're gonna hear anything from me is the one or two times a day I check my notes and reply. RP isn't completely out of the question, but it will be subpar from what I've been used to delivering, and it's unlikely to happen if it does.
While I foresee this being temporary, I can't give a timeline on when I'll be back to my superactive self. I've also been holding back doing something like this because I haven't been able to find the right words, but I finally said "Fuck it." So I'm not sure exactly what's going on and why, but the more people can read about it here, the less people are gonna worry about me or blame themselves or etc.
And an addendum for the people who have my number (all two of you), yeah, texting or calling me is going to have pretty much the same accuracy as trying to IM me, mostly because I just don't have my phone immediately on me or close at hand very often. Mah bad.

so I entered a contest thingy by
NumberXXXVI and, lo and behold, I won the thingy!
Contest was to submit a monsterized fursona of sorts, and the winner and some runner-ups would be written into a comic as monsters in an RPG style dungeon, for some of 36's charries to run afoul of.
Needless to say, I'm just overjoyed with myself and can't shut up. God I feel a wee teensy bit terrible about bragging, but, hey. I may as well bask in my 15 minutes before they're up!
EDIT 10/30/12 Just noticed I have my 10,000th view! :D Dunno who got it, but, yay, I'm popular now~

1: Are you a full herm, a shemale, or a cuntboi?
Full-on herm, baby. *Grinds her cock between her boobs as she fingers her slit, dangling the giant, musky orbs that obscure it*
2: Are you more Masculine, Feminine, or a nice mix of both?
More feminine, but it's balanced pretty severely by my powerful build and my enormous dick ;)
3: What's your species?
Demonic dragoness. Goddess in every sense except that I haven't been accepted into a pantheon yet. They're probably afraid I'd take over :P
4: Which is more important, Fashion, or Function?
Mmm. Function, but it's close. Of course, since I can use my maaaaaaagical powers to pretty much erase any negative defect given by something fashionable, I tend to lean that way anyways.
5: Which side do you prefer to use?
My right!
oh wait you meant gender... um. I'm definitely more of a cock-user, but while I rarely get penetrated, I use my boobies and my cunt to smother quite frequently. I can also drain energy and other things with them, so bonus <3
6: Condom, Birthcontrol, or Open season?
open season baby <3 The more daughters I have, the better... Plus there's always a chance I'll see my offspring fuck the mama to death, fatally vore her, or both~
7: Bra, sportsbra, corset, or bare chested?
Tiniest bra possible, and I almost always strip out of it asap ;)
8: Banana Hammock, Bikini, Boxers, Thong, Nothing at all?
No undergarment in the world could constrain my dick ;) so nothing at all, though I often wear tight, magically-enchanted denim shorts. Again, strip out of them asap ;)
9: The age old question... Bathrooms, which one do you use? Male one or Female one? Why?
Female, because it's annoying to get all those gawking stares from the guys. Plus I can pop in and sex someone while I'm there ;) (of course I usually don't "go" in actual restrooms, wink wink...)
10: Last but not least. If you could be a herm/Shemale/Cuntboi IRL, would you???
fuck. yeah. <3 I already operate under a "I am who I am and go eat a ham if you don't like it" principle, and fulfilling my dream of being able to give myself a titjob while standing up would be sooo sweet.

