I get a two for one today. Presents AND good food from the family. Couldn't have it any other way. Least now from my past journals. The construction that lasted over a year and three months is finally over. The boys packed up the last of there things on Wednesday, shook there hands and they were on there way to the next project. Think were all going to think were deaf now, cause we got used to the noise. But everyone that has it, have a good thanksgiving and stay safe loves <3

Wow, been awhile now since I've tossed something out. WHOOPS!

Anyways, only got one and half months left of construction here. Only thing they have left to do is finish up the back parking lot. Do the landscaping around the building, and finish the last lists of all the apartments. Mines all done now though, glad no more people busting into my place at 7am in the morning. So the struggle goes on. Think were all so used to the noise and what not from the guys, that when there gone, not going to like the silence. But I'm welcoming when things are said and done, the office here owes us all a summer. Since ours was stolen from us!

Most of the people that know me from SL and few outside of it. The week before last, I lost my last remaining grandfather. Which also was my mums, father. Which makes it even more harder since shes been struggling with it all, and grandma is having a hard time, so a lot of that stress has been back lashing onto me. Since I haven't really been myself for awhile, been holed up doing my own thing to try and cope with all of this. The funeral was this last Tuesday, grandma took it well. Had a bunch of family come up from Chicago, took grandpa home in a box. That was a hard car ride back to grams house with him sitting there like that, now he sits on the mantel of there fireplace, next to there beloved dog Peppie who pasted a few years before.

Been trying to get things on there way. But its been rather hard, since Grandfather was my father figure growing up. So its been a real big loss to the family. RIP gramps.

I think I'm pretty much loss for words here, so excited for this. Cubs haven't won a world series since 1901....this could be the year on how they came back on LA! LETS DO IT CUBS!!!

I picked up this little gem. Fighting game with peeps from different shining force and shining tears ect. Wish it had more of the old school people, cause who wouldn't like kicking the crap out of people with a centaur right? Here's a story mode I did out of the gate with Fenrir. Trailer for the new dawn of war came out today, pretty hype about this being a big 40K nerd, finally be able to get a more updated game. Hope there's more units ect in this!

So I just finished the first play though of the game. And I was not dissapointed at all in it. Only a few gripes here and there. First off the game itself is beautiful. Since they decided to try out the Bloodbourne engine in this. Which changed a few things in game. One being combat. Which is a lot faster the 1 and 2. And not having quick roll, cause fatty roll will not cut it in this version. Monsters and bosses are so much quicker with there attacks. That most of the time what you're doing is rolling around. Shields in the game are just eh, normally I sheild one hand greatsword. But you take way more stamina drain from before with blocking. So its almost kind of not worth it.

I've ran into some glitches, specially on boss fights. Where the attack comes down and hits the ground, partical effect and all. But all the sudden turns 360 on a dime and hits you. That's not dark souls hard, bad programming :P And with bosses, they ripped it right out of Bloodbourne with all of them having a 2nd phase. Either when taking them to 50%, or even killing them, to have them come back with a whole new move set. And a few bosses have a special "Gimmick" you have to do to damage them. Hitting them over and over in a weak spot, to drain there life in giant chunks. Which took some of the fun out once you find out the place to wail on.

And they really went out of there way with the elite Knights and tough regular monsters. Which are sometimes harder then bosses. It took me a total of 32 hours to beat the game. Lucky you can chose not to go right into NG+ cause I did end up missing two optinal bosses. The game has a nice size t it, can take hours just searching ever nook and crany for items and souls. and always smack a wooden chest before opening. They REALLY love mimics in this game. Which start doing street fighter moves at you. Getting killed by a mimic doing a Ryu tatsu is annoying.

PVP is pretty much the same in it. Though I only ran into a few people here and there, not many dark spirits at all like how 2 was.

Overall I loved it 5/5 for me <3

Heroes of the storm PvP play. Kind of rekt this time around. \o/

Lazy jackal with journals now, been sick with the flu for the past week. Fever finally broke the other night so getting a lot better now. Still playing the hell out of Battlefront, that I totally forgot about fallout 4. Been getting more into Company of Hero's 2, learning from hound Senpai : Uridine:

Steam just released Guilty gear Xrd -sign- so I was excited to grab that, good port of it. Net play is good, be in the lab working on my Ky since I've only played this briefly since I don't own a console.

Also picked up Lightning returns FF-XIII, again a good port, even though the XIII series has been such shit IMO. But Lighting returns is a semi decent game.

On the horror front. Picked up a little hidden gem on steam called the boogeyman. Not really a FnAf clone, but you're a little eight year old kid alone in your room at night, with just a flashlight, to shine all over the room. To ward off the Boogeyman until the sun rises. Don't forget to check under your bed...... >:)
