I may not be active over the next few days & I probably will not be working on art.
I will be closing the auction tomorrow night but other that, I'll probably be pretty MIA.
I feel like I'm getting sick & on top of that, tonight my parents are going to a hotel so I am watching my little brothers.
Tomorrow is also mothers day, so I'll be out of the house for most of the day then tomorrow as well(If I don't get progressively worse of course.)

I don't think I've ever really brought it up here before but I feel like I have to.
Where I currently live is a very toxic, abusive household.
Both my parents are very manpulative, controlling, & gaslight my brother & I consantly.
They're always telling us that our emotions are a choice(which has also led to my mother saying that my diagnosed mental illness is also a choice.)
Constantly commenting on my brother & I's food consumtion, mostly how we eat too much & 'we're going to start gaining weight.'
My mother has threatened to throw me out of the house merely because I'm having a bad mental health day.
She's constantly using me as a punching bag & overreacting to everything.
She has gotten physical before with me idk about my brother.
I honestly thought this was fine, & I was in the wrong for a while until my boyfriend came to visit last month & witnessed it himself. He then expressed to me how concerned he was. I've also had friends of my brothers come forward & tell me that my parents have now lashed out at my brother in front of them or at them directly.
I need your guy's help. Please.
I want to move out of here ASAP, so I've been saving money on the side so I can move in with my boyfriend & start to get ready to take my brother in when he's ready to move out.

It was also our one year anniversary on Saturday, damn how time flies. Like it feels like just yesterday I was in Miami with him for the first time.
We also talk about what we need to accomplish both together & apart in order to reach our goals of closing the 2,000+ mile gap between us & move in together.
One of those things on my end was establishing a stable income.
The hardest part about this is I have very hard time looking for retail jobs to work because I can only work jobs within walking distance of my house because I don't have my licence(That was another goal on the list)
I would be interested in possibly pursuing art in some form as a career but I'm not sure how yet.
Until then, EDC is less than 3 months away. I still need to buy my plane ticket, shuttle pass, outfits + extra money for food and emergencies(All together that's around like...$400-$600).
So I'm gonna keep cranking out adopts, my reference sheet & character design commissions are also open! Just shoot me a note!

I started a new job at the end of last month. Although, I'm not sure how long I'm going to be staying. It's a seasonal gig anyways. But it's only weekends & I was hoping for more of a fulltime job? Idk. I'm hoping to start my own business here p soon anyways.
I'm going to EDC again this year! The hotel is already covered, I just need to cover the plane & the shuttle costs.
My bb is coming to visit me next month for our one year anniversary. I'm super excited.
I'm looking to move this year, & probably start school maybe in the fall or winter? So I'm pretty excited for that as well!

Was a rollercoaster.
I learned lots of things about myself.
In ways it was the worst year of my life because lots of stuff happened in my life that flat out devastated me.
But in ways, I can look back & reflect now & see in the ways it was good.
I now am learning how to have my voice, I am learning to speak up for myself.
I am now learning how to stand up for myself,
And learning how to walk away from toxicity.
I am still learning.
In a couple days, I'll be 20 years old.
There's still things I want to learn & improve on.
So here's to 2017.

Finally have my computer back.
The whole keyboard needed replacing.
So this week, I'll be working on fall/Halloween themed adopts! Drop some ideas below!
Also I went to my first job interview the other day so we'll see how that pans out.
I'm applying to jobs like mad, so fingers crossed something comes up soon!
I also am testing for my drivers licence next month so that's super great as well.

I feel like all I've been doing this year are these lol
So I guess I'll start with my computer, it's in the shop, they're gonna see what they can do.
It looks hopeful, so I'm hoping by next week I'll have my computer back.
My mental health this last month has been awful for reasons I really can't put my finger on? It's probably just a mixure of things going on in my personal life. But there's been that. I've been distancing myself from people a lot more & really not even noticing.
On top of all this, the other day I went to the doctor & it turns out I have a pretty gnarly infection. So I'm on some pretty strong anyibiotics at the moment. I'm pretty senstive to medications & usually get hit with all if not most of the side affects so even though I'm only on dose 2 right now, I'm feeling them pretty hard.
Anyways, hope to be back soon.
I'm sorry this has been a shit year.
Not just for me but for so many of you.

Im currently using the Onscreen Keyboard & my phone. So in a few days when my dad gets back from Fiji , I'll be seeing what the next course of action is. Most likely, I'll have to get my keyboard replaced. I have no idea how much this'll cost but it will probably be somewhere around $100. Im now taking commissions for ref sheets, character concepts & still selling my adopts. Please consider getting a commission from me, even something small. Thank you.

A warning to Amazon users
Posted 9 years agoYesterday I was buying my mom a birthday present on Amazon & I got to the check out with the shipping options. They had prime, standard, & 2 day. I choose the standard & moved on. A couple of seconds later my phone buzzed to tell me I got an email saying I'd been signed up for Amazon Prime. Naturally, I got worried & checked my bank account. Amazon had charged $108 to my account for a year of Amazon prime. This was an unauthorized charge. I've never taken the Prime trial or signed on for it in anyway. Thank god I reversed the charge by going to settings & went to 'Manage Prime Membership'.
After talking to a few friends though, I've learned this has happened to at least 4 other people I know. So if you use Amazon, be careful. Because it seems like they're just charging people for a year of Amazon prime because they feel like it. Pokemon GO Discord Server!