Your character may be a bit on the boring side. Of course, this does depend, but generally if they are scoring that low, it wouldn't hurt to 'spice them up' a bit ^^
6-15 Balanced Character
If your OC scored around here, then they are probably quite a well-balanced and interesting character. Those scoring in the higher end of this category may be a bit too much though.
16-25 Borderline Mary-Sue
We have a problem. You need to tone your character down. They are most likely a bit annoying to others, too.
26+ Mary-Sue
ahahaha balanced my ass. She's just not too "sue-y". She's not meant to be liked. She's meant to be feared.
An Important public service announcement 2
Posted 14 years agoGood evening. Or morning, noon, or night, depending on when you are reading this. Once again, I must ask you to have read all the terms and conditions outlined in the journal to which this is a sequel, located for your convenience at http://www.furaffinity.net/view/5885348 as well as having understood all of the Major Points outlined therein. They are essential building blocks for those that follow.
Now, if you HAVE read the previous announcement (which is assumed), this first point should be drilled into you, but I did not make it as blatantly obvious as I could have. In particular, this is because the main idea I was trying to communicate was not directly influenced by it. This time, however, it is a very central building block. So I shall present it in its full and undiluted form:
Important Point Number Four: Everybody Makes Mistakes.
This should require no further explanation. I have expounded heavily upon this facet of humanity, for it did play into my previous maxim. But it is imperitive that I restate it, so that we may contrast it with the following, allowing us to delve deeper towards the crux of the issue I present:
Important Point Number Five: Not Everybody Is a Jerk.
For the purposes of this treatise, we shall define a Jerk as one who exhibits all, or a majority of, the following qualities:
A deep contempt for most people outside their close circles of friendship
An unusually abrasive or unwelcoming personality
A desire to inflict malice or harm on those who, in the mind of the Jerk, have committed some form of offense towards them, usually disproportionate to the oft-imagined insult.
Sarcastic or "smartass" preemptive responses to a question or request that does not deserve such a treatment, usually located on the Jerk's profile in plain view. Bonus Jerk Points if they are exceptionally creative or malicious in this response.
A desire to harm or manipulate other people's emotions for their own personal gain or amusement.
And most importantly, a deliberate and methodical intent to disrupt healthy social interplay, to act in an uncouth, unpleasant manner, or otherwise slight a specific or the general populace. I cannot stress this enough. If they are normally kind, courteous, and understand the error of their ways, they have Made a Mistake. If they intentionally go out of their way to respond viciously to a situation, they are a Jerk. The difficulty lies within the following point, though:
Important Point Number Six: Intentions Are Invisible.
You can very easily quantify a person's actions, motions, and words. You cannot do the same for their thoughts or reasons. For instance, when the crazy-ass guy in his pickup barrels down the highway and narrowly misses turning the both of you into multi-colored smears, you know in your heart that he wasn't showing any regard to your position, but you could not possibly know that his pregnant wife in the back seat was in labor and had a dangerous medical condition thusly intensified.
Likewise, when someone errs towards you, it can often be tough to tell if they meant it or not. On other occasions, though, it is blatantly obvious. In these situations, they may either be malicious in personality, have some contempt for you, or are simply too base to grasp an understanding of why they should be nice to their peers. In any event, it brings us to the next, rather sad point:
Important Point Numbrr Seven: Jerks Do Exist.
Yes. It is sad, but there are people who just don't care enough to be nice. But if we reference Point everyone is a Jerk. The existance of Jerks does not mean we should condemn all of our peers for evil, soulless monsters. It is easy enough, through the means of the internet, to simply disassociate ourselves from those we know to be Jerks, without cutting ourselves off from the rest of the world. And this is especially important, because:
