Recently my BlueSky account has been hacked! Someone was impersonating me and scamming people which resulted in my account being deleted!


I was doing a case with the BlueSky team on discord, I was told it was them by a follower of mine after they falsely reported my account by mistake. But they eventually scammed me!

Sorry for not being active a lot.

I'm going to have to go on a hiatus and disable this account. In real life Pebbles one of my 17 year old cats has a failing heart and she will have to be put down, we haven't decided yet.

I know I haven't shown my cats here on FurAffinity for 10 years, but I have shown them a phew times on twitter.

I want to spend a lot of time with Pebbles before I say goodbye her.

Today, Elon Musk has decided to limit the number of tweets accounts can view due to "extreme levels of data scraping & system manipulation".

I'm starting to fear artists will run out of platforms to post on. First the AI Art generator Programme on Deviantart called Dreamup, that whoe fiasco with the rule change here a month ago and now this?

sometimes I feel tempted to return to DA.

I'm deciding to take a break from digital art for a bit and instead do traditional again, once 2023 starts. I'll only do digital art for reference sheets for my characters that need doing.

I also want to try and focus on teaching myself 3D modelling with Blender.

Since last week, my family is now tested negative for covid! Now things for us can go back to normal! Sorry I didn't say this sooner, I was busy with life.

I don't usually post journals but recently my Brother and Dad have been tested positive for Covid! However we have all been vaccinated and I hope they will recover but I'm still concerned about them, especially now the virus can float. My mum and I might somehow catch it eventually! Were keeping our windows open to reduce the spread in our home and possibly steer it out the house, but I still worry what will happen eventually!

I don't know how to end this but wish me luck! I guess?

Terms of Service

General

- As stated in the rules you must be 18 years of age or older. If you fake your age you will immediately be refused,
same will go for blank users.
- Please write in a polite and clear manner.
- You must provide me a neat reference sheet.
- No walls of text.
- Customers must be polite, any rude/toxic behaviour is not tolerated and will result to cancellation of the commission. - Same goes to rushing the artist.
- You must look through the commission sheet on what I will and won’t draw, along with the notes.
- If you fail to follow the rules stated on the commission sheet/journal, I have the right to decline your commission.

Process

- Through Discord or Twitter I will post WIPs showing the process of the commission and ask and you what you think and if you want anything changed.

Payment and Customer Satisfaction

- As a beginner, I will accept payment once the commission is complete. However a watermark will be placed over the entire page until payment has been met but a small signature will remain on it.
- I will do everything I can to make my customer happy.
- After the commission is finished, only small changes are allowed to be made such as small coloring/marking mistakes.
- Greater changes after completion will come at an extra charge.

Copyright

- As the artist, I hold every right to the produced artwork not the commissioner. I am allowed to use it to promote myself in anyplace or site and display/post it whenever I want.
- Please do not request that I withhold the artwork from my gallery. You can still request to be anonymous if desired.
-You will still retain the rights to your characters and will be credited once the artwork is posted.
-As the commissioner, you are allowed to use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise. Same goes for print of the art and claiming the right of their characters but not the drawing itself along with using the artwork to promote themselves with proper credit to the artist.

Copyrighted infringement

- Copyright infringements are:

• Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially

• Taking credit for the creation of the artwork

• Removing any watermarks/signatures

• Altering the artwork without my consent.

I'm planning to start doing commissions again at some point. Should I accept Great British Pounds or United States Dollars?

I just wanted to say thank everyone from my old account for adding my new one! Sorry I posted this late, been busy outside of FA.
