Man, this just hasn't been my week.

First, I lost a lot of money for my tuition somewhere in the street (I still can't believe I lost 1500 pesos; somewhere around 150 dollars or so), I got myself into a hell of a relationship (Or I realized it was hell after someone who "loved me to mars and back" just wanted me to do free stuff for her, and not even small doodles or little personal gifts that I wanted to make for her, she wanted me to do ref sheets for all her friends for free, always coercing me with "but I thought you loved me", "you don't love me if you dont do this" and all that stuff), I got into troubles in school (I got 8 minutes late to a class and my english teacher, a real b***h, told me to get out of the classroom, but the thing was, I got there in-between a 15 break before what she considered a new class she even makes a roll call and, if you're missing, it's a whole miss, you miss a single day and you're shit out of luck, you're not allowed to be in the next test. And since I'm a stubborn sonofagun, I told her I wouldn't move from where I was since I didn't do anything to deserve her shit, not with those words, some of my schoolmates who know how explosive I can be when I'm in that kind of situations told me they were very surprised of how colected I was when I told her off in front of everyone, cuz she tried to expose me and scold me in front of the whole class, and she got mad at me on a personal level; now she wants my head in a pike, she told her side of the story to the principal, of course making me look like I was a rude asshole who "was trying to undermine and dissmiss her autority" and I'm under citation, awaiting for a "school council trial" to determine if I'm guilty and my punishment) and of course, fall and it's crappy weather has been messing with my head (Mixing Bipolar Disorder with the winter blues is like mixing alcohol and fireworks: someone's gonna lose a hand).

All I want right now is to punch something and yell and cry and hug someone but not and I'm losing my cool quite fast.

~Payment~

- All commissions must be payed up-front before a 48-hours period after we've agreed on the commission. If the payment hasn't been done, I will push the commission down one slot and attend the next commissioner.
- All payment will be via Pay-Pal invoice.
- I won't accept Artwork as payment. Alternative payments such as movies and/or videogames must be around the same price as the commission and in digital, region-free versions. I will not accept physical payments such as crafts or CD's/DVD's, since the shipping price would be too high.

~ Updates and WIPs ~

- Once I accept the commission, I will update you every time I make a substantial advance, it includes, but isn't limited to Sketches, Lineart and Flats where they apply. The update will be half the resolution of the final artwork
- After we've both agreed on the commission in question, I will send you an initial, rough sketch for approval.
*The sketch will be dirty/messy or with notes, but it will be refine and clean once approved*
- If you fail to respond my messages or deactivate your account, your commission will be put on hold for a period of 2 weeks or untill I get a response. Once the 14 days period is over, I reserve the right to cancel the commission without refunds.

~Artist's Terms~

- I own creative rights over the commission, so I ask for credit if it's reposted somewhere other than the commissioner's private profile.
- I will submit the commission in a lower resolution unless the commissioner decides otherwise.
- I will credit the character owner/commissioner unless asked otherwise.
- Do not use my artwork for profit use or advertisement. All my commissions are for personal use to the commissioner only.
- Do not ask for refund once line art has begun. Refunds are available only on the rough sketch and clear sketch.
- Refunds will be managed depending on the ammount of work, the stage of the creation and overall time spent. Full refunds will be given if I haven't worked on the commission.
- Do not remove my signature on the artwork.
- Commissions are limited to 2 slots per commissioner every batch. The commissioner is free of asking for commissions on the next batch.

~Customer's Terms ~

- You own distributions rights for your commissioned pic, meaning you can use the picture anyway you want, or repost it on any site, as long as you're not making profit or edits without my previous consent.
- If youre reposting the artwork you must credit me. It's optional to link back the original submission, but you must not erase/edit out my signature.
- I accept anonymous commissions as long as you provide a way to keep in contact.
- The resolution of the final picture will be 1550x1950 at 4800 ppi
- If the edit requires the picture to be redrawn or remade, it will be charged as another commission.

If I don't answer your note, or answer it a bit slowly (even if I see it), don't get mad, I get busy really often as I have to go to school, I work (I don't have regular hours, my bosses call me at pretty much any time and I have no exact way of knowing when I'll get back home), I go out for school stuff (I buy ingredients for recipes almost on a daily basis), I have IRL friends too (I like having a beer sometimes and chat with them whenever we can), I get super absorbed drawing or playing games and forget about stuff.... I just enjoy trippy visuals a lot ;3;

Just this evening, while walking back home with a few college friends, a small group of children (maybe 5 kids of 10 to 13 years old still with their school uniforms and backpacks) in the public transport peeked their heads (and some half of their torsos) out the window and waved us goodbye.

Most of my friends waved back and smiled to the kids, cuz they found that "cute coming from such young kids", but for some reason, maybe I was already mad or maybe how unsafe the whole "peek out of the window" thing is pissed me off, but I raised my hand, and flipped them the bird without thinking twice.

All of the children looked at me in a weird mix of awe and fear as the van rode away, in a moment that, despite only being a few seconds long, felt like whole minutes going in slow-motion.

After that, all of them remained inside the vehicle the rest of the ride and hopefully they learned a valuable lesson about safety on the public transportation; in the meantime, my friends will remember this story as a solid proof that I'm already a bitter old person.

As the months slowly unfold, I finally rolled into a new semester in school! after two (almost eternal) months of vacations.