Important Point Number Eight: Some Men Are Angels.
No, I don't mean women can't be Angels. (Or herms, for that matter. ;) ) I mean to use it in the way that we are Mankind. Among us, there are those pure of heart, with enough goodness to spare. They reach out to others because they see darkness festering, or because the other seems to be sad, or just because they desire more contact.
But these people are shut out, because those who would receive this outreach have been damaged too deeply by Jerks, and are unwilling to let new people in. So my solution is twofold. First... as hard as it is, we need to open up more. I do not mean to say it will be totally painless. It's not easy. I, myself, have had difficulty reaching out, and more so letting others reach to me. But it can be done, and it will be better for everyone in the end. The second part of the solution sounds sinple, but is equally vital:
Don't Be A Jerk.
Please. You're hurting yourself by starving yourself of needed social interaction, and you are leaving very deep scars on people who you hurt with your actions. And they are people, and they do feel pain. Because we know that these are not just words on a screen, that there is a person behind them.
Now, if you HAVE read the previous announcement (which is assumed), this first point should be drilled into you, but I did not make it as blatantly obvious as I could have. An advertisement AND a rant
Posted 14 years agoBecause annoying isn't annoying enough.
And I'm not just typing. I'm typing with my nose.
And I'm not just listening to music loudly. I'm listening to vuvuzela music loudly.
Anyway. Gayass commercial meme over with, I say you all should go watch
el-torpido because they are amazing at the arts.
But more importantly, he's not a jerk. While this is important for all people, because people should not be jerks at all, it's a rarity among furs, among artists, among furry artists, and especially among GOOD furry artists. Skill often begets popularity, and both of these things feed directly into a big giant tank attached to everybody's back. It's invisible, but it exists. I call it the Jerk Tank. Some people's Jerk Tanks fill faster than others, and there are certain things that we can do, or that are done to us, that cause it to fill faster. When it gets full, or when the person just feels like emptying it out a little, or if there's a leak, the person just turns into a Big Fat Fucking Jerk, and does everything humanly possible to be a giant fuckface.
Now, this is all well and good, because these sorts of things are normal emotional reactions. If you never have a Jerk Moment, there's something wrong with you. But some people (and I won't name in public, because they're actually sort of popular, and I do admire most of them aside from the point I'm about to make) have a sort of symbiotic relationship with the contents of their Jerk Tank. They continually seek out anything they can to fill it up faster, so they can unleash it on a near constant basis, and in return I presume they get something beneficial out of the arrangement. Or, the more likely scenario, is that they're really only doing it because they feel like being Big Fat Fucking Jerks.
Some people are more subtle about it, sometimes to the point where they only let their tank slip if you actually get to know them. But other times, you'll get people who are so unabashedly assaholic* about everything, that they might as well stick their Jerk Tank in an aquarium, because it's already on full display. Such overt displays include deliberate attacks on people, veiled declarations that they care not for anybody who has not already bonded closely with them, or even boasting about their accomplishments with wielding the Blacklist and Ban-buttons.
It is clear to me that those people afflicted with Hyperactive Jerk-Tank Production Syndrome, herein referred to as HJPS, are suffering from acute memory loss in regards to the main points of the Public Service Announcement I posted previously, and which is in my submissions for future reference. Therefore, it is my belief that they may, indeed, be cured of HJPS, but only with effort on their part. They must be willing to reach out to other people, as well as to recognize just what their problem truly is. Because nobody likes a jerk, but everybody is human.
*Assaholic. Adj. 1: the state of being a complete asshole, often with the implication that such a response to the given stimuli is unnecessary.

