TOS - Commissions and adoptables

Terms Of Service
By ordering a commission from me, user pandaAWAKE ("the Artist"), you ("the Client"), affirm to have read and agree to the following Terms of Service listed below.
Payment:
All payments are upfront with Paypal, or Ko-Fi if asked. I don't accept any other form of payment.
Reference:
You must have visual references for your character.
Refunds:
If I have not started on your commission yet, if I cannot deliver, if you have not received a WIP when I reply about a refund and I cannot deliver one when I reply, you will get full refunded.
If I have already started the coloring process or completed it, then I will not allow a refund.
Wips and changes:
I will send you WIP’s, during the commission process. I will send either a sketch, the finished lineart or a colored drawing depending on what service it is. If you would like to make a change like the expression, size of the eyes, etc, please say so here. If you are unsure, please ask.
Declining Your Order:
I have every right to decline your order. I will do this if I feel overwhelmed by the amount of work or if the character is beyond my skill level. Some characters won't fit well into my style. If you ask me to draw something and I have already clarified that I can’t draw it, then I will decline. Don't take it personally.
Complex Character Designs:
There can be additional charges to your commission ($2-$10) if I feel they have a complicated design that will take more time, but I am able to draw.
Turnaround Time:
I will finish a commission within 6 days to 2 month after payment. If there's a deadline you'd like me to meet, then let me know! If you'd like me to complete a drawing in a few days, please note that this could affect the quality and price of the finished product.
Usage of Commission:
All commissions are for personal use unless otherwise stated. If you're planning on using your commission for merchandise or a book you're selling, then please mention it to me before as this will add to the price. Commercial use of my art is x2 the price, with credit to me. You may NOT use my art for NFTs or AI art. Please respect the time and effort I put into creating something for you.
Finished Work:
The final artwork will be sent to you through email or the social you contacted me on. I upload most of the artwork online watermarked and may possibly use it in my professional portfolio or examples. (Some work as the 100x100 animated pixel icons will not be watermarked because of the size).
Adoptables:
- When you have bought the character you may edit it however you like. Resell it, add value.
- I have the right to post bought designs on my socials, as promotion.
- All adoptables comes with commercial use, if not stated otherwise.
- Watermarks will be removed after it is bought.
- No refunds.
- Do not upload my designs to AI generatored websites.

Animals
Simple anthro´s
Simple mecha
Blood
Fanart
Don´t draw:
Complex characters (Ask)
NSFW
Extreme Gore

Posted 5 years agoI can really feel that ArtFight has started! My motivation is up and running, have responded from one last year, done one random one, and is now almost finished with the last one from last year. Was surprised to see 5 attacks though, so much pretty art and even a new character. I will for sure show you all, what I got this year because these people deserve some attention.
Anyway I gotta hurry a bit xD I can relate to Slowpoke tho.

Waiting for Art Fights to start
Posted 5 years agoI am sure I am not the only one, counting the minutes before Art Fight start, just to attack that site and find out that nothing works xD
I feel like a robber who was to early, and than found out that there was no cash inside the bank. Σ(°ロ°)

This will be my 2 time, last year was so much fun and it was ofcouse also a chance to see art of my babies from artists I have not seen or met before.

I am already starting to look at those I didnt respond last year, as I didnt have more time last year.
But is hoping for a lot fun and new people to discover.
This will be my 2 time, last year was so much fun and it was ofcouse also a chance to see art of my babies from artists I have not seen or met before.

Posted 5 years agoThis is just a little thank you, to those who bought my last couple of adoptables. >.<
I really appriate it!
Because then I could commission 3 other amazing artists, so some of my OC’s could get a bit love xD
And even made a little donation to The Blue Planet, a aquarium near me who don’t get any visits because of the virus as they can’t live up the rules. (2 meters between each person and not touching the glass)
I am ofcouse also happy that someone just liked them, and could use them!
If you have anything you would like to see more off, do tell. ^—^
Also if it is just art of my personally OC’s, I don’t have many anthro OC’s though.
But I am working on two, that is inspired by my dogs. A black sheperd, and a mixed one, they have a true friendship goal, a odd couple honestly. xD