An important public service announcement
Posted 14 years agoThis PSA comes in multiple parts, each one essential to understand before you move on to the next one. Since this is the first part, by continuing, you are agreeing that you will hold yourself responsible to the terms of continuation, outlined below:
1. You agree that you will not proceed to the next point without sufficient understanding of those which come before.
2. You agree that you will not take anything outlined herein as a direct attack on you, and will not retaliate upon me for such.
3. You agree that you will at least pretend to listen to, and not simply read, what I have to say.
Now that I have your attention, I would like to begin by stating something pretty rudimentary. However, it is nevertheless essential to get out in the open (and some people honestly don't get this.)
Important point number one: You Are A Human.
What this means, aside from having a specific biology and the like, is that you are not perfect. You will make mistakes. You HAVE made mistakes. You should not expect yourself to be perfect, because that cannot happen. You should, however, strive to be the best person you can be.
Now, being human, you are a social being. Reinforced by the fact that you are on the internet, right now, reading this, you are a being who desires the contact of others. This brings me to my next point:
Important point number two: I Am Human, Too.
There is an implication here. Namely, the fact that "I" and "you" are separate entities. Likewise, so are others with whom you might communicate with. But they are also human. They, too, are not perfect. They, too, make mistakes. They, too, have made mistakes. Now, just like the previous Important Point, this might seem pretty redundant to mention. "Of course other people are humans!" If they weren't, they would not be able to effectively communicate with you. However, there's something I've noticed lately, and that is the main reason I'm writing this.
Important point number three: This Is Not Just Text On A Screen.
Here comes the shocker. It's something that we often overlook, or deliberately ignore, when we go online. Especially places like this. We're here for a certain thing, we don't care about other things, we want what we want and anything that detracts from that experience is anathema.
This is a terrible viewpoint to adopt.
It's hard to properly convey emotion simply through text. Oftentimes, we (especially us furries) will deliberately misspell words, use made-up slang, and insert emoticons ad nauseum to try and circumvent this, but it doesn't always work (and can even contribute further to the ambiguity.) Communication, truthfully, is only 20% comprised of the actual words you speak. That means that 80% of what you want to say over the internet (where the words are all you get) are lost in translation. You miss inflections, intonations, facial expressions, body movements, and even physical proximity. The end result is that it's a total crap shoot whether or not your message gets across in the intended format.
So why is that important to the current Important Point? Well, the fact is, when messages are conveyed incompletely, improperly, or simply received wrongly, a mistake has occurred. And, since this is the internet, and we are free of the Law of Physical Social Constraint ("one can only converse with those who are within appropriate proximity"), an easy solution to one who is perceived to be rude, offensive, or otherwise unpleasant is to simply never talk to them again. Ignore functions make this child's play, and to the person doing the ignoring, it's no loss to them because, after all, there are so many other like-minded people just a click away.
You could never really get away with such a harsh, instant reaction in a real-life social situation. As such, you would be more likely to attempt to patch things up. But due to the nature of the internet, such things are left to fester. Often, people do not realize just how much they are hurting those afflicted, especially as the imposed Cone of Silence holds strong for weeks, months, or even years. Coming full circle, here, we now restate the reason this matters: you have not merely been slighted by text on a screen. There is a person behind that screen. A real, living, breathing human, with thoughts, feelings, and emotions.
And you have hurt them all, and don't even care.
I urge you, if you have anybody you're ignoring, whether formally (through the ignore list) or informally (by simply not responding), please. Talk to them. Reach out to them. Show them that you care. That you're a human, too.
Thank you for your time. And if you were at all impacted by this, I urge you as well, to spread the word.

Posted 14 years agoActually mobile at the moment so that's why it's gonna be shory. But the best speeches weren't marathons (Gettysburg address) and these are words I have to get off my chest asap.
What brought on this little speech was the fact that we had a substitute today. But the reason was because his father-in-law died and he was at the funeral. And it made me realize. Life's too short. We can't spend our time hating and raging and flaming over petty things like race, gender, species, or even our words.
People are different. Accept it. Embrace it. Don't fight it.
Our differences make us wonderful, they make us alive. But they also make us imperfect.
We make mistakes. But the mistakes don't make us.
At least they shouldn't. But time and time again, people ordinary and famous have been torn to shreds by single errors, whether grand or small. Because our hating, seething culture feeds on scandal, it takes any chance it can to invent one.
But you can make a difference. Invent the final scandal: stop the cycle.
Let's embrace our true destiny. One nation: Earth.
Spread the word, and spread the love. Let peace, love and understanding be more than a slogan and a song. Let it be reality. And to all the naysayers out there, let's raise our glasses to a brighter tomorrow and give a big Ctrl + FU to those who would stand in our way.
Thank you for understanding.

Heart
Posted 14 years agoI'm not a popular fur. Not by any means. And I do not want to be.
I am not here for attention. I'm not here because I want everyone to like me.
I'm here because I like anthropomorphic animals and art thereof.
if I have upset you, and you don't want to watch me anymore. don't :)
if you really don't care, then don't worry about my feelings.
if you do care, know that I don't. If you are upset, I'd rather you talk to me about it, but if you'd just as soon leave, then do so. :) you aren't making me cry. god bless you and be on your way, I hope all turns out well.
Communities always suffer from internal strife, it is just how things work.
There was a time that they didn't work that way, but it is so far in the past that many have forgotten, or simply believe it is a fairy tale in a book by men. I believe it though. and the same book that story is in, tells me not to dwell on bad things, or worry after people that are argumentative, or destructive to themselves.
I have compassion, and wish them well. But putting my worries into them, only brings me down, and then bad wins. they are not bad, but evil forces invisible to the flesh eye, are. and they are trying to pull the strings.
I do not like upsetting people. I do not like being argumentative and negative. I dislike all things dark with a passion. I do not even like living in the dark, unless I'm sleeping lights must be on.
it is not fear, nothing so trivial.
Never the less, upsetting people happens, and so do arguments. I'm sorry if I've upset you lately. I certainly didn't intend to.
When I speak, I almost never speak to one person over another. that is, in the sense of journals and general talking outside of one on one type conversations.
Point is, as disagreeable as I may seem from time to time, everyone is like that some time or another. Nobody is absolved from that blame, or guilt. and I apologize for my part, as some seldom do.
I desire and strive to not be like those.
I am trying hard these days to be friendlier in general. more approachable.
I just felt like writing that. I do not know why. Maybe it means something to someone, maybe it doesn't. but it is out there. thank you if you took the time to read my heart. and if you didn't, god bless you anyway. even if you do not want him, he still loves you anyway, this I believe, but I do not expect everyone else to.

Fuckin' Furs and their mating D:
Posted 15 years agoGah, I hated my high school because fucking every single girl had a boyfriend, y'know, except me. College, it's mostly the same way. (course, being a new initiate has something to do with that....)
Anyway, I figured, "can't be the same way in the Land of Social Outcasts, right?" WRONG! I can't tell you how many times I see "Mated to (namehere)" and just groan. Not because I was looking for them, but because I'm just like, "Ugh, shot down before I can even try, nnnnngh...."
Yeah I'm bitching and whining. Why're you reading this if you don't wanna hear about it? D:

The Haves and the Have-Nots
Posted 15 years agoThe rich and the poor.
The kings and the peasants.
The smart and the uneducated.
The congressmen and the constituents.
The white and the black.
The popular and the unpopular.
These pairs of groups, throughout history, have always shared the same relationship. That is to say, one has been empowered and privileged, while the other is discriminated and looked down upon.
Now notice that last one I threw in and boldfaced. This is the sort of problem that is evident especially in the Fandom. You have, in any given sphere, a group of individuals that, regardless of ability or lack thereof, garner all the attention and desire and fellowship from those in the rest of the sphere. If you are not one of these people, you mean nothing. You must rely either on luck and good graces, or on your connections, to encounter and interact with other people.
This sort of goes along with the "fake friends" thing that I've seen going around. People often subscribe/watch/comment/friend/+rep/whatever someone for no reason other than desire to increase their "counts". What I believe to be worse, though, is doing this kind of thing to try and get into the "in-crowd".
Of course, I personally believe that the whole idea of the in-crowd and how we've gone about creating and fostering and protecting it is even worse and should be done away with. However, since it is a facet of society, it cannot simply happen. Even if a majority of people, Haves or Have-nots, decide they agree with this position, it will not change.
What really damages my pride, though, is when those of the In-Crowd let it go to their head. They act conceited, like they're all that and a bag of chips, and that they can have their way with anything. They often refuse to truly associate with those outside of their imagined class, and are even more reclusive than a certain kitty I know. And still, we tolerate, even encourage this.
Maybe I'm putting too much thought into this, maybe it's all just a byproduct of my own loneliness, ineptitude and unpopularity. But maybe, just maybe, it might all be true.
What do you think?
EDIT: Here's some elitist propaganda, go spam them:

Maybe I'm putting too much thought into this, maybe it's all just a byproduct of my own loneliness, ineptitude and unpopularity. But maybe, just maybe, it might all be true.
What do you think?
EDIT: Here's some elitist propaganda, go spam them:

Posted 15 years agoI'm gonna be writing my first real erotic story for submission! Squee~
I've done a lot of RPs so I know what I'm doing more or less. My only issue is I'm in need of subject matter / inspiration / etc. Any suggestions would be much appreciated. <3 Even requests! I'll do requests, it's a lot easier than having to think of something all on my own. The more detailed the better, but even a general push in a certain direction would help.
